木薯粉是一种淀粉也叫泰国生粉,它是从一种湿地植物的根茎提取出来的,木薯粉是一种保健功效出色的特色食品,这种食物中有多种氨基酸和微量元素,人类食用以后能把这些营养成分快速吸收,可以保肝健脾和胃,也能滋养肌肤,更能提高身体细胞的抗病毒能力,平时经常食用能减少癌症的发生。
玉米是世界公认的“黄金作物”,其脂肪、磷元素、维生素B2的含量居谷类食物之首;玉米淀粉中含有亚油酸和维生素E,能使人体内胆固醇水平降低,从而减少动脉硬化的发生;玉米淀粉有丰富的谷胱甘肽,这是一种抗癌因子,在人体内能与多种外来的化学致癌物质相结合,使其失去毒性,然后通过消化道排出体外。
牛奶含有丰富的矿物质及身体成长所缺的微量元素,营养价值很高,是日常生活中不可或缺的营养佳品。牛奶具有美容功效。牛奶含有丰富的蛋白质,乳脂肪,维他命,矿物质等,具有天然保湿效果,也很容易被皮肤吸收,牛奶含有丰富的铁铜,乳磷脂等,可以大大提高大脑的工作效率,同时牛奶中还含有丰富的镁元素,可以降低心脏疲劳。
枸杞子为茄科植物宁夏枸杞的干燥成熟果实。其味甘、性平具有补肝益肾之功效,《本草纲目》中说“久服坚筋骨,轻身不老,耐寒暑。”中医常用它来治疗肝肾阴亏、腰膝酸软、头晕、健忘、目眩、目昏多泪、消渴、遗精等病症。现代药理学研究证实枸杞子可调节机体免疫功能、能有效抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变、具有延缓衰老、抗脂肪肝、调节血脂和血糖、促进造血功能等方面的作用。
细砂糖是食糖中质量最好的一种。其颗粒为结晶状,均匀,颜色洁白,甜味纯正,甜度稍低于红糖。适当食用白糖有助于提高机体对钙的吸收,细砂糖的食用效果有润肺生津、止咳、和中益肺、舒缓肝气、滋阴、调味解盐卤毒等。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:该紫薯凉糕清爽可口,满足大多数人的口味,清热解暑,绿色健康没有致癌物质,原材料新鲜绿色,本配方的优点在于:营养丰富,提神消暑,促进肠胃蠕动,增强人体免疫力,健胃保肝。

具体实施例二:紫薯26份,米粉21份,木薯粉16份,玉米淀粉9份,细砂糖16份,牛奶21份,水31份,枸杞6份。
具体实施例三:紫薯27份,米粉22份,木薯粉17份,玉米淀粉10份,细砂糖17份,牛奶22份,水32份,枸杞7份。
具体实施例四:紫薯28份,米粉23份,木薯粉18份,玉米淀粉11份,细砂糖18份,牛奶23份,水33份,枸杞8份。
具体实施例五:紫薯29份,米粉24份,木薯粉19份,玉米淀粉12份,细砂糖19份,牛奶20份,水34份,枸杞9份。
具体实施例六:紫薯30份,米粉25份,木薯粉20份,玉米淀粉15份,细砂糖20份,牛奶23份,水35份,枸杞9份。

Claims (7)
1.一种紫薯凉糕配方及其制作方法,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料组成:紫薯25-30份,米粉20-25份,木薯粉15-20份,玉米淀粉8-15份,细砂糖15-20份,牛奶20-23份,水30-35份,枸杞5-9份。
2.一种紫薯凉糕配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的紫薯是用开水蒸熟而成的。
3.一种紫薯凉糕配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的米粉是用晚稻大米捣烂而成的。
4.一种紫薯凉糕配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的木薯粉是用晒干的木薯捣烂而成的。
5.一种紫薯凉糕配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的玉米淀粉是用糯玉米捣烂而成的。
6.一种紫薯凉糕配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的牛奶是经过微波炉加热5分钟而成的。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种紫薯凉糕配方及其制作方法,其制作方法如下:
(1)将紫薯、米粉、木薯粉、玉米淀粉、细砂糖放入容器中打碎。
(2)将水、牛奶加入步骤一所得材料进行搅拌成面浆。
(3)取三分之一面浆装入容器里蒸煮10分钟。
(4)再取二分之一面浆倒入步骤三所得材料蒸煮10分钟。
(5)再取剩下面浆倒入步骤四所得材料并放入枸杞,中火蒸煮20分钟。
(6)最后,成品放品,盖上盖子冷藏3小时即可食用。
