本发明公开一种四轮拖拉机轴传动***,包括动机、离合器、传动箱和变速箱,所述发动机后方连接离合器,离合器后方连接传动箱,传动箱后方连接变速箱,变速箱后方连接驱动后轮转动的后轴,其特征在于:所述发动机与离合器之间通过传动轴连接,通过使用轴传动代替皮带传动提高传动效率解决调节和更换皮带的麻烦。

技术领域
本发明涉及拖拉机结构技术领域,特别涉及一种四轮拖拉机轴传动***。
背景技术
现有四轮拖拉机发动机输出端多使用皮带传动,由于皮带本身的材质可以被拉伸,容易产生松动打滑的现象,影响传动效率。为了解决皮带松动的情况,需要不时调节发动机的位置。皮带的使用寿命也不是很长,损坏后若没及时找到相同型号的皮带更换也容易耽误工作。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明公开一种四轮拖拉机轴传动***,通过使用传动轴传动代替皮带传动,改良了四轮拖拉机皮带传动中存在的因打滑造成传动效率低的问题并解决调节和更换皮带的麻烦。
本发明四轮拖拉机轴传动***,其技术方案包括发动机、离合器、传动箱和变速箱,所述发动机后方连接离合器,离合器后方连接传动箱,传动箱后方连接变速箱,变速箱后方连接驱动后轮转动的后轴。所不同的是:发动机与离合器之间通过传动轴连接,所述变速箱上部设有用于换挡的操控杆。
上述结构中,本发明四轮拖拉机轴传动***发动机与离合器之间安装了传动轴,使用传动轴传动代替皮带传动,改良了四轮拖拉机皮带传动中存在的因打滑造成传动效率低的问题。
因传动轴具有一定的长度,发动机与离合器间距较宽,为了方便安装传动轴,使传动轴不与驾驶室干涉,所述离合器位于发动机后方偏下位置,传动轴轴心与水平面成20~30°夹角,所述传动轴两端,发动机与离合器之间设有万向节。
因变速箱后移造成变速箱位置不在驾驶室正下方,为了方便换挡,在档把与变速箱之间加入变速操控结构,所述变速操控结构为可把档把的拨动传动到变速箱达到换挡效果的传动结构。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明四轮拖拉机轴传动***结构中,通过使用传动轴传动代替皮带传动,改良了四轮拖拉机皮带传动中存在的因打滑造成传动效率低的问题且解决调节和更换皮带的麻烦。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
本发明四轮拖拉机轴传动***,包括发动机1、离合器3、传动箱5 和变速箱6,所述发动机1后方连接离合器3,离合器3后方连接传动箱 5,传动箱5后方连接变速箱6,变速箱6后方连接驱动后轮转动的后轴7。
作为本发明四轮拖拉机轴传动***的改进,与普通的四轮拖拉机传动***相比,本发明四轮拖拉机轴传动***发动机1与离合器3之间通过(1) 传动轴2连接,所述变速箱6上部设有变速操控杆4,上述结构使用传动轴2传动代替皮带传动,改良了四轮拖拉机皮带传动中存在的因打滑造成传动效率低的问题,如图1所示。
所述离合器3位于发动机1后方偏下位置,传动轴2轴心与水平面成 20°夹角,所述传动轴2两端,发动机1与离合器3之间设有万向节,此结构使离合器3安装于发动机1后方偏下位置,使传动轴2不与驾驶室干涉,如图1所示。
所述变速操控结构为可把档把的拨动传动到变速箱6达到换挡效果的传动结构,此结构可在较远的位置操控变速箱6,就算变速箱6距离驾驶室较远也不会影响操控,如图1所示。

1.四轮拖拉机轴传动***,包括发动机(1)、离合器(3)、传动箱(5)和变速箱(6),所述发动机(1)后方连接离合器(3),离合器(3)后方连接传动箱(5),传动箱(5)后方连接变速箱(6),变速箱(6)后方连接驱动后轮转动的后轴,其特征在于:所述发动机(1)与离合器(3)之间通过传动轴(2)连接,所述变速箱(6)上部设有操控杆(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的四轮拖拉机轴传动***,其特征在于:所述离合器(3)位于发动机(1)后方偏下位置,传动轴(2)轴心线与水平面成20~30°夹角,所述传动轴(2)两端设有万向节。
3.根据权利要求3所述的四轮拖拉机轴传动***,其特征在于:所述变速操控结构(4)为可把档把的拨动传动到变速箱(6)达到换挡效果的传动结构。
