The invention provides a training management method, which integrates training and capability confirmation with authorization, realizes real-time monitoring by using an informatization means, integrates and combs management requirements, meets the requirements of an international laboratory mutual-confirmation system, and improves the management efficiency and accuracy.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of training management informatization, in particular to a training management method.

Background

The information management is a mark of modern enterprises, and is a process for the enterprises to effectively utilize resources such as manpower, material resources, financial resources and the like of the enterprises in order to achieve the operation targets of the enterprises, obtain the best benefits with proper investment and by means of some important tools and means. With the pursuit of consumers for higher product quality, more and more enterprises pay attention to training the skills of employees, and the employees with high skill quality are an important guarantee for the enterprises to manufacture products with good quality.

The international mutual authentication system requires personnel to operate certain instruments and detect certain methods, and the highest manager authorization of a laboratory is required, but the authorization line is not combined with training, namely the results of the training and the capability confirmation are not referred. There is no systematic management of training, authorization, and validation of employees. In a laboratory informatization system for investigation and comparison in current operation at home and abroad, the method for realizing informatization at the current stage is to arrange and circulate the records of offline paper versions on line. This is also simply a different form. At present, laboratory informatization mainly transfers offline paper record to online, and more, files are archived. The problem to be solved is to use informatization means to realize the management requirements, especially the management requirements meeting the management system of the international mutual-recognition laboratory, by using informatization system.

The current laboratory management systems are mature, but are refined and integrated. The invention integrates the confirmation of training and ability with authorization, realizes real-time monitoring by using an informatization means, and effectively ensures the quality of detection results. Therefore, how to perform informatization management on employee training, capability confirmation and authorization is one of the technical problems to be solved urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art.

Therefore, the first objective of the present invention is to provide a training management method, which integrates training and capability confirmation with authorization, and utilizes an informatization means to realize real-time monitoring, and integrates and combs management requirements, so as to meet the requirements of the international laboratory mutual-confirmation system, and improve management efficiency and accuracy.

To this end, a second object of the invention is to propose a computer device.

To this end, a third object of the invention is to propose a computer-readable storage medium.

In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention provides a training management method, including:

displaying a training plan making and effect verification interface to training plan making personnel, wherein a training plan making and effect verification form is displayed on the training plan making and effect verification interface;

receiving a first data operation instruction triggered by a training plan making person on the training plan making and effect verification interface, and performing operation corresponding to the first data operation instruction on an item in the training plan making and effect verification table to manage training plan content information corresponding to the item, wherein the first data operation instruction comprises any one of a first newly-added instruction, a first deleting instruction and a first modifying instruction;

receiving a first determination instruction triggered by a training plan making person on the training plan making and effect verification interface so as to enable the training plan making and effect verification table to take effect;

receiving a second data operation instruction triggered by training effect verifiers on the training plan making and effect verification interface, and performing operation corresponding to the second data operation instruction on the selected table entry to manage training effect verification information corresponding to the table entry, wherein the second data operation instruction comprises any one of a second adding instruction, a second deleting instruction and a second modifying instruction.

The method for managing training effectiveness verification information corresponding to the selected entry by performing the operation corresponding to the second data operation instruction on the selected entry comprises the following steps:

and returning to execute the step of displaying a training plan making and effect verifying interface to the training plan making personnel when the received examination and approval notification information indicates that the second examiner does not agree with the training plan content.

displaying an authorization management interface to an authorization service responsible person, wherein an authorization management table is displayed on the authorization management interface;

receiving a third data operation instruction triggered by the authorization service responsible person on the authorization management interface, and performing an operation corresponding to the third data operation instruction on the table entry in the authorization management table to manage authorization management information corresponding to the table entry, wherein the third data operation instruction includes any one of a third addition instruction, a third deletion instruction, and a third modification instruction;

and receiving a third determination instruction triggered by the authorization service responsible person on the authorization management interface so as to enable authorization management information corresponding to the table entry in the authorization management table to take effect.

The method as described above, further comprising:

displaying an authorization management interface with valid authorization management information to a person in charge of an authorization center, wherein the authorization management information comprises identity information of an authorized person, a method to be authorized and/or equipment to be authorized;

receiving an authorization approval instruction triggered by the authorization center responsible person on the authorization management interface;

and associating the authorization approval information of the person in charge of the authorization center on the authorized person with the authorized person, wherein the authorization approval information comprises authorization time, an authorization method and/or authorization equipment.

The method as described above, before receiving an authorization approval instruction triggered by the authority manager in the authorization management interface, further includes:

receiving an authorization time setting instruction triggered by the authorization center responsible person on the authorization management interface;

displaying a calendar to the authority center responsible person;

receiving a second uploading auditing instruction triggered by the authorization service responsible person on the authorization management interface so as to send authorization management information in the authorization management table to the authorization department responsible person for auditing and receive returned second auditing notification information;

and when the received second audit notification information indicates that the authority department responsible person does not agree with the authorization management information, returning to execute the step of displaying an authorization management interface to the authorization service responsible person.

The method as described above, further comprising:

updating the capability configuration table according to the associated authorization approval information of the authorized person;

and distributing the checking task according to the updated capability configuration table.

To achieve the above object, a computer device according to an embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention includes: a processor and a memory;

wherein the processor executes a program corresponding to the executable program code by reading the executable program code stored in the memory, so as to implement the training management method according to the first aspect.

To achieve the above object, a computer-readable storage medium according to a third embodiment of the present invention stores thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements the training management method according to the first aspect.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout.
