Preparation method of cinnabar relief painting
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cinnabar artware, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a cinnabar relief picture.
Background
Cinnabar and original named cinnabar are main raw materials for refining mercury, and are also called mercury sand; red, commonly called as "dansha", "dan chestnut", "red lead", "cinnabar"; the chemical composition of the crystal is mercury sulfide, the crystal is of a trigonal system, the crystal is in a plate shape or a soil shape, a crystal cluster is usually in a rhombohedral twin shape and a large-particle single crystal, and the crystal is semitransparent or opaque, bright red, vermilion, light red, dark red or red, crisp in nature, sensitive to light, high in refractive index, 2-2.5 in hardness, 8.09-8.2 in specific gravity, heavy, crisp in quality, easy to break when being in a sheet shape, and glittering, glossy and tasteless when being in a powder shape. Cinnabar has the name of "soft ruby"; at present, cinnabar is frequently used for making relief paintings, most of the cinnabar relief paintings have rough surfaces and tiny bubbles, the touch and the attractiveness of products are seriously influenced, the hardness is not ideal, and the cinnabar relief paintings are easy to damage.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a preparation method of a cinnabar relief painting.

a preparation method of a cinnabar relief painting is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials: cinnabar, ochre and scarlet are mixed and put into a grinder to be ground for 10-20 min, the ground mixture is sieved by a 200-300-mesh sieve and then put into a high-speed stirrer to be stirred for 5-10 min, the temperature is controlled to be 40-50 ℃ and the humidity is controlled to be 65-75% in the stirring process, and epoxy resin accounting for 30-50% of the weight of the epoxy resin is added;
(2) and (3) processing the relief model: cleaning and soaking for 20-30 min by using purified water, wherein the soaking temperature is 30-40 ℃, taking out the model after soaking is finished, cleaning for 3-5 min by using ultrasonic waves, and drying the water on the surface;
(3) and (3) drying: pouring the raw materials into a mold, placing the mold in a closed environment at the temperature of 40-45 ℃ for drying for 2-3 h, and cooling at normal temperature.
The cinnabar, the ochre and the red earth are mixed according to the weight ratio of 20: (1-3): (0.1-0.5) by weight ratio.
The cinnabar, the ochre and the red earth are mixed according to the weight ratio of 20: 2.5: 0.3 weight ratio and mixing evenly.
The frequency of the ultrasonic wave is 25-35 KHz.
5-10% of agilawood and 0.5-2% of fly ash by weight are added into the epoxy resin.
In the ultrasonic cleaning process, the cleaning agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-20% of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 5-10% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 1-5% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 1-3% of lecithin, 30-40% of organic silicon modified styrene-acrylic emulsion and the balance of water.
Advantageous effects
The cinnabar, the ochre and the earth red are mixed and crushed, a proper amount of epoxy resin is added to prepare a raw material of the relief, the raw material is placed into a relief painting model after special cleaning, and the relief painting is dried to prepare the cinnabar relief painting.
