Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚氨酯食品输送带及其制造方法,其技术要点是:自上向下依次包括表面TPU面层、中间织物层、TPU粘合层和织物底层,其特征在于:所述中间织物层的上下两侧面均设有TPU浸润层,所述上下两侧的TPU浸润层分别与TPU面层和TPU粘合层胶合,所述两TPU浸润层之间连接有若干TPU脉络丝;所述中间织物层包括互相交错的若干径向丝和若干纬向丝,所述经向丝和纬向丝间交叉处设有若干脉络孔,所述TPU脉络丝穿过脉络孔连接在两TPU浸润层之间。本发明的通过在中间织物层周围浸润与TPU粘合胶同种材料的浸润胶使食品传送带每层之间粘合更紧密,避免出现开胶的情况,增加了传送带的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种传送带,更具体的说它涉及一种聚氨酯食品输送带及其制造方法。
背景技术
食品行业现有无毒食品输送带主要面层以TPU为原材料,它具有无毒、无污染、表面层耐磨耗性能强、曲绕强度高、抗静电性能好、耐油、耐一般化学品渗透、抗拉伸、产品尺寸精度高、质量易于控制、使用寿命长等优点,现在的TPU加工方法通常为涂覆高温定型的方式进行加工,粘合胶直接涂覆在织物层上,并进行粘合,这种涂覆的方式,粘合胶紧紧与支撑层表面进行粘连,这种粘连方式在实际使用过程中很容易因为传送带织物层与粘合层之间的形变量不对等而出现开胶的情况,大大降低了传送带的使用寿命。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种聚氨酯食品输送带及其制造方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种聚氨酯食品输送带,自上向下依次包括表面TPU面层、中间织物层、TPU粘合层和织物底层,所述中间织物层的上下两侧面均设有TPU浸润层,所述上下两侧的TPU浸润层分别与TPU面层和TPU粘合层胶合,所述两TPU浸润层之间连接有若干TPU脉络丝;所述中间织物层包括互相交错的若干径向丝和若干纬向丝,所述经向丝和纬向丝间交叉处设有若干脉络孔,所述TPU脉络丝穿过脉络孔连接在两TPU浸润层之间。
优选的,所述TPU面层包括包括TUP胶合层和塑化涂层,所述TUP胶合层一次性涂覆,厚度为0.3mm,硬度为shoreA90°,所述塑化涂层为白色TPU粉末经190℃高温塑化形成。
优选的,所述中间织物层使用径向1000D超低收缩聚酯丝,纬向使用0.3mm聚酯单丝平织织法,经向丝和纬向丝密度比为43:23,所述织物底层使用径向1000D超低收缩聚酯丝,纬向使用0.3mm聚酯单丝平织织法,经向丝和纬向丝密度比为46:38。
其具体加工步骤为:
第一步:中间织物层浸润到TPU浸润涂胶中,至TPU浸润胶完全浸透中间织物层,加工温度180℃~200℃;
第二步:中间织物层高温定型,使浸润胶均匀分布在中间织物层内,并在中间织物层两面进行刮平处理,在中间织物层上下两侧形成TPU浸润层,并低温定型,加工温度80℃~100℃;
第三步:把定型之后的中间织物层送入涂层机,在中间织物层上侧面涂覆TPU粘合剂,加工温度160℃~210℃,速度6m/min~8m/min,每平方用量控制在80g,在中间织物层上表面形成TPU表面层;
第四步:TPU表面层涂覆TPU粉末,加工温度190℃~210℃,速度4m/min~5m/min;
第五步:分别在中间织物层下侧面和底层织物上侧面涂覆TPU粘合剂,工温度170℃~190℃,速度4m/min~5m/min。
第六步:双面覆合,加工温度160℃~210℃速度4m/min~5m/min。
优选的,所述TPU浸润胶配方按重量百分比计:
聚氨酯 15%~20%
甲苯 25%~35%
碳酸二甲酯 15%~20%
丙酮或丁酮 35%~40%
稳定剂 1%~2%
色浆 适量。
优选的,所述TPU粘合剂配方按重量百分比计:
聚氨酯 20%~25%
甲苯 25%~35%
碳酸二甲酯 15%~20%
丙酮或丁酮 25%~30%
稳定剂 2%~3%
色浆 适量。

实施例一:
一种聚氨酯食品输送带,自上向下依次包括表面TPU面层1、中间织物层2、TPU粘合层3和织物底层4,所述中间织物层2的上下两侧面均设有TPU浸润层5,所述上下两侧的TPU浸润层5分别与TPU面层1和TPU粘合层3胶合,所述两TPU浸润层5之间连接有若干TPU脉络丝6;所述中间织物层2包括互相交错的若干径向丝和若干纬向丝,所述经向丝和纬向丝间交叉处设有若干脉络孔,所述TPU脉络丝6穿过脉络孔连接在两TPU浸润层5之间。
优选的,所述TPU面层1包括包括TPU胶合层11和塑化涂层12,所述TPU胶合层11一次性涂覆,厚度为0.3mm,硬度为shoreA90°,所述塑化涂层12为白色TPU粉末经190℃高温塑化形成。
优选的,所述中间织物层2使用径向1000D超低收缩聚酯丝,纬向使用0.3mm聚酯单丝平织织法,经向丝和纬向丝密度比为43:23,所述织物底层4使用径向1000D超低收缩聚酯丝,纬向使用0.3mm聚酯单丝平织织法,经向丝和纬向丝密度比为46:38。

第四步:TPU表面层涂覆TPU粉末,加工温度190℃~210℃,速度4m/min~5m/min;
第五步:分别在中间织物层2下侧面和底层织物上侧面涂覆TPU粘合剂,工温度170℃~190℃,速度4m/min~5m/min。
第六步:双面覆合,加工温度160℃~210℃速度4m/min~5m/min。
优选的,所述TPU浸润胶配方按重量百分比计:
聚氨酯 15%~20%
甲苯 25%~35%
碳酸二甲酯 15%~20%
丙酮或丁酮 35%~40%
稳定剂 1%~2%
色浆 适量。
优选的,所述TPU粘合剂配方按重量百分比计:
聚氨酯 20%~25%
甲苯 25%~35%
碳酸二甲酯 15%~20%
丙酮或丁酮 25%~30%

综上所述,本发明通过使用丙酮或丁酮稀释聚氨酯,使TPU胶流动性更强,适合对中间织物层的浸润,通过低密度的经线和纬线平织织法使中间织物层之间形成若干脉络孔,使浸润胶可以在中间织物层和脉络孔之间流动,并附着在一起,在织物层之间形成浸润层,浸润层之间存在若干脉络丝,紧紧的粘合在中间织物层上,在通过高温使丙酮或丁酮蒸发使浸润胶合TPU胶之间互相结合粘合在一起,保证粘合胶与中间织物层之间的粘合度,防止出现传送带开胶的情况,使用寿命大大加长。

1.一种聚氨酯食品输送带,自上向下依次包括表面TPU面层、中间织物层、TPU粘合层和织物底层,其特征在于:所述中间织物层的上下两侧面均设有TPU浸润层,所述上下两侧的TPU浸润层分别与TPU面层和TPU粘合层胶合,所述两TPU浸润层之间连接有若干TPU脉络丝;所述中间织物层包括互相交错的若干径向丝和若干纬向丝,所述经向丝和纬向丝间交叉处设有若干脉络孔,所述TPU脉络丝穿过脉络孔连接在两TPU浸润层之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯食品输送带,其特征在于:所述TPU面层包括包括TUP胶合层和塑化涂层,所述TUP胶合层一次性涂覆,厚度为0.3mm,硬度为shoreA90°,所述塑化涂层为白色TPU粉末经190℃高温塑化形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯食品输送带,其特征在于:所述中间织物层使用径向1000D超低收缩聚酯丝,纬向使用0.3mm聚酯单丝平织织法,经向丝和纬向丝密度比为43:23,所述织物底层使用径向1000D超低收缩聚酯丝,纬向使用0.3mm聚酯单丝平织织法,经向丝和纬向丝密度比为46:38。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的聚氨酯食品输送带的制造方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
第一步:中间织物层浸润到TPU浸润涂胶中,至TPU浸润胶完全浸透中间织物层,加工温度180℃~200℃;
第二步:中间织物层高温定型,使浸润胶均匀分布在中间织物层内,并在中间织物层两面进行刮平处理,在中间织物层上下两侧形成TPU浸润层,并低温定型,加工温度80℃~100℃;
第三步:把定型之后的中间织物层送入涂层机,在中间织物层上侧面涂覆TPU粘合剂,加工温度160℃~210℃,速度6m/min~8m/min,每平方用量控制在80g,在中间织物层上表面形成TPU表面层;
第四步:TPU表面层涂覆TPU粉末,加工温度190℃~210℃,速度4m/min~5m/min;
第五步:分别在中间织物层下侧面和底层织物上侧面涂覆TPU粘合剂,工温度170℃~190℃,速度4m/min~5m/min;
第六步:双面覆合,加工温度160℃~210℃速度4m/min~5m/min。
5.根据权利要求4所述的聚氨酯食品输送带的制造方法,其特征在于:所述TPU浸润胶配方按重量百分比计:
聚氨酯 15%~20%
甲苯 25%~35%
碳酸二甲酯 15%~20%
丙酮或丁酮 35%~40%
稳定剂 1%~2%
色浆 适量。
