In this embodiment, the first driving component and the second driving component share one driving piece, where the film binding roller 4 is connected to the driving piece through a first transmission mechanism, and the film pulling roller 5 is connected to the driving piece through a second transmission mechanism, where the first transmission mechanism and the second transmission mechanism may adopt a chain transmission mechanism or a belt transmission mechanism, and the driving piece may be a separate rotary driving piece (e.g., a motor), or the driving piece may also be a gearbox that obtains power from the walking chassis. The film binding roller 4 is provided with 6 rows of teeth, and the film pulling roller 5 is provided with 6 groups of teeth. The rotation angular velocity of the film poking roller 5 is greater than the rotation angular velocity of the film poking roller 4, and the rotation angular velocity of the film poking roller 5 is preferably two to three times of the rotation angular velocity of the film poking roller 4, so that the mulching film 100 can be timely sent into the film collecting box 3, and the mulching film 100 is prevented from being wound on the film poking roller 4.
