背景技术
慢性支气管炎是气管、支气管黏膜及周围组织的慢性非特异性炎症，临床以咳嗽、咳痰为主要症状，每年发病持续3个月，连续2年或2年以上。慢阻肺与慢性支气管炎和肺气肿密切相关，长期、反复、逐渐加重的咳嗽是本病的突出表现。支气管哮喘发作性伴有哮鸣音的呼气性呼吸困难或发作性咳嗽、胸闷，严重者被迫采取坐位或呈端坐呼吸，干咳或咳大量白色泡沫痰，甚至出现发绀等，夜间及凌晨发作和加重常是哮喘的特征之一。

本发明所述的补脾肺止咳喘的中药，各中药原料的重量组成为：炙黄芪5-15g、党参10-25g、桔皮5-15g、法半夏5-20g、茯苓5-20g、炙甘草2-10g、山药5-15g、当归5-18g、炒白芍6-15g、款冬花5-15g、炙枇杷叶5-20g、南沙参5-25g、北沙参5-25g、川贝母5-15g、麦冬5-15g、天冬5-15g、白前5-20g、炒白术5-15g、百部5-15g、杏仁5-20g、五味子5-15g和地黄5-20g。

川贝母：清热化痰，润肺止咳，散结消肿。
麦冬：养阴生津、润肺清心。
天冬：用于肺燥干咳，顿咳痰黏，腰膝酸痛，骨蒸潮热，内热消渴，热病津伤，咽干口渴，肠燥便秘。
白前：降气、消痰、止咳。

(3)慢性支气管患者120例，1个疗程后，有效107例，无效13例，占11％。
通过治疗所示，对病人无任何副作用，三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常。
以下列举几个典型病例：
病例1：患者王XX，女，92岁，患慢性阻肺20年余，感冒或劳累后喘息不止、憋闷、呼吸困难，服用该膏1个月后症状基本消失，又服用1个月，症状完全消失。
病例2：患者李XX，男，60岁，患支气管哮喘30多年，服用该膏1个月后症状明显减轻，哮鸣音消失，感冒或季节变化都没有影响。
病例3：患者刘XX，女，58岁，患慢性支气管炎40多年，服用该膏1个月后，咳嗽明显减轻、痰较少而且稀薄，易咳出，服用2个月后，不仅感冒不犯病而且还减少感冒次数。
本发明药物临床使用表明有如下优点：
(1)功能：健脾胃、补肺、化痰止咳。
主治：慢性支气管炎、慢阻肺、支气管哮喘、反复发作性痰病的稳定期治疗和预防，可作为肺癌放化疗后的调理。
上述疾病常出现气血阴阳亏虚，脏腑俱损，因此采用山药健脾补肺，当归、地黄、炒白芍补血生新；南沙参、北沙参、天冬和麦冬滋阴润肺；桔皮燥温化痰，法半夏、茯苓、炙甘草同用用于痰湿滞寒、咳嗽痰多、胸闷不畅，与炒白术同用，理气健脾，用于脾胃气滞，消化不良，腹胀，胸闷，食欲不振，恶心呕吐等；法半夏、川贝母、款冬花有化痰止咳作用；五味子收敛肺气。
(2)膏方是中药传统剂型中最常用的一种，服用膏方治疗疾病，是中医学的传统特色疗法之一。本发明在补益的基础上，气行则血行，化痰止咳，脾为后天之本，大多数患者都有脾气虚弱的症状，补中气、健脾胃则能补肺气之需，所谓“培土生金”。
(3)本发明所选用的中草药均符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定；具有见效快、疗程短、治愈率高、安全方便、无毒副作用的特点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种补脾肺止咳喘的中药，各中药提取物的重量组成为：炙黄芪5g、党参10g、桔皮5g、法半夏5g、茯苓5g、炙甘草2g、山药5g、当归5g、炒白芍6g、款冬花5g、炙枇杷叶5g、南沙参5g、北沙参5g、川贝母5g、麦冬5g、天冬5g、白前5g、炒白术5g、百部5g、杏仁5g、五味子5g和地黄5g。
所述的补脾肺止咳喘的中药得制备方法如下：
各中药原料是中药提取物，将上述各原料混合，加入不锈钢锅或砂锅内加水浸泡，加水的量是所有中药原料重量的4倍，中药原料重量以中药提取物计；煮沸30分钟，再加入蜂蜜，继续煮沸30分钟，加蜂蜜的量是稠膏重量的0.4倍，去除药渣后装瓶灭菌；
实施例2
一种补脾肺止咳喘的中药饮片，各中药饮片的重量组成为：炙黄芪15g、党参25g、桔皮15g、法半夏20g、茯苓20g、炙甘草10g、山药15g、当归18g、炒白芍15g、款冬花15g、炙枇杷叶20g、南沙参25g、北沙参25g、川贝母15g、麦冬15g、天冬15g、白前20g、炒白术15g、百部15g、杏仁20g、五味子15g和地黄20g。
所述的补脾肺止咳喘的中药得制备方法如下：
各中药原料是中药饮片，将上述各原料混合，加入不锈钢锅或砂锅内加水浸泡，加水的量是所有中药原料重量的6倍，中药原料重量以中药饮片计；煎煮2次，每次1-1.1h，合并煎液浓缩成d＝1.3的稠膏，稠膏中再加入蜂蜜煮沸30分钟，加蜂蜜的量是稠膏重量的0.4倍，装瓶灭菌。

1.一种补脾肺止咳喘的中药，其特征在于：各中药原料的重量组成为：炙黄芪5-15g、党参10-25g、桔皮5-15g、法半夏5-20g、茯苓5-20g、炙甘草2-10g、山药5-15g、当归5-18g、炒白芍6-15g、款冬花5-15g、炙枇杷叶5-20g、南沙参5-25g、北沙参5-25g、川贝母5-15g、麦冬5-15g、天冬5-15g、白前5-20g、炒白术5-15g、百部5-15g、杏仁5-20g、五味子5-15g和地黄5-20g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的补脾肺止咳喘的中药，其特征在于：各中药原料是中药提取物或中药饮片。
3.一种权利要求2所述的补脾肺止咳喘的中药的制备方法，其特征在于：
各中药原料是中药提取物时，将上述各原料混合，加入不锈钢锅或砂锅内加水煮沸，再加入蜂蜜，继续煮沸，去除药渣后装瓶灭菌；
各中药原料是中药饮片时，将上述各原料混合，加入不锈钢锅或砂锅内加水煎煮2次，合并煎液浓缩成稠膏，稠膏中再加入蜂蜜，继续煮沸，装瓶灭菌。
4.根据权利要求3所述的补脾肺止咳喘的中药的制备方法，其特征在于：各中药原料是中药提取物时，加水的量是所有中药原料重量的2-4倍，中药原料重量以中药提取物计。
5.根据权利要求3所述的补脾肺止咳喘的中药的制备方法，其特征在于：各中药原料是中药饮片时，加水的量是所有中药原料重量的6-8倍，中药原料重量以中药饮片计。
6.根据权利要求3所述的补脾肺止咳喘的中药的制备方法，其特征在于：加蜂蜜的量是稠膏重量的0.4-0.5倍。
7.根据权利要求3所述的补脾肺止咳喘的中药的制备方法，其特征在于：装瓶为每瓶40g。
8.根据权利要求3所述的补脾肺止咳喘的中药的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤如下：
各中药原料是中药提取物时，将上述各原料混合，加入不锈钢锅或砂锅内加水浸泡，煮沸30分钟，再加入蜂蜜，继续煮沸30分钟，去除药渣后装瓶灭菌；
各中药原料是中药饮片时，将上述各原料混合，加入不锈钢锅或砂锅内加水浸泡，煎煮2次，每次1-1.1h，合并煎液浓缩成d＝1.3的稠膏，稠膏中再加入蜂蜜煮沸30分钟，装瓶灭菌。
