Abstract

The invention has the advantages that the use of bright-surface stainless steel materials is reduced, the production cost is reduced, the scheme of the framework part can be flexibly selected according to the actual requirement, and the framework part is formed by welding in combination with a welding process, so that the strength of the whole sealing strip is enhanced, the integral production efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the material combination is reasonably utilized, and the requirements of customers are met.

s2, rolling the welded frame main body into an integral cross section through a rolling machine set and a plurality of rolling wheel sets;
and S3, passing the rolled frame main body through an extrusion die, so that the elastic body material is continuously attached to the surface of the set frame main body through the extrusion die according to the shape of the overall cross section, and then co-extruding to form the final sealing strip.

Claims (9)
1. s1, splicing the framework part and the appearance bright surface part into an integrally connected framework main body in a split mode, wherein the framework part and the appearance bright surface part are spliced and connected in a welding mode;
s2, rolling the welded frame main body into an integral cross section through a rolling machine set and a plurality of rolling wheel sets;
and S3, enabling the rolled frame main body to pass through an extrusion die, and enabling the organic elastomer material to be continuously attached to the surface of the set frame main body through the extrusion die according to the shape of the overall cross section to be co-extruded to form the final sealing strip.

9. The method of claim 1, wherein the elastomer material is any one of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
