Abstract
本发明公开一种手术室墙体消毒液的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将四庚基碘化铵、聚乙烯亚胺、植酸钠混合均匀后,向其中加入乙醇溶液,然后采用超声处理35‑40min后,制得组分A;(2)将苯扎氯铵、醋酸氯己定、L‑乳酸钠、六氟磷酸钠、水混合均匀后,制得组分B;(3)消毒液使用前,将组分A和组分B按照质量比为95‑100:1的比例混合后,制得手术室墙体消毒液。采用本发明提供的方法制得的手术室墙体消毒液,具有极其优异的消毒效果,可有效的杀灭可能寄生在手术室墙体上的各种病菌微生物,同时本发明制得的消毒剂,挥发性较低,不会对人体造成伤害,在竖直的墙体表面具有优异的挂壁性,可有效的保证杀菌时间,并且不会对墙体造成腐蚀。

技术领域
本发明属于手术室墙体消毒技术领域,具体涉及一种手术室墙体消毒液的制备方法。
背景技术
手术室是为病人提供手术及抢救的场所,是医院的重要技术部门。高效安全的手术室空气净化***,保证手术室的无菌环境,可以满足器官移植、心脏、血管、人工关节置换等手术所需的高度无菌环境。现有技术中,均是采用常规的消毒剂对手术室墙体进行消毒,但是存在着消毒剂在墙体上的挂壁性较差,导致消毒剂与墙体的接触时间较短,进而杀菌时间达不到要求,消毒的效果不明显。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种手术室墙体消毒液的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种手术室墙体消毒液的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将四庚基碘化铵、聚乙烯亚胺、植酸钠按照质量比为4:7-10:5-9的质量比混合均匀后,向其中加入乙醇溶液,然后采用超声处理35-40min后,制得组分A;
(2)按重量份计,将14-16份苯扎氯铵、10-15份醋酸氯己定、4-8份L-乳酸钠、1-3份六氟磷酸钠、100-150份水混合均匀后,制得组分B;
(3)消毒液使用前,将组分A和组分B按照质量比为95-100:1的比例混合后,制得手术室墙体消毒液。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,乙醇溶液的体积分数为25-35%。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,乙醇溶液的加入量是四庚基碘化铵加入质量的55-65倍。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,聚乙烯亚胺的纯度为99%,其分子量为600。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,苯扎氯铵的纯度为80%,上述醋酸氯己定的纯度为98%。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
采用本发明提供的方法制得的手术室墙体消毒液,具有极其优异的消毒效果,可有效的杀灭可能寄生在手术室墙体上的各种病菌微生物,保证墙体的无菌环境,同时本发明制得的消毒剂,挥发性较低,不会对人体造成伤害,在竖直的墙体表面具有优异的挂壁性,可有效的保证杀菌时间,并且不会对墙体造成腐蚀。本发明的消毒剂有组分A和组分B制成,可保证具有强氧化性的杀菌物质不会与组分A中的成分长时间的接触,进而不会使组分A中的成分失去效果,使用时,再根据杀菌的需要,将两组分按照一定的比例混合。其中,组分A中成分可有效的提升消毒液的挂壁性,保证消毒液具有有效的杀菌时间;L-乳酸钠和六氟磷酸钠一方面既能与苯扎氯铵、醋酸氯己定协同作用,提升其杀菌效果,另一方面,能有效的提升苯扎氯铵、醋酸氯己定在消毒液中分布的均匀性和稳定性,延长组分B的保质期,有利于实现组分B的规模化生产;组分A中含有大量的高附着性和吸附性的活性基团,既能有效的结合杀菌成分,又能与墙体表面具有较高的附着性,进而保证了杀菌的时间。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据厂家的条件作进一步调整,未说明的实施条件通常为常规实验条件。
实施例1
一种手术室墙体消毒液的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将四庚基碘化铵、聚乙烯亚胺、植酸钠按照质量比为4:7:5的质量比混合均匀后,向其中加入乙醇溶液,然后采用超声处理35min后,制得组分A;
(2)按重量份计,将14份苯扎氯铵、10份醋酸氯己定、4份L-乳酸钠、1份六氟磷酸钠、100份水混合均匀后,制得组分B;
(3)消毒液使用前,将组分A和组分B按照质量比为95:1的比例混合后,制得手术室墙体消毒液。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,乙醇溶液的体积分数为25%。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,乙醇溶液的加入量是四庚基碘化铵加入质量的55倍。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,聚乙烯亚胺的纯度为99%,其分子量为600。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,苯扎氯铵的纯度为80%,上述醋酸氯己定的纯度为98%。
本实施例中,消毒液采用喷洒的方式喷洒在手术室的电解钢板墙壁上,30min后,墙壁上依然有消毒液,经消毒试验,本发明制得的消毒液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率均能达到100%。
实施例2
一种手术室墙体消毒液的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将四庚基碘化铵、聚乙烯亚胺、植酸钠按照质量比为4:8:7的质量比混合均匀后,向其中加入乙醇溶液,然后采用超声处理38min后,制得组分A;
(2)按重量份计,将14份苯扎氯铵、10份醋酸氯己定、4份L-乳酸钠、1份六氟磷酸钠、100份水混合均匀后,制得组分B;
(3)消毒液使用前,将组分A和组分B按照质量比为95:1的比例混合后,制得手术室墙体消毒液。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,乙醇溶液的体积分数为25%。

(2)按重量份计,将16份苯扎氯铵、15份醋酸氯己定、8份L-乳酸钠、3份六氟磷酸钠、150份水混合均匀后,制得组分B;
(3)消毒液使用前,将组分A和组分B按照质量比为100:1的比例混合后,制得手术室墙体消毒液。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,乙醇溶液的体积分数为35%。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,乙醇溶液的加入量是四庚基碘化铵加入质量的65倍。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,聚乙烯亚胺的纯度为99%,其分子量为600。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,苯扎氯铵的纯度为80%,上述醋酸氯己定的纯度为98%。
本实施例中,消毒液采用喷洒的方式喷洒在手术室的电解钢板墙壁上,40min后,墙壁上依然有消毒液,经消毒试验,本发明制得的消毒液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率均能达到100%。
Claims (5)
1.一种手术室墙体消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将四庚基碘化铵、聚乙烯亚胺、植酸钠按照质量比为4:7-10:5-9的质量比混合均匀后,向其中加入乙醇溶液,然后采用超声处理35-40min后,制得组分A;
(2)按重量份计,将14-16份苯扎氯铵、10-15份醋酸氯己定、4-8份L-乳酸钠、1-3份六氟磷酸钠、100-150份水混合均匀后,制得组分B;
(3)消毒液使用前,将组分A和组分B按照质量比为95-100:1的比例混合后,制得手术室墙体消毒液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手术室墙体消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中,乙醇溶液的体积分数为25-35%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种一种手术室墙体消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中,乙醇溶液的加入量是四庚基碘化铵加入质量的55-65倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种手术室墙体消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中,聚乙烯亚胺的纯度为99%,其分子量为600。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种手术室墙体消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中,苯扎氯铵的纯度为80%,上述醋酸氯己定的纯度为98%。
