本发明涉及一种带有价值高的耐腐蚀衬里,例如钛的新型换热器分配器,在该分配器中,耐腐蚀衬里起自完全平的管板,在所述管板和分配器圆筒之间的接合范围内,可达到具有最小应力集中和使用最少量的必须的耐腐蚀材料的耐腐蚀衬里的连续性。并具有最大可靠性以及最低成本。
在目前的工艺中,已知有各种型式的带有高价值的耐腐蚀衬里,诸如钛的换热器的分配器。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于热交换器的分配器,该分配器包括一个管板(5)和一个分配器圆筒(1)两者均用***喷涂的方法衬以耐腐蚀材料(3,6);在所述管板与所述圆筒连接的圆周处,除去所述的耐腐蚀材料,其特征在于,至少设置了一个该管板与圆筒之间圆角连接且由焊接材料堆积而成的凸台(11,12);和一个具有L形截面的耐腐蚀材料环(13),该L形截面环的焊脚间形成带圆角的边,其中该环粘附于所述管板与所述分配器圆筒之间的径向连接处用以将所述管板的耐腐蚀的衬里与所述圆筒的耐腐蚀衬里连接在一起。
2.如权利要求1中所述的带耐腐蚀衬里的热交换器的分配器,其特征是,所述的环(13)的直径小于所述圆筒的直径;一个耐腐蚀材料的肩环(14)插于所述的所述环(13)和分配器圆筒(1)的耐腐蚀衬里之间。
