As shown in fig. 4, one end of the arc-shaped pressing plate 16 is connected to the illumination lamp support through a hinge shaft 19, the other end of the arc-shaped pressing plate 16 is fixedly mounted on the illumination lamp support through a second bolt 18, a groove matched with the illumination lamp 14 is formed in the top surface of the illumination lamp support, and a mounting channel for mounting the illumination lamp 14 is formed between the groove and the arc-shaped pressing plate 16.
In the embodiment, the illuminating lamp support comprises a bottom plate 15-1 fixedly mounted at the top end of the sand blasting gun support, two vertical plates 15-2 vertically mounted on the bottom plate 15-1 and a top plate 15-3 fixedly mounted at the top ends of the two vertical plates 15-2, the groove is formed in the upper surface of the top plate 15-3, one end of an arc-shaped pressing plate 16 is hinged to one side of the top plate 15-3 through a hinge shaft 19, and the other end of the arc-shaped pressing plate 16 is fixedly mounted at the other side of the top plate 15-3 through a second bolt 18; in practical use, the illuminating lamp 14 is arranged in the installation channel, and the illuminating lamp 14 is tightly pressed through the arc-shaped pressing plate 16, so that the illuminating lamp 14 is prevented from falling off from the illuminating lamp bracket.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a dust cover 4-1 is sleeved on the threaded rod 3-1, the lower end of the dust cover 4-1 extends to the upper end of the steel pipe 2-1, a mounting plate 4-2 is fixedly mounted at the top end of the dust cover 4-1, and a threaded hole in threaded fit with the threaded rod 3-1 is formed in the center of the mounting plate 4-2.
The dust cover 4-1 is provided for the purpose of: dust and sand blasting liquid are prevented from splashing and attaching to the threaded rod 3-1, threaded connection between the threaded rod 3-1 and the threaded sleeve 2-2 is guaranteed to be clean, and the phenomena that the threaded rod 3-1 and the threaded sleeve 2-2 are inflexible in matching and are blocked are avoided.
In actual use, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the muzzle end of the sand blasting gun 13 is inserted into the U-shaped groove of the U-shaped frame 12-1, and the two fastening bolts 26 are screwed so that the two fastening bolts 26 lock the sand blasting gun 13 in the U-shaped groove of the U-shaped frame 12-1; then, handheld sand blasting gun 13 carries out anticorrosive sandblast operation to the outer wall of penstock 27 by operating personnel, at the in-process of sandblast, sand blasting gun 13 can rotate 360, the scope of sandblast is extensive, because sand blasting gun 13's weight is born by this strutting arrangement, and through installing running wheel mechanism and walking wheel arrestment mechanism on base 1, this strutting arrangement is at the in-process that operating personnel promoted, can remove in a flexible way, do not need operating personnel to hold sand blasting gun 13 and walk around, great reduction operating personnel's intensity of labour, and the work efficiency is improved, and good use effect.

The difference in this example from example 1 is: as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the number of the traveling wheels 6 is four, two of the four traveling wheels 6 are symmetrical, and the heights of the bottoms of the two symmetrical traveling wheels 6 are the same.
During the in-service use, the bottom of four walking wheels 6 forms the curved surface with the inner wall matched with of penstock 27, therefore, the walking wheel mechanism can walk on penstock 27's inner wall, is applicable to the operating mode of sandblast penstock 27 inner wall, stands by operating sandblast gun 13 on penstock 27's inner wall by operating personnel.
In this embodiment, other structures and connection relationships are the same as those in embodiment 1.
