1、以气短喘促，呼吸困难，甚至张口抬肩，鼻翼煽动，不能平卧，***发绀为特征；
2、多有慢性咳嗽，哮病，肺痨，心悸等疾病史，每遇外感及劳累而诱发；
3、呈桶状胸；叩诊胸部呈过清音，心浊音界缩小或消失，肝浊音界下移；肺呼吸音减低，可闻及干、湿性罗音或哮鸣音；或肝肿大、下肢浮肿、颈静脉怒张；
4、合并感染者，白细胞总数及中性粒细胞可增高；必要时查血钾、钠、二氧化碳结合力及X线胸部摄片，心电图，心、肺功能测定，血气分析等。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，六天一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：喘息及其它症状消失，实验室检查明显好转；
2、好转：喘息及其它症状好转，实验室检查有改善；
3、未愈：主症未改善或恶化者。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-12个疗程，治愈47例，好转11例，未愈6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：刘某，男，48岁。自述初起时咳嗽，在劳动后感到气短、喘憋，并未重视。近一个月来时常感觉乏力、食欲不振，且呼吸困难逐步加重。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程后，自觉喘憋症状明显好转，乏力感减轻；继续服用4个疗程，症状消失，治愈。
病例2：沈某，女，55岁。自述患有肺气肿多年，终日哮喘不止，呈阵发性咳嗽，咳痰，四肢无力。期间一直口服治疗肺气肿的抗生素西药，病情总是反复发作。后采用中医治疗。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂6个疗程，呼吸困难现象好转，咳嗽、咳痰明显减轻；续服4个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。

1. 一种治疗肺气肿的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：丹参10-30份，旋覆花10-20份，牡丹皮10-20份，葶苈子5-15份，款冬花10-20份，桑椹10-20份，月季花10-20份，干姜5-15份，太子参10-20份，天冬10-20份，五爪龙10-20份，五味子5-15份，侧柏叶10-20份，金雀根10-20份，木耳5-15份，昆布10-20份，瓜蒌子10-20份，枇杷叶5-15份，矮地茶10-20份，紫菀10-20份，罗布麻5-15份，马兜铃10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肺气肿的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：丹参20份，旋覆花15份，牡丹皮15份，葶苈子10份，款冬花15份，桑椹15份，月季花15份，干姜10份，太子参15份，天冬15份，五爪龙15份，五味子10份，侧柏叶15份，金雀根15份，木耳10份，昆布15份，瓜蒌子15份，枇杷叶10份，矮地茶15份，紫菀15份，罗布麻10份，马兜铃15份，甘草10份。
