Abstract
一种热熔胶膜、制备方法及汽车门槛条。本发明公开了一种用于金属件与塑料件粘合的热熔胶膜,该热熔胶膜包括EAA20.00%‑50.00%、PE‑g‑MAH10.00%‑50.00%、EVA‑g‑MAH20.00%‑50.00%、增粘树脂1.00%‑10.00%、油酸酰胺0.10%‑0.50%、芥酸酰胺0.10%‑0.50%、抗氧剂0.10%‑0.50%、偶联剂0.10%‑0.50%。上述热熔胶膜可以用于金属件与塑料件的粘合,没有溶剂挥发,环保、无污染、无健康风险,加工效率提高,设备改进可以连续化生产,良品率提高,市场接受程度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域。
背景技术
汽车门槛装饰条,也称做迎宾踏板、门槛条,一般由面层金属板(不锈钢、铝板、铝合金,抛光、拉丝、阳极氧化等处理)和中间层塑料件(PE、PP、EPDM、TPV等材质)组成,经过粘合、冲型等工艺,最后在底部贴上双面胶条。用于门槛条和汽车门槛及后备箱的固定,用于美观和保护作用。其中面层和中间层之间需要用粘合剂来固定。要求粘接牢固,具有良好的耐候性能。
目前市面上使用的粘合工艺一般有两种,一种是采用溶剂型的胶黏剂刷胶粘结,如环氧胶、不饱和树脂等。虽然成本上较低,但是粘结工艺复杂,流程繁琐,一般需要多层刷胶,并等待溶剂挥发,加工效率低,胶水滴落容易污染其他制品。对于有包边的制品和凹凸纹路制品由于溶剂的流动性造成胶水分布不均匀和封边不牢固的情况。溶剂挥发过程制品容易被污染且胶黏剂中的溶剂对环境有巨大污染,且对操作者有很大的身体伤害。一种是使用泡棉胶带,以3M泡棉胶为代表,该胶带使用方便,直接贴合于两层材料中间,施工简单,但是成本非常高,同时胶带中容易有溶剂残留,胶带厚度较厚(一般0.5-1mm厚)使得无包边产品不美观,四周容易粘附脏污,耐高温及耐久性不是很好,顾客接受程度不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种新型热熔胶膜,同时提供了上述热熔胶膜的制备方法。本发明进一步提供了一种包含上述热熔胶膜的汽车门槛装饰条。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:

作为本发明所述的新型热熔胶膜的一种优选方案,包括以下重量百分比组分:
本发明同时公开了一种热熔胶膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述物料使用高速搅拌机充分搅拌,混合均匀;
(2)将混合后的物料使用双螺杆造粒机进行造粒,造粒温度120℃-180℃,烘干备用;
(3)将烘干后的颗粒使用涂布机或流延机进行挤出成膜,成膜温度为120℃-180℃,膜厚度为0.01mm。
本发明同时公开了上述热熔胶膜的一种应用,用于汽车门槛装饰条的加工。
一种包含上述热熔胶膜的汽车门槛装饰条,包括从上到下依次设置的金属装饰板、热熔胶膜和塑料件,将上述三层结构使用加热设备在160-180℃、压力0.2-0.6MPa下,压合15-50s。
有益效果
1.用热熔胶替代胶水并成功使用,材料成本上升,但带来了一系列的好处、总体成本下降。替代泡棉胶带,材料成本下降,产品美观可靠,客户接受程度高。
2.不锈钢、铝板和塑料件的粘接,单独粘接其中的一种都不难,但是要两种都可以粘接牢固,且满足耐候要求,目前市面上没有合适的热熔胶。一般EAA粘接金属效果好不粘塑料,EVA粘接塑料效果好但是粘接金属效果差,而且耐温差。EVA-g-MAH提升了EVA的耐温耐候效果,同时通过PE-g-MAH的相容效果,合理搭配,辅以偶联剂的使用达到了两者都可以粘接很好的效果。油酸酰胺和芥酸酰胺帮助薄膜收卷使用,抗氧剂的加入提升耐候性能。
3.没有溶剂挥发,环保、无污染、无健康风险。
4.加工效率提高,设备改进可以连续化生产。
5.良品率提高,客户使用反馈,由滴胶污染的不良率由之前的2%左右降低为0,由胶水粘接问题导致的不良率10%降为1%。
6.顾客接受程度高,相较于使用泡棉胶带的客户,其顾客更倾向于使用热熔胶膜粘接的产品。
具体实施方式
下述实施例及本申请中,所述的原料均自市场采购。其中,部分产品型号如下:EAA,陶氏5980;PE-g-MAH广州鹿山新材料股份有限公司,VB715;EVA-g-MAH,杜邦C190;增粘树脂,EASTOTAC H 130;抗氧剂,IRGANOX 1010;偶联剂,KH550。
一、热熔胶膜:
如表1,列举了实施例1-6六种不同的热熔胶膜的组成成分,具体组成成分详见表1,其中原辅料比例(单位:wt%)。

二、热熔胶膜的制备:
(1)按照实施例1-6所述物料比例,将上述物料使用高速搅拌机充分搅拌,转速200-800rpm,搅拌5分钟,混合均匀;
(2)将混合后的物料使用双螺杆造粒机进行造粒,造粒温度120℃-180℃,烘干备用;
(3)将烘干后的颗粒使用涂布机或流延机进行挤出成膜,成膜温度为120℃-180℃,膜厚度为0.1mm。
三、应用
将热熔胶膜裁切成所需规格,上层为金属件,下层为塑料件,中间放热熔胶膜,将三层结构使用平板压烫机或其他加热设备,温度设定160-180℃,压力0.2-0.6MPa,时间15-50s进行压合,然后进行后续其他操作。
汽车门槛装饰条的制备
一种汽车门槛装饰条,包括从上到下依次设置的金属装饰板、热熔胶膜和塑料件,将上述三层结构使用加热设备在160-180℃、压力0.2-0.6MPa下,压合15-50s。
经测试,上述汽车门槛装饰条可以在-30℃~85℃冷热循环24h,无任何变化。性能完全合格。
虽然说明书中对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但这些实施方式只是作为提示,不应限定本发明的保护范围。在不脱离本发明宗旨的范围内进行各种省略、置换和变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围内。

(3)将烘干后的颗粒使用涂布机或流延机进行挤出成膜,成膜温度为120℃-180℃,膜厚度为0.01mm。
4.一种利用权利要求1或2所述的热熔胶膜或利用权利要求3所述方法制备的热熔胶膜的应用,其特征在于,用于汽车门槛装饰条的加工。
5.一种包含权利要求1或2所述的热熔胶膜或利用权利要求3所述方法制备的热熔胶膜的汽车门槛装饰条,其特征在于:包括从上到下依次设置的金属装饰板、热熔胶膜和塑料件,将上述三层结构使用加热设备在160-180℃、压力0.2-0.6MPa下,压合15-50s。
