技术领域
本发明涉及一种石油机械,尤其涉及一种旋塞阀。
背景技术
在石油开采作业中,旋塞阀被广泛应用于管线的控制。目前使用的旋塞阀内的密封弧片普遍采用直面结构,其密封性能较差,一旦出现泄漏无法进行密封补偿,只能整体更换,使用寿命短,更换时间长、成本高,在油气生产过程中,给操作人们带来了不便,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种密封补偿性能好的旋塞阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:旋塞阀,包括:阀体和设置在阀体内的旋塞,所述旋塞的上端与阀杆相连接,所述阀杆的上端伸出阀体与手轮相连接,所述旋塞的下端通过销轴与底盖转动连接,所述底盖与阀体的下端螺纹连接,在所述阀体与旋塞之间设置有密封弧片,在所述密封弧片的外侧设置有第一锥面,在所述阀体内设置有与第一锥面相互配合的第二锥面,所述密封弧片的下端通过转动环与底盖转动连接,在所述阀体内设置有进口通道和出口通道,在所述密封弧片靠近进口通道的一侧设置有与进口通道相互连通的进口连接通道,在所述密封弧片靠近出口通道的一侧设置有与出口通道相互连通的出口连接通道,在所述旋塞内设置有与进口连接通道和出口连接通道相互连通的中腔通道,在所述中腔通道上端的密封弧片与阀体之间设置有上密封圈,在所述中腔通道下端的密封弧片与阀体之间设置有下密封圈,在所述阀杆与阀体之间设置有上密封垫,在所述中腔通道下端的旋塞与底盖之间设置有下密封垫。
本发明的优点是:上述旋塞阀,结构新颖,采用锥面密封弧片结构代替原来的直面密封弧片结构,同时将上下密封圈置于阀体之上,一旦密封弧片发生磨损出现泄漏可以将底盖旋进,在锥面的作用下可有效补偿密封弧片和阀体之间的间隙,使得阀门始终保持有效密封状态,延长了阀门的使用寿命,降低了更换成本,操作方便,提高了生产效率。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1、图2所示,旋塞阀,包括:阀体1和设置在阀体1内的旋塞2,所述旋塞2的上端与阀杆3相连接,所述阀杆3的上端伸出阀体1与手轮4相连接,所述旋塞2的下端通过销轴5与底盖6转动连接,所述底盖3与阀体1的下端螺纹连接,在所述阀体1与旋塞2之间设置有密封弧片7,在所述密封弧片7的外侧设置有第一锥面8,在所述阀体1内设置有与第一锥面8相互配合的第二锥面9,所述密封弧片7的下端通过转动环10与底盖6转动连接,在所述阀体1内设置有进口通道11和出口通道12,在所述密封弧片7靠近进口通道11的一侧设置有与进口通道11相互连通的进口连接通道13,在所述密封弧片7靠近出口通道12的一侧设置有与出口通道12相互连通的出口连接通道14,在所述旋塞2内设置有与进口连接通道13和出口连接通道14相互连通的中腔通道15,在所述中腔通道15上端的密封弧片7与阀体1之间设置有上密封圈16,在所述中腔通道15下端的密封弧片7与阀体1之间设置有下密封圈17,在所述阀杆3与阀体1之间设置有上密封垫18,在所述中腔通道15下端的旋塞2与底盖6之间设置有下密封垫19。
上述旋塞阀使用时,转动手轮4,手轮4带动阀杆3转动,阀杆3带动旋塞2转动直至中腔通道15与进口连接通道13和出口连接通道14相互连通,此时阀门打开,手轮再次转动90度,阀门关闭。
上述旋塞阀进行密封调节时,由于底盖6与阀体1之间螺纹连接,转动底盖6,底盖6在阀体1内向上移动带动旋塞2和密封弧片7同时向上移动,与此同时,底盖6通过销轴5在旋塞2上转动,底盖6在围绕转动环10转动,密封弧片7向上移动带动外侧的第一锥面8向上移动与阀体1内的第二锥面9相抵,消除磨损间隙,实现密封补偿。
上述旋塞阀,结构新颖,采用锥面密封弧片结构代替原来的直面密封弧片结构,同时将上下密封圈置于阀体之上,一旦密封弧片发生磨损出现泄漏可以将底盖旋进,在锥面的作用下可有效补偿密封弧片和阀体之间的间隙,使得阀门始终保持有效密封状态,延长了阀门的使用寿命,降低了更换成本,操作方便,提高了生产效率。

1.旋塞阀,其特征在于:包括:阀体(1)和设置在阀体(1)内的旋塞(2),所述旋塞(2)的上端与阀杆(3)相连接,所述阀杆(3)的上端伸出阀体(1)与手轮(4)相连接,所述旋塞(2)的下端通过销轴(5)与底盖(6)转动连接,所述底盖(3)与阀体(1)的下端螺纹连接,在所述阀体(1)与旋塞(2)之间设置有密封弧片(7),在所述密封弧片(7)的外侧设置有第一锥面(8),在所述阀体(1)内设置有与第一锥面(8)相互配合的第二锥面(9),所述密封弧片(7)的下端通过转动环(10)与底盖(6)转动连接,在所述阀体(1)内设置有进口通道(11)和出口通道(12),在所述密封弧片(7)靠近进口通道(11)的一侧设置有与进口通道(11)相互连通的进口连接通道(13),在所述密封弧片(7)靠近出口通道(12)的一侧设置有与出口通道(12)相互连通的出口连接通道(14),在所述旋塞(2)内设置有与进口连接通道(13)和出口连接通道(14)相互连通的中腔通道(15),在所述中腔通道(15)上端的密封弧片(7)与阀体(1)之间设置有上密封圈(16),在所述中腔通道(15)下端的密封弧片(7)与阀体(1)之间设置有下密封圈(17),在所述阀杆(3)与阀体(1)之间设置有上密封垫(18),在所述中腔通道(15)下端的旋塞(2)与底盖(6)之间设置有下密封垫(19)。
