Abstract
本发明提出了一种加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中抗渣耐火浇注料耐磨性低、使用寿命短的问题,一种加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的成分:刚玉15~80份;莫来石5~30份;水泥1~30份;致密填充剂1~20份;减水剂0.1~0.5份,本发明通过选用高耐磨性的刚玉和莫来石材料提高材料的耐磨性,并通过添加致密填充剂提高材料的致密度,阻止氧化铁皮熔渣的渗透,提高材料的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及加热炉炉底施工及维修用料技术领域,特别是指一种加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前加热炉炉底普遍采用高铝砖或者高铝浇注料。由于在加热炉运行过程中炉底部位要经受钢坯的磨损和钢坯表面掉落的氧化铁皮熔渣的渗透而导致炉底部位耐火材料损坏严重导致炉底高低不平,影响钢坯质量。目前炉底耐火材料普遍使用寿命为1年左右,加热炉检修周期较短,影响钢坯产量。
发明内容
本发明提出一种加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中抗渣耐火浇注料耐磨性低、使用寿命短的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的成分:
优选的,所述刚玉为棕刚玉或白刚玉或板状刚玉的一种或几种,其粒径大于325目。
优选的,所述莫来石为烧结莫来石或电熔莫来石,其粒径大于325目
优选的,所述水泥为70水泥或925水泥,其粒径小于0.1mm。
优选的,所述致密填充剂选自氧化铝微粉、碳化硅微粉、二氧化硅微粉中的一种或几种,其粒径小于0.1mm。
优选的,所述减水剂为三聚磷酸钠或六偏磷酸钠,其粒径小于1mm。
优选的,包括如下重量份的成分:
本发明提供长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料中,Al2O3含量大于60%,体积密度大于2.60g/cm3,该长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料具有优异的导热性能和耐压强度。
本发明又提出一种加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按配方取各原料,在常温下混合后搅拌均匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过选用高耐磨性的刚玉和莫来石材料提高材料的耐磨性,并通过添加致密填充剂提高材料的致密度,阻止氧化铁皮熔渣的渗透,提高材料的使用寿命。
本发明提供的长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料可以应用于工业窑炉底部部位施工或维修。所述加热炉为本领域常用窑炉,如轧钢环形加热炉。
将本发明所述长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料应用于加热炉炉底部位,材料寿命可达4年以上。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料强度高、致密度高、耐磨损,使用寿命长。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料,其包括如下用量的成分:
对所述加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料进行检测,Al2O3含量为80%,体积密度为2.8g/cm3,110℃耐压强度为150MPa,1000℃耐压强度为140MPa。
本实施例进一步提供了所述材料的制备方法,具体为:按用量取各原料,混合后搅拌均匀,即可。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料,其包括如下用量的成分:
对所述加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料进行检测,Al2O3含量为70%,体积密度为2.7g/cm3,110℃耐压强度为130MPa,1000℃耐压强度为110MPa。
所述加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料,其包括如下用量的成分:
对所述加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料进行检测,Al2O3含量为85%,体积密度为2.95g/cm3,110℃耐压强度为180MPa,1000℃耐压强度为160MPa。
所述加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
本实施例提供了的加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料,与实施例1相比,区别仅在于:用棕刚玉代替板状刚玉。
实施例5
本实施例提供了的加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料,与实施例1相比,区别仅在于:用烧结莫来石代替电熔莫来石。
实施例6
本实施例提供了的加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料,与实施例1相比,区别仅在于:用二氧化硅微粉代替氧化铝微粉。
实施例7
本实施例提供了的加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料,与实施例1相比,区别仅在于:用六偏磷酸纳代替三聚磷酸钠。
经检测,实施例4~7提供的加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料强度高、致密度高,耐磨性好,抗氧化铁皮熔渣,应用在加热炉炉底部位使用寿命可达4年;但综合性能均略差于实施例1~3提供的加热炉用长寿命抗渣耐火浇注料。
