技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡塑交联体,特别涉及一种含再生EVA的轻质减震橡塑交联体,属高分子材料技术领域。
背景技术
橡胶制成品是一种具有高弹性、高拉伸性、高绝缘性的高分子化合物制品,分为天然橡胶与合成橡胶;EVA是乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚物的简称,EVA制品除了具备如橡胶的良好弹性外,与橡胶有所不同的还有柔性、耐低温性能、透明性、表面光泽性等,EVA树脂所做的制品在-50℃下仍然能够具有较好的可挠性,EVA制品很突出的特点是与填料的掺混性能、着色性能,易热压、剪裁、涂胶、贴合的良好加工性,这些特点远优于橡胶;聚烯烃嵌段共聚物比起现有的烯烃热塑性弹性体,能在更高的温度保持良好的弹性,是一种超轻质且有更宽的应用温度范围的新型材料;乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物是一种集透明性、韧性、耐低温性、粘接性、着色性好的共聚物;异戊橡胶是一种用于轮胎生产的高性能橡胶,它具有很好的弹性、耐寒性(玻化温度-68℃)及很高的拉伸强度。在耐氧化和多次变形条件下耐切口撕裂比天然橡胶高。在现代文明的今天,对于鞋子以及其他密封件来说,在传统意义上又加进了许多如耐磨、抗拉伸、气密、高弹、耐候、耐油的功能元素。如何将上述橡塑材料的功能特性进行有机融合、取长补短以满足现代工业市场和消费市场的需求,对于橡塑制品研发、生产人员来说,是充满挑战性的课题。
发明内容
为有针对性的融合现代橡塑原料各自的功能特性以满足工业市场和消费市场需求的技术问题,本发明公开一种含再生EVA的轻质减震橡塑交联体。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种含再生EVA的轻质减震橡塑交联体,按质量百分比计由83~87%的橡塑组合物和13~17%的橡塑助剂两大组分组成,橡塑组合物组分由83~86%的再生乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、13~17%的烯烃嵌段共聚物(BOC)组成;橡塑助剂组分由38~42%的补强剂、14~18%耐磨剂、3~3.5%活性剂、7~9%硫化活性剂、4~6%硫化促进剂、9~11%分散剂、9~11%改性流动助剂、2.5~3%交联剂、5~6%发泡剂组成;本含再生EVA的轻质减震橡塑交联体的制备工艺是:先将配方量橡塑组合物组分和助剂组分中的补强剂、耐磨剂、活性剂、硫化活性剂、硫化促进剂、分散剂、改性流动助剂投入到密炼机中密炼,后加入交联剂和发泡剂,再经开炼、挤出造粒或压延出片后成含再生EVA的轻质减震橡塑交联体颗粒料或片料,颗粒或片料的成型方式包括由站位式注射成型机一次注射成型和液压式硫化机一次硫化成型。
补强剂采用炭黑和二氧化硅中的至少一种,活性剂采用氧化锌,硫化活性剂采用硬脂酸锌,硫化促进剂采用硬脂酸。
分散剂采用的是脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,改性流动剂可以是乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯共聚物中的至少一种。
交联剂包含过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、过氧化氢二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰、二叔丁基过氧化物、2,5-二甲基-2,5 二叔丁基过氧化己烷、双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯,本发明采用双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯(交联剂BIPB)。
发泡剂包含发泡剂 H 或发泡剂 AC 或发泡剂 OBSH的其中一种。
橡塑助剂还包含防老剂、脱模剂、阻燃剂、增黏剂、着色剂、抗氧剂、导电性材料。
注射成型的方法是:用任何一种站位式注射成型机对该超轻质减震的橡塑交联体胶粒加热加压,使其成紊流态胶料,将该紊流态胶料注射入模具腔内,以及硫化该模具腔内的紊流态胶料,经冷却、脱模后即成超轻质减震的橡塑交联体制品。
硫化成型的方法是:将既定重量的该超轻质减震的橡塑交联体体胶粒投入硫化成型模具的模具腔内、模具进入硫化床加热加压使其成紊流态胶料,硫化该模具腔内的紊流态胶料,经冷却、脱模后即成超轻质耐磨的橡塑交联体制品。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用再生的EVA为主结构树脂,根据不同功能元素和物理参数的制品要求,选择性的配以新型弹性体的烯烃嵌段共聚物以及异戊橡胶和乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物,将超轻质、良好的弹性、更宽的应用温度范围、高耐磨、抗断裂、抗低温、耐切口撕裂的特性和低成本进行针对性的融合,可有效满足不同市场、不同应用对象的不同需求。
具体实施方式

本配方为适应轻质和高耐磨鞋类、玩具、汽车密封件、家电密封件的制品要求。制备步骤是:先将配方量的橡塑组合物、补强剂、耐磨剂、活性剂、硫化活性剂、硫化促进剂、分散剂、改性流动助剂投入到密炼机中密炼,混合8分钟后加入发泡剂和交联剂,再混合4分钟,密炼机温度105℃,再经开炼、挤出造粒或压延出片后成含再生EVA超轻质耐磨的橡塑交联体颗粒料或片料。
将超轻质耐磨的橡塑交联体胶粒投入到站位式注射成型机的料斗内,开启注射成型机对超轻质耐磨的橡塑交联体胶粒加温加压,使其成紊流态胶料,此过程的温度控制在100℃,压力在105MPa。当超轻质耐磨的橡塑交联体胶粒成为可以注射的紊流态胶料时,将该紊流态胶料注射入模具的模具腔内,硫化该模具腔内的紊流态胶料,硫化温度为170℃,硫化时间为3分钟,胶料进行硫化的同时发泡。达到设定的硫化时间后脱模为成品超轻质耐磨的橡塑交联体制品。
将既定重量的超轻质耐磨的橡塑交联体胶料投入到硫化成型模具的模具腔内,关闭模具并将其送入液压式硫化机的硫化床,对硫化成型模具进行加温加压,使模具腔内的超轻质耐磨的橡塑交联体成紊流态胶料的同时,硫化该模具腔内的紊流态胶料,此过程的压力在125MPa,温度为160℃,硫化时间为5分钟,胶料进行硫化的同时发泡。达到设定的硫化时间后脱模为成品超轻质耐磨的橡塑交联体橡塑制品。
