Abstract

本发明旨在提供一种黑化装饰效果及抗蚀性好 的钢铁件磷化液。其由黑化液和磷化液两部分组 成。黑化液由锰离子、锑离子、铁离子、磷酸根离子、 盐酸根离子、钼酸根离子、酒石酸根离子及水组成,其 制备方法是将含有其各离子成分的盐以及水加入反 应釜中搅拌溶解;磷化液属锌钙镍盐磷化液。用本发 明生成的黑色磷化膜,色泽乌黑纯真,抗蚀能力极 强。本发明广泛适用于机械、电子、兵器、航空、车船、 仪器、建材、家电等领域。

Description

本发明涉及钢铁件表面磷化处理技术。
钢铁件表面常用磷化方法进行防护及装饰处理。中国专利申请号为88105272.8的名称为“磷化液及其制备方法”的发明专利申请,提供了一种由酸洗液和磷化液两部分组成的磷化液。其中的磷化液主要包括硝酸钙、磷酸锌及硝酸镍溶液,还有少量其他盐、酸以及添加剂。该发明技术用于钢铁件磷化时,所生成的磷化膜呈灰色或深灰色,色泽不够美观,装饰效果不太好;也有人使用硫化物(例如硫化钠)中的活性硫,在钢铁表面生成硫化亚铁,经磷化处理后生成黑色磷化膜。例如用硫化物溶液预浸再经磷化处理,生成含有黑色硫化亚铁的磷化膜。由于硫化物化学稳定性差,使该种黑色磷化膜黑色均匀性差,黑化效果及耐蚀性都较差,往往难以付诸生产应用。而且,生产过程中要逸出带有刺激性的硫化氢气体,严重污染生产环境。
本发明的目的在于提供一种黑色磷化液及其制造方法,该黑色磷化液对钢铁件工件进行处理后,生成的黑色磷化膜黑化装饰效果好,并且有良好的稳定性及抗蚀性。
本发明中的黑色磷化液,由黑化液和磷化液两部分组成:其中磷化液按其重量百分组成含有:
锌离子    0.5-3.50
钙离子    0.25-2.50
镍离子    0.15-0.48
磷酸根离子    1.15-3.00
硝酸根离子    1.50-15.00
柠檬酸根离子    0.50-1.00
硼酸根离子    0.38-0.80
余量是水;
其特征是其中黑化液按其重量百分组成为:
锰离子    0.05-0.24
锑离子    0.08-0.42
铁离子    0.17-0.34
磷酸根离子    3.00-6.00
盐酸根离子    2.00-5.00
钼酸根离子    0.04-0.15
酒石酸根离子    0.18-0.58
余量是水。
本发明中黑色磷化液的制备方法,是按下述步骤进行:
黑化液:
1)、将所需量的氯化锰、氯化锑、氯化铁、酒石酸逐一加入反应釜中,加入一定量的水,搅拌使之溶解;
2)、将所需量的磷酸和盐酸加入所说的反应釜中,使釜中反应物质加速溶解;
3)将所需量的钼酸钠置于容器中,用水溶解后,慢慢加入所说的反应釜中;
4)、在所说的反应釜中加入水至所需要量。
5)、将反应釜中生成液移至贮槽备用。
磷化液:
1)将所需量的氧化锌及比重1.71的磷酸置于反应釜中充分反应,使氧化锌完全溶解后移至一只贮槽备用;
2)、将所需量的氧化锌及比重1.50的硝酸置于反应釜中充分反应,使氧化锌完全溶解后移至第二只贮槽备用;
3)、将所需量的氧化钙及比重1.50的硝酸置于反应釜中充分反应,使氧化钙完全溶解后移至第三只贮槽备用;
4)将上述第一、二、三只贮槽中的溶液注入磷化槽;
5)、将所需量的硝酸镍、硼酸及柠檬酸注入磷化槽,搅拌均匀,然后加入水至需要量。
6)、用氧化锌分别调节磷化槽中溶液的游离酸度及总酸度,使游离酸度值FA在4-6点,总酸度值TA在45-70点。
钢铁工件经清洁处理后,用本发明的黑化液在15-60℃温度下预浸处理0.5-5分钟,再经本发明中的磷化液在55-95℃温度下磷化4-15分钟,即可形成均匀、细致、乌黑色的磷化膜。该黑色磷化膜黑化装饰效果好,具有强的附着力,良好的稳定性及抗蚀性。对该黑化膜还可以进行后处理,例如施加干性油膜防护剂,进一步增强抗蚀性。
用本发明中黑化液对工件预浸处理之后,采用其他磷化液进行磷化处理,如锌系、锰系等磷化液以及适当的添加剂,也能达到黑色磷化效果。还可以将本发明中黑化液的主要成份与本发明中的磷化液或其他磷化液合配成一体,组成黑色磷化液,将工件直接置入其中进行黑磷化处理,达到黑色磷化的效果。
工件经本发明中的黑化液预浸处理后,在工件表面形成一层连续、均匀的黑化膜。该层黑化膜可改善工件表面的物理状态,使其具有结晶核心多、细晶化、活性强以及有一定催化特性等特点。可 以加速磷化反应速度,减少磷化处理时间,减少膜层孔隙率,提高抗腐蚀性能。该黑化膜是黑化液中多种无机盐在钢铁件表面上作用而形成的、膜层均匀、化学稳定性好。
以下给出本发明的实施例,见表1;所生成黑色磷化膜的性能检测结果见表2。

Claims (2)

1、钢铁件黑色磷化液,由黑化液和磷化液两部分组成:其中磷化液按其重量百分组成含有:
锌离子        0.50-3.50
钙离子        0.25-2.50
镍离子        0.15-0.48
磷酸根离子    1.15-3.00
硝酸根离子    1.50-15.00
柠檬酸根离子  0.50-1.00
硼酸根离子    0.38-0.80
余量是水;
其特征是其中黑化液按其重量百分组成为:
锰离子        0.05-0.24
锑离子        0.08-0.42
铁离子        0.17-0.34
磷酸根离子    3.00-6.00
盐酸根离子    2.00-5.00
钼酸根离子    0.04-0.15
酒石酸根离子  0.18-0.58
余量是水。
2、钢铁件黑色磷化液的制备方法,其特征在于按下述步骤进行:
黑化液:
1)、将所需量的氯化锰、氯化锑、氯化铁、酒石酸逐一加入反应釜中,加入一定量的水,搅拌使之溶解;
2)、将所需量的磷酸和盐酸加入所说的反应釜中,使釜中反应物质加速溶解;
3)将所需量的钼酸钠置于容器中,用水溶解后,慢慢加入所说的反应釜中;
4)、在所说的反应釜中加入水至所需要量。
5)、将反应釜中生成液移至贮槽备用。
磷化液:
1)将所需量的氧化锌及比重1.71的磷酸置于反应釜中充分反应,使氧化锌完全溶解后移至一只贮槽备用;
2)、将所需量的氧化锌及比重1.50的硝酸置于反应釜中充分反应,使氧化锌完全溶解后移至第二只贮槽备用;
3)、将所需量的氧化钙及比重1.50的硝酸置于反应釜中充分反应,使氧化钙完全溶解后移至第三只贮槽备用;
4)将上述第一、二、三只贮槽中的溶液注入磷化槽;
5)、将所需量的硝酸镍、硼酸及柠檬酸注入磷化槽,搅拌均匀,然后加入水至需要量。
6)、用氧化锌分别调节磷化槽中溶液的游离酸度及总酸度,使游离酸度值FA在4-6点,总酸度值TA在45-70点。
