本发明公开了一种微小型射频同轴连接器,包括:前置绝缘套(1)、后置绝缘套(2)、带线缆的插头(3),还包括:插芯(4)、插座壳体(5)、胶衬垫(6)、盖帽(7)、锁紧螺钉(8)。插座由前置绝缘套(1)、后置绝缘套(2)、插芯(4)、插座壳体(5)组成,插芯(4)中部带有滚花,可增加插芯(4)与前置绝缘套(1)间摩擦力,插芯(4)与前置绝缘套(1)间为过盈配合。将带线缆的插头(3)***到插座上,将胶衬垫(6)置于带线缆的插头(3)后端面与盖帽(7)间,用锁紧螺钉(8)将盖帽(7)固定,可实现带线缆的插头(3)与插座的连接与锁紧。本射频同轴连接器高度占用空间小,连接可靠,可实现中、低频信号传输。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种射频同轴连接器,特别是一种微小型射频同轴连接器。
背景技术
射频同轴连接器广泛应用于航空、航天、国防、通信等各行各业。随着小型化、高集成度电子产品的迅猛发展,对轻小型、高可靠性射频同轴连接器的需求变得日益迫切,现有的射频同轴连接器有SMA系列、SSMA系列,以及MCX系列等。SMA系列和SSMA系列为螺接锁紧型,连接可靠性高,但高度占用空间大,有时候无法满足狭小空间情况下产品的设计,MCX系列虽然高度占用空间小,但其为压接锁紧型,可靠性低,在运输及振动条件下,轻则有可能导致插头与插座连接不可靠,重则有可能导致插头与插座完全脱落。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种微小型射频同轴连接器,解决现有螺接锁紧型射频同轴连接器占用空间大或者压接锁紧型射频同轴连接器连接不可靠的问题。
一种微小型射频同轴连接器,包括:前置绝缘套、后置绝缘套、带线缆的插头,还包括:插芯、插座壳体、胶衬垫、盖帽和锁紧螺钉。前置绝缘套、后置绝缘套、插芯、插座壳体四部分构成插座,所述插芯由铍青铜材料制成且表面进行镀金处理,其一端带有不通的内孔,中部带有一段滚花。所述前置绝缘套和后置绝缘套均由聚四氟乙烯棒材制成,前置绝缘套为外部带有三级同心台阶、内部带有两级同心孔的套筒类结构件,后置绝缘套为外部带有两级同心台阶的中空套筒类结构件,插芯与前置绝缘套间为过盈配合,且插芯上的滚花能够增加插芯与前置绝缘套之间的摩擦力,使两者不易脱落。所述插座壳体为正方形且内部带有四级同心孔的结构件,插座壳体上还带有四个光孔和两个螺纹孔,插座壳体与前置绝缘套和后置绝缘套之间均为过盈配合,盖帽为带有两个安装孔的“U”型结构件。
使用时,将带线缆的插头***到插座上,并将胶衬垫置于带线缆的插头后端面与盖帽之间,用两个锁紧螺钉将盖帽进行固定,从而实现带线缆的插头与插座的连接与锁紧。
本同轴连接器设计新颖,高度占用空间小,连接可靠性高,可实现中、低频信号传输,可用于航空、航天、国防、通信等行业,为后续相关产品元器件选用提供技术依据。

具体实施方式

1.一种微小型射频同轴连接器,包括:前置绝缘套(1)、后置绝缘套(2)、带线缆的插头(3),其特征在于还包括:插芯(4)、插座壳体(5)、胶衬垫(6)、盖帽(7)和锁紧螺钉(8);前置绝缘套(1)、后置绝缘套(2)、插芯(4)、插座壳体(5)四部分构成插座,所述插芯(4)由铍青铜材料制成且表面进行镀金处理,其一端带有不通的内孔,中部带有一段滚花;所述前置绝缘套(1)和后置绝缘套(2)均由聚四氟乙烯棒材制成,前置绝缘套(1)为外部带有三级同心台阶、内部带有两级同心孔的套筒类结构件,后置绝缘套(2)为外部带有两级同心台阶的中空套筒类结构件,插芯(4)与前置绝缘套(1)间为过盈配合,且插芯(4)上的滚花能够增加插芯(4)与前置绝缘套(1)之间的摩擦力,使两者不易脱落;所述插座壳体(5)为正方形且内部带有四级同心孔的结构件,插座壳体(5)上还带有四个光孔和两个螺纹孔,插座壳体(5)与前置绝缘套(1)和后置绝缘套(2)之间均为过盈配合,盖帽(7)为带有两个安装孔的“U”型结构件;
