本发明涉及涂料的技术领域,具体为一种耐高温建筑涂料。
背景技术
涂料涂饰于物体表面能与基体材料很好粘结并形成完整而坚韧保护膜的物料,称为涂料。涂料与油漆是同一概念。油漆是人们沿用已久的***的提高,人们对建筑物墙体的需求,己从单纯的保温性发展到兼具环保性,而对于建筑行业的人员来说,还考虑施工保温材料的好用性。目前市场用于建筑墙体上保温材料品种很多,这些材料具有较好的保温效果,但对环境有污染,并且存在施工复杂、占用卒问大的缺点。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出一种新的技术方案。

本发明的目的是提供一种结构稳定,耐高温的建筑涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种耐高温建筑涂料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:有机硅改性环氧树脂20~40份,乙酸乙酯15~30份,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛10~20份,聚丙烯纤维3~8份,云母粉1~5份,纳米二氧化硅3~8份,增稠剂0.1~1份,阻燃剂0.1~1份,分散剂0.1~0.5份,去离子水20~30份。
进一步地,所述增稠剂为有机膨润土。
进一步地,所述阻燃剂为三氧化二铝。
进一步地,所述分散剂为聚乙二醇。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能提高涂料的耐高温性,使用寿命长,同时无毒无污染,具有环保效益,阻性能好,保温层厚度小,并且具有很强的保温效果。

一种耐高温建筑涂料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:有机硅改性环氧树脂30份,乙酸乙酯20份,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛15份,聚丙烯纤维6份,云母粉3份,纳米二氧化硅5份,有机膨润土0.5份,三氧化二铝0.5份,聚乙二醇0.3份,去离子水25份。

一种耐高温建筑涂料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:有机硅改性环氧树脂40份,乙酸乙酯30份,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛20份,聚丙烯纤维8份,云母粉5份,纳米二氧化硅8份,有机膨润土1份,三氧化二铝1份,聚乙二醇0.5份,去离子水30份。
本发明能提高涂料的耐高温性,使用寿命长,同时无毒无污染,具有环保效益,阻性能好,保温层厚度小,并且具有很强的保温效果。
