According to the training management method provided by the embodiment, an authorization management interface is displayed to an authorization service responsible person, wherein an authorization management form is displayed on the authorization management interface; receiving a third data operation instruction triggered by the authorization service responsible person on the authorization management interface, and performing operation corresponding to the third data operation instruction on the table entry in the authorization management table to manage authorization management information corresponding to the table entry; and receiving a third determination instruction triggered by the authorization service responsible person on the authorization management interface so as to enable authorization management information corresponding to the table entry in the authorization management table to take effect. The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The processor 12 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), or an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present invention.

receiving a first data operation instruction triggered by a training plan making person on the training plan making and effect verification interface, and performing operation corresponding to the first data operation instruction on an item in the training plan making and effect verification table to manage training plan content information corresponding to the item, wherein the first data operation instruction comprises any one of a first newly-added instruction, a first deleting instruction and a first modifying instruction;
receiving a first determination instruction triggered by a training plan making person on the training plan making and effect verification interface so as to enable the training plan making and effect verification table to take effect;
receiving a second data operation instruction triggered by a training effect verifier on the training plan making and effect verification interface, and performing operation corresponding to the second data operation instruction on the selected entry to manage training effect verification information corresponding to the entry, wherein the second data operation instruction comprises any one of a second adding instruction, a second deleting instruction and a second modifying instruction; before receiving a second data operation instruction triggered by a training effectiveness verification person on the training plan making and effectiveness verification interface, the method further comprises the following steps: receiving an effect verification instruction triggered by a training effect verifier on the training plan making and effect verification interface, and switching the state of the training plan making and effect verification interface into an effect verification state to receive the second data operation instruction;
receiving a second determination instruction triggered by a training effect verifier on the training plan making and effect verification interface so as to enable training effect verification information corresponding to the items in the training plan making and effect verification table to take effect;
after receiving a determination instruction triggered by a training plan making person on the training plan making and effect verification interface, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a first uploading auditing instruction triggered by a training plan making person on the training plan making and effect verification interface so as to send the training plan content information corresponding to the items in the training plan making and effect verification table to a selected auditor for auditing and receive returned first auditing notification information;
when the received first examination and approval notification information indicates that the examiner agrees with the training plan content information, receiving an uploading examination and approval instruction triggered by a training plan making person on the training plan making and effect verification interface so as to send the examined and approved training plan content information to a selected examiner for examination and approval and receive returned examination and approval notification information, wherein the examination and approval opinions of the examiner are greater than the examination and approval opinions of the examiner;
when the received approval notification information indicates that the second approver does not agree with the training plan content, returning to the step of displaying a training plan making and effect verification interface to training plan making personnel;
displaying an authorization management interface to an authorization service responsible person, wherein an authorization management table is displayed on the authorization management interface;
receiving a third data operation instruction triggered by the authorization service responsible person on the authorization management interface, and performing an operation corresponding to the third data operation instruction on the table entry in the authorization management table to manage authorization management information corresponding to the table entry, wherein the third data operation instruction includes any one of a third addition instruction, a third deletion instruction, and a third modification instruction;
receiving a third determination instruction triggered by the authorization service responsible person on the authorization management interface so as to enable authorization management information corresponding to the table entry in the authorization management table to take effect;
displaying an authorization management interface with valid authorization management information to a person in charge of an authorization center, wherein the authorization management information comprises identity information of an authorized person, a method to be authorized and/or equipment to be authorized;
receiving an authorization approval instruction triggered by the authorization center responsible person on the authorization management interface;
and associating the authorization approval information of the person in charge of the authorization center on the authorized person with the authorized person, wherein the authorization approval information comprises authorization time, an authorization method and/or authorization equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the training effectiveness verification information includes attending training personnel, training effectiveness verification results;
the performing an operation corresponding to the second data operation instruction on the selected entry to manage training effectiveness verification information corresponding to the entry includes:
carrying out operation corresponding to the second data operation instruction on the selected table items one by one to update the participated training personnel corresponding to the table items;
aiming at the participated training personnel corresponding to the table items in the selected table items, making an association relation between an effect verification interface and a learning training record and certification interface according to a training plan, and updating the current learning training record and certification interface of the participated training personnel in the selected table items;
and acquiring the personal scores of each participatory training staff recorded in the learning training record and certification interface, and updating the training effect verification result corresponding to the table entry according to the personal scores of all the participatory training staff.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to receiving a first upload review instruction triggered by a training planner on the training planning and effectiveness verification interface, further comprising:
receiving a selected instruction of a reviewer triggered by the training plan making personnel on the training plan making and effect verification interface;
displaying a list of reviewers to the training plan making personnel;
receiving and displaying the auditors selected by the training plan making personnel from the auditor list;
and/or before receiving an uploading examination and approval instruction triggered by a training plan making person on the training plan making and effect verification interface, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving an approver selection instruction triggered by the training plan making personnel on the training plan making and effect verification interface;
displaying an approver list to the training plan making personnel;
and receiving and displaying the approver selected by the training plan making personnel from the approver list.
4. The method of claim 1, prior to receiving an authorization approval instruction triggered by the authority principal at the authorization management interface, further comprising:
receiving an authorization time setting instruction triggered by the authorization center responsible person on the authorization management interface;
displaying a calendar to the authority center responsible person;
receiving and displaying the authorization time selected by the authority center responsible person from the calendar table;
and/or receiving an authorization method selection instruction triggered by the authorization center responsible person on the authorization management interface;
displaying an authorization method list to the authority center responsible person;
receiving and displaying the authorization method selected by the authorization center responsible person from the authorization method list;
and/or receiving an authorization equipment selection instruction triggered by the authorization center responsible person on the authorization management interface;
displaying a list of authorized devices to the authority center principal;
and receiving and displaying the authorized equipment selected by the authorization center responsible person from the authorized equipment list.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving a third determination instruction triggered by the authorization service principal on the authorization management interface, the method further comprises:
receiving a second uploading auditing instruction triggered by the authorization service responsible person on the authorization management interface so as to send authorization management information in the authorization management table to the authorization department responsible person for auditing and receive returned second auditing notification information;
and when the received second audit notification information indicates that the authority department responsible person does not agree with the authorization management information, returning to execute the step of displaying an authorization management interface to the authorization service responsible person.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
updating the capability configuration table according to the associated authorization approval information of the authorized person;
and distributing the checking task according to the updated capability configuration table.
7. A computer device, comprising: a processor and a memory;
wherein the processor executes a program corresponding to the executable program code by reading the executable program code stored in the memory for implementing the training management method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the training management method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
