技术领域
本发明属于纳米远红外碳纤维发热技术领域,特别涉及一种纳米远红外碳纤维发热片。
背景技术
碳纤维(Carbonfiber)由碳元素构成的无机纤维,纤维的碳含量大于90%,它不仅具有碳材料的固有本征特性,又兼具纺织纤维的柔软可加工性,是新一代增强纤维,发热时产生对人体健康极为有益的远红外线热辐射(约765.9W/M,相当于一部频谱理疗仪),其电热转换率达95%以上,比镍铬、钨钼等材料作为发热体节能30%;而且,被人体、衣物等直接吸收性特强,在热传递过程中热量损失小,碳纤维还具有高强度、高模量、耐高温、抗疲劳、耐腐蚀、防水、抗蠕变等诸多特点。
碳纤维发热片是一种发明的高能纤维材料,它是碳纤维经过加工后而形成的一种片状体,可以在短时间内迅速加热,具有迅速升温的功效,被广泛用于加热毯、加热坐垫、加热鞋垫等的加热***。
公告号CN103079297A的中国专利,公开了一种碳纤维加热片及其制备方法,其是在下绝缘包覆层上布碳纤维丝形成网状结构的碳纤维层,在碳纤维层的两端压合电极条并铺覆上绝缘层,粘合处理后,在电极条对应的两端焊接电极引线,然而,在此过程中,需在上下绝缘包覆层上涂覆热熔胶,黄铜网退火处理后双面涂覆热熔胶,粘合处理并切条,还需配合模具进行碳纤维层的成型,此制备方法实际操作较为复杂,需要的材料和设备较多,限制了生产时间,生产成本亦偏高。
我司上一份发明专利:201410844887.2公开了一种碳纤维发热片的制作方法,但采用的高绝缘性的棉线或涤纶线,并且导电发热体的边缘没有导电装置连接,并且无防水功能,有导电发热体松动及静电产生打火的安全隐患,并且人体的汗水浸透到导电发热体上面,避免了被汗水腐蚀的安全隐患;提高了发热片的使用寿命及使用安全。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种纳米远红外碳纤维发热片。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种纳米远红外碳纤维发热片,包括远红外加热层和柔性基材层,还包括两条导电布,远红外加热层两侧贴附柔性基材层,远红外加热层包括网状排列的碳纤维,网状排列的碳纤维相对的两端覆盖连接导电布,两条导电布通过正负极导线连接电源连接头。
优选地,纳米远红外碳纤维发热片还包括柔性防水层,柔性防水层位于远红外加热层和柔性基材层之间。
优选地,纳米远红外碳纤维发热片还包括柔性防水层,柔性防水层位于柔性基材层外侧。
优选地,导电布包括导电布基材层和导电胶层。
优选地,网状排列的碳纤维为相互搭接的搭接结构,搭接结构由缝线固定,缝线为导电线。
优选地,所述导电线为碳纤维或复合导电线的任一种。
优选地,所述复合导电线为内含有镀银导电纤维的涤纶线。
优选地,柔性基材层为抗静电面料或天然纤维织物的任一种。
优选地,柔性基材层为棉布、涤纶布或无纺布的任一种。
优选地,纳米远红外碳纤维发热片还包括温度控制器和温度传感器,温度控制器和温度传感器位于网状排列的碳纤维一侧。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的远红外加热层包括网状排列的碳纤维,网状排列的碳纤维相对的两端覆盖连接导电布,避免了导电发热体松动及静电产生打火等安全隐患发生。
2.本发明的缝线为导电线,使整个网状排列的碳纤维通电使用时发热更加均匀,提高了安全舒适性,本发明在安全技术上面,起到了绝对的控制和解决。
3、柔性防水层可以避免了被汗水腐蚀的安全隐患;提高了发热片的使用寿命及使用安全。

具体实施方式
根据附图进一步说明本发明的一种实施方式。
实施例1,参考附图1和图2:
一种纳米远红外碳纤维发热片,包括依次贴附的柔性基材层1、防水层2、远红外加热层3和柔性基材层1,远红外加热层3包括网状排列的碳纤维,网状排列的碳纤维相对的两端覆盖连接导电布8,导电布包括导电基材层4和导电胶层5,两条导电布通过正负极导线连接电源连接头。
网状排列的碳纤维为相互搭接的搭接结构,搭接结构由缝线固定,缝线为导电线,导电线具体为内含有镀银导电纤维的涤纶线。
纳米远红外碳纤维发热片还包括温度控制器7和温度传感器6,温度控制器7和温度传感器6位于网状排列的碳纤维一侧。
导电布8的电线向外连接温度调节控制器10。
制作方法为:(1)加工前准备:取若干碳纤维线团和缝线线团,将各碳纤维线团和缝线线团设于线架上,并将各碳纤维线团和缝线线团之线头穿设于缝纫设备上;
(2)基片缝纫:取柔性基材,并开启步骤(1)所述缝纫设备,将柔性基材置于缝纫设备上,使柔性基材向缝纫设备进给,通过缝纫设备于基材上形成碳纤维线之间相互搭接的搭接结构,且各该搭接结构由缝线固定,制得远红外加热层;
(3)元件配置:对步骤(2)的远红外加热层,再取导电布分别平行粘附在远红外加热层的两端,并于电极条上连接温度控制器和热敏电阻,接着,在电极条端部连接引线,并于引线端部设置插片端子,然后,贴附一层防水层,再取柔性基材复合在单元片体上,制得半成品;
(4)表层复合:再于步骤(3)之插片端子处连接温度调节控制装置,制得成品。
实施例2,参考附图2和图3:
一种纳米远红外碳纤维发热片,包括依次贴附的防水层2、柔性基材层1、远红外加热层3和柔性基材层1,远红外加热层3包括网状排列的碳纤维,网状排列的碳纤维相对的两端覆盖连接导电布8,导电布包括导电基材层4和导电胶层5,两条导电布通过正负极导线连接电源连接头。
网状排列的碳纤维为相互搭接的搭接结构,搭接结构由缝线固定,缝线为导电线,导电线具体为纳米碳纤维丝线。
纳米远红外碳纤维发热片还包括温度控制器7和温度传感器6,温度控制器7和温度传感器6位于网状排列的碳纤维一侧。
导电布8的电线向外连接温度调节控制器10。

(4)再于步骤(3)之插片端子处连接温度调节控制装置,制得成品。

1.一种纳米远红外碳纤维发热片,包括远红外加热层和柔性基材层,还包括两条导电布,远红外加热层两侧贴附柔性基材层,远红外加热层包括网状排列的碳纤维,网状排列的碳纤维相对的两端覆盖连接导电布,两条导电布通过正负极导线连接电源连接头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米远红外碳纤维发热片,其特征在于:纳米远红外碳纤维发热片还包括防水层,防水层位于远红外加热层和柔性基材层之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纳米远红外碳纤维发热片,其特征在于:纳米远红外碳纤维发热片还包括防水层,防水层位于柔性基材层外侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纳米远红外碳纤维发热片,其特征在于:导电布包括导电布基材层和导电胶层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纳米远红外碳纤维发热片,其特征在于:网状排列的碳纤维为相互搭接的搭接结构,搭接结构由缝线固定,缝线为导电线。
