技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种曲面液晶显示面板的TFT组件。
背景技术
液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)因具有高画质、省电、机身薄及应用范围广等优点,而被广泛的应用于手机、电视、个人数字助理、数字相机、笔记本电脑、台式计算机等各种消费性电子产品,成为显示装置中的主流。
曲面液晶显示面板相比于传统的平面显示面板具有更优异的观看体验,但曲面液晶显示面板在弯曲后上下基板容易出现错位,造成显示不良。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种曲面液晶显示面板,能够防止上下基板错位,避免显示不良。同时,本发明还提供了一种曲面液晶显示面板的TFT组件及其加工方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种曲面液晶显示面板,包括:相对设置的第一基板和第二基板、以及设于所述第一基板和第二基板之间的液晶层;
所述第一基板包括:第一衬底基板,形成于所述第一衬底基板朝向第二基板的一侧的多条扫描线、与扫描线垂直的多条数据线、以及多个TFT,覆盖所述扫描线、数据线、及TFT的绝缘层,设于所述绝缘层上的色阻层、设于所述色阻层上的像素电极及遮光电极,覆盖所述色阻层、像素电极、遮光电极的有机平坦层,和设于所述有机平坦层上的主间隙隔垫物和副间隙隔垫物;
所述第二基板包括:第二衬底基板和设于所述第二衬底基板朝向第一衬底基板的一侧的公共电极;
所述遮光电极位于所述数据线的上方并遮挡所述数据线,且所述遮光电极具有与所述公共电极相同的电位,所述主间隙隔垫物和副间隙隔垫物的材料均为黑色遮光材料且所述主间隙隔垫物位于所述TFT的上方,所述副间歇隔垫物位于所述扫描线的上方。
所述有机平坦层的材料为PFA。
所述遮光电极和像素电极的材料均为氧化铟锡或氧化铟锌。
一种曲面液晶显示面板的TFT组件,包括设于缓冲层上的栅极、覆盖栅极和缓冲层的栅极绝缘层、设于栅极绝缘层上的有源层、设于栅极绝缘层上的分别与有源层的两端接触的源极和漏极。
一种曲面液晶显示面板的TFT组件的加工方法,步骤如下:
1)、结构及分别加工
TFT组件,包括设于缓冲层上的栅极、覆盖栅极和缓冲层的栅极绝缘层、设于栅极绝缘层上的有源层、设于栅极绝缘层上的分别与有源层的两端接触的源极和漏极;
各部件首先依现有技术制备、组装复合;
2)、前处理
复合后对其外表面喷涂前处理液,喷涂结束利用真空干燥机干燥,干燥温度为35℃;
前处理液的组分为:邻苯二甲酸酯3.5份、防沉淀剂2.3份、流平剂3.5份、冰醋酸17份、聚苯乙烯树脂25份、靛红碱2.5份;
前处理液的加工方法为:在配制釜中,依次加入原料,然后升温至50℃,搅拌混合1.5小时制成;
3)、后续处理
将预处理后的像素定义层模块置于密闭容器中,抽真空保持5小时以上,然后恢复常压再取出;最后将其放入鼓风干燥箱中烘干1小时,温度为45℃。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、本发明的一种曲面液晶显示面板,包括:相对设置的第一基板和第二基板、以及设于所述第一基板和第二基板之间的液晶层;所述第一基板包括:第一衬底基板,形成于所述第一衬底基板朝向第二基板的一侧的多条扫描线、与扫描线垂直的多条数据线、以及多个TFT,覆盖所述扫描线、数据线、及TFT的绝缘层,设于所述绝缘层上的色阻层、设于所述色阻层上的像素电极及遮光电极,覆盖所述色阻层、像素电极、遮光电极的有机平坦层,和设于所述有机平坦层上的主间隙隔垫物和副间隙隔垫物;通过将色阻层、和间隙隔垫物均设置于第一基板上,并通过遮光电极进行遮光,能够防止上下基板错位,避免显示不良。
2)、本发明的一种曲面液晶显示面板的TFT组件及其加工方法,通过前处理以及后续处理使TFT组件的光学性能得到显著提升。

所述第一基板1包括:第一衬底基板11,形成于所述第一衬底基板11朝向第二基板2的一侧的多条扫描线(未图示)、与扫描线垂直的多条数据线16、以及多个TFT,覆盖所述扫描线、数据线16、及TFT的绝缘层18,设于所述绝缘层18上的色阻层19、设于所述色阻层19上的像素电极20及遮光电极24,覆盖所述色阻层19、像素电极20、遮光电极24的有机平坦层21,和设于所述有机平坦层21上的主间隙隔垫物22和副间隙隔垫物(未图示);
所述第二基板2包括:第二衬底基板201和设于所述第二衬底基板201朝向第一基板1的一侧的公共电极202;
所述遮光电极24位于所述数据线16的上方并遮挡所述数据线16,且所述遮光电极24具有与所述公共电极202相同的电位,所述主间隙隔垫物22和副间隙隔垫物的材料均为黑色遮光材料且所述主间隙隔垫物22位于所述TFT的上方,所述副间歇隔垫物位于所述扫描线的上方,其中所述TFT所在的区域地势较高,所述主间隙隔垫物22设置于TFT所在的区域上能够更好的支撑第一基板1和第二基板2。

具体地,所述第一基板11还包括缓冲层12,所述TFT包括:设于所述缓冲层12上的栅极13、覆盖所述栅极13和缓冲层12的栅极绝缘层14、设于所述栅极绝缘层14上的有源层15、设于所述栅极绝缘层14上的分别与所述有源层15的两端接触的源极161和漏极162,所述数据线16与所述源极161位于同一层并与所述源极161电性连接,所述扫描线与所述栅极13位于同一层并与所述栅极13电性连接,所述像素电极20通过穿过所述色阻层19和绝缘层18的过孔与所述漏极162电性连接,所述色阻层19包括阵列排布的多个色阻块,所述多个色阻块包括:红色、绿色、及蓝色色阻块。
具体地,本发明通过将所述通过将色阻层、和间隙隔垫物均设置于第一基板上,并通过遮光电极控制与遮光电极对应的液晶不转动进行遮光,能够防止上下基板错位,避免显示不良。
实施例2
一种曲面液晶显示面板的TFT组件的加工方法,步骤如下:
1)、结构及分别加工
TFT组件,包括设于缓冲层上的栅极、覆盖栅极和缓冲层的栅极绝缘层、设于栅极绝缘层上的有源层、设于栅极绝缘层上的分别与有源层的两端接触的源极和漏极;
各部件首先依现有技术制备、组装复合;
2)、前处理
复合后对其外表面喷涂前处理液,喷涂结束利用真空干燥机干燥,干燥温度为35℃;
前处理液的组分为:邻苯二甲酸酯3.5份、防沉淀剂2.3份、流平剂3.5份、冰醋酸17份、聚苯乙烯树脂25份、靛红碱2.5份;
前处理液的加工方法为:在配制釜中,依次加入原料,然后升温至50℃,搅拌混合1.5小时制成;
3)、后续处理
将预处理后的像素定义层模块置于密闭容器中,抽真空保持5小时以上,然后恢复常压再取出;最后将其放入鼓风干燥箱中烘干1小时,温度为45℃。

1.一种曲面液晶显示面板的TFT组件,其特征在于,包括设于缓冲层上的栅极、覆盖栅极和缓冲层的栅极绝缘层、设于栅极绝缘层上的有源层、设于栅极绝缘层上的分别与有源层的两端接触的源极和漏极。
