一种耐火油漆,其原料按重量份计为:有机硅树脂45~60份、漆粉35~45份、二苯醚甲醛树脂25~30份、HPMC羟丙基纤维素20~26份、炭黑12~16份、云母粉9~12份、沸石粉5~8份、二氧化硅4~6份、硅酸铝2~5份、硼纤维1~5份、助剂1~3份。
作为优选,其原料按重量份计为:有机硅树脂54份、漆粉42份、二苯醚甲醛树脂27份、HPMC羟丙基纤维素25份、炭黑14份、云母粉10份、沸石粉6份、二氧化硅5份、硅酸铝3份、硼纤维3份、助剂2份。
作为优选,所述助剂为消泡剂、防沉剂、分散剂、消光剂、流平剂中的一种或多种组合。
作为优选,按重量份计,炭黑:云母粉:沸石粉=2:1:1。
