Abstract
压力容器组件,包括一凸缘状附件板。所有通向压力容器(1)内部的连接件都装在所述附件板(4)上。该压力容器(1)中还有一燃料泵(11),所述燃料泵悬挂在该附件板(4)上。用所谓的减振器(10)固定在该附件板(4)上。
Description
本发明涉及燃料的压力容器组件,包括一具有一开口的压力容器和一安装在其上的凸缘板,该凸缘板上有若干连接件,包括容器的输入管线,一燃料泵装在该容器内,该燃料泵用一定长度的可互换的隔离装置悬挂在凸缘板上,所述长度选择成使得燃料泵的底面靠近容器底面。
这种压力容器组件可从DE-9411124U1中获知。在内装液化石油气之类现有压力容器中,一板焊接在其一部分壁上,以便提高壁厚。所述壁上钻有若干孔而形成各进口、出口等。由于上述方法较复杂,因此现有技术使用一称为附件板的独立部件,该附件板用一密封装到箱体上。从而其上装有各部件的附件板可一下子装在箱体中。这在装有显示充填高度的复杂浮子装置的情况下特别重要。
这种附件板特别用于单管线***,此时液化气在压力下供给内燃机后在内燃机中燃烧。但是,新近的一项发展使用一种液化石油气注入装置,该装置使用一燃料泵,而且,为确保注入管线中始终有液化气体而设有一回油管线。此时,该泵必须尽可能工作在过压下,因为如在抽吸液化气时生成负压,液化气就有汽化的危险。因此,该泵必须尽可能装在压力容器的底部。但是,这给设计带来问题,因为顶部开口必须足够大。另一个问题是根据汽车类型使用的燃料箱的尺寸不同。
DE-9411124描述了一种用于汽车的燃料箱,其中燃料泵通过一弹簧承载结构安装在箱体内部,而该弹簧承载结构另一方面支承在悬挂箱体顶壁上的一垂直安装杆上。
本发明的目的是提供一种便于安装燃料泵、确保该燃料泵位于靠近压力容器底部的压力容器组件。
为使上述压力容器组件实现这一目的,该组件包括一具有一开口的压力容器和一安装在其上的凸缘板,该凸缘板上有若干连接件,包括容器的输入管线,一燃料泵装在该容器内,该燃料泵用一定长度的可互换的隔离装置悬挂在凸缘板上,所述长度选择成使得燃料泵的底面靠近容器底面,其特征在于,一管子焊接在该开口中,该管子面对容器内部的一端具有一凸缘边,而远离容器内部的一端上有一盖,所述凸缘板包括装油管线、释压安全阀和一回油管线。
本发明的原理是使用现有可拆卸的附件板。从而生成一较大的开口,该开口特别可供燃料泵穿过。与现有技术比较,该燃料泵不装在容器底面上,而装在附件板上,从而可预先安装所有部件。这对各管线的连接来说特别重要,但在附件板与燃料泵之间使用隔离件,以适合于不同尺寸(高度)的燃料箱。如把减振器之类减震件用作隔离件,则其优点是可尽可能降低燃料泵噪声。
附件板上可用任何公知方法装有在许多国家中强制执行的盒。这种盒为另一安全措施,如果在附件板与其上的各附件之间有泄漏,其可防止燃气泄漏到比方说汽车后部。为此,规定要有一气密盒经一出口与汽车外部、最好是底面连通。万一有任何泄漏,燃气会漏到汽车外部,从而防止汽车在起动时发生***。这一现有附加盒为一必须用复杂工序安装的高成本独立铸件。
按照本发明的一个目的,无需使用这一复杂附加盒,因为该压力容器包括一圆形开口,开口中焊接有一管子,该管子面对容器内部的一端具有凸缘边,而远离容器内部的一端上有一盖,即该附件板的结构与上述盒有效地组合起来。
设计非常简单的该盖特别适合于安装电子元件。该盖为一较冷部件而足以保护这些电子元件。这些电子元件特别包括燃料泵的控制电路。
尽管燃料泵可呈任何现有结构,但最好在其附近装有一缓冲件。液化石油气可存储在所述缓冲件中,特别是油箱中几乎为空时,该缓冲件可确保燃料泵不抽吸蒸汽而抽吸液化气,该缓冲件中最好装有止回阀,从而燃料只可流入该缓冲件。该缓冲件可用合适的略带柔性的材料制成。
按照另一优选实施例,回油管线通入该缓冲件,从而当压力容器中快空时确保尽可能长地向上抽吸液体。良好的传热性意味着回油管线中的较热液体在用上述燃料泵抽回前立即冷却。
下面结合附图所示一例示性实施例详述本发明,附图中:

附图中用1表示一压力容器,所述压力容器有一开口(未示出细节),开口中气密地焊接有一管子2。所述管子2在正对箱体内部的一边有一凸缘边3。在另一边,所述管子的尺寸做成其上可有一用螺栓6盖紧的盖5。盖5与管子2之间有一O形圈23。凸缘边3上可装一凸缘板4。一O形圈20用作密封,而用螺栓9固定。凸缘板4做成附件板,其上有汽车液化石油气燃料箱的常见附件。这些附件包括一具有一关闭阀14的输入管线12、一回油管线13、一释压阀15和导线16和装油管线21。导线16用来控制燃料泵11。燃料泵11用减振器10之类减震件装在附件板4上。所示实施例示出3个减振器。减振器的高度、即从燃料泵11到附件板4的距离选择成使得燃料泵的底面靠近压力容器1的底面。这一点很重要,因为必须防止生成会导致燃料泵中液化石油气气化的负压。可根据油箱的不同高度使用高度不同的减振器,从而确保燃料泵底面尽可能靠近压力容器底面。当然,压力容器中可装有防止油注入过多的构件。图中未示出燃料泵11更多细节,但是如所公知的那样其包括过滤器等。燃料泵11底面上套有用作缓冲器的波纹管17。所述波纹管用略带柔性的材料制成,其上有若干"腿"18抵靠在箱体底面上。由于波纹管材料的柔性而可稍稍形成容隙。这意味着,该缓冲器总是用柔性隔音材料接触容器底面,而燃料泵总是用上述减振器悬挂在附件板上。从而获得最大的隔声效果,另一方面,确保容器快空时处于最佳状态。缓冲器17底面上有一用作单向阀的进口阀19,从而在燃料箱快空而正在拐弯时确保缓冲器中的液化石油气流回压力容器的空的部分。
上述结构可简单地把由附件板构成的组件与燃料泵固定在一起,从而一下子装配燃料箱。而现有技术必须用极复杂操作把燃料泵固定在压力容器底面上。
尽管以上结合一优选实施例说明了本发明,但应看到,可在权利要求的范围内对本发明作出种种修正。
Claims (7)
1、用于燃料的压力容器组件,包括一具有一开口(22)的压力容器和一安装在其上的凸缘板(4),该凸缘板上有若干连接件,包括容器的输入管线(12),一燃料泵(11)装在该容器内,该燃料泵用一定长度的可互换的隔离装置(10)悬挂在凸缘板上,所述长度选择成使得燃料泵的底面靠近容器底面,其特征在于,一管子(2)焊接在该开口(22)中,该管子面对容器内部的一端具有一凸缘边,而远离容器内部的一端上有一盖(5),所述凸缘板包括装油管线(21)、释压安全阀(15)和一回油管线(13)。
2、按权利要求1所述的压力容器组件,其特征在于,所述隔离装置包括减震装置。
3、按上述任一权利要求所述的压力容器组件,其特征在于,包括一盖,电子元件(7)装在所述盖中。
4、按权利要求1所述的压力容器组件,其特征在于,该燃料泵包括一缓冲容器(17),其安装在靠近该燃料泵的底端处。
5、按权利要求4所述的压力容器组件,其特征在于,所述缓冲容器用柔性材料制成,其长度在安装位置上并且在不变形时其自由端抵靠在容器底面上。
6、按权利要求4或5所述的压力容器组件,其特征在于,所述缓冲容器有一进口阀(10)。
7、按权利要求4或5所述的压力容器组件,其特征在于,该回油管线通入所述缓冲容器。
