Abstract

本发明公开了一种蚕丝股线用活性染料的染色工艺线的染色工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:注水升温、加入精炼剂、增压增温、持续精炼、降压排液、水洗、染色,本发明采用以上工艺方案,使上色率达到95%以上,色牢度达到4级以上,可以染很深的颜色;使染色周期比常温绞纱染色缩短30%,染色产品投放量提高5倍以上,因此染色效率大大提高,同时浴比仅为原来的1/2,可以节约用水减少尾液排放量;本发明通过采用特殊的处理工艺,从而使包裹在蚕丝股线中心的丝胶去除的速度更快、效率更高,整根蚕丝股线外层和中芯的生丝脱胶均匀、干净,进而使染料易于染透蚕丝股线,上色均匀无白芯,染色效果佳。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及蚕丝筒纱浸染工艺的技术领域,特别是一种蚕丝股线用活性染料的染色工艺线的染色工艺的技术领域。
【背景技术】
传统上蚕丝用中性或酸性染料染色,蚕丝与染料依赖离子键形成范德华力结合,这种结合力较弱,在这种工艺中的蚕丝容易掉色且更不能染成深颜色,因此目前业界多用活性染料对蚕丝染色,这时蚕丝与染料发生化学反应最终结合形成共价键相结合,这种组合稳定且牢固,但也存在以下不足之处:
1.毛用活性染料是针对蛋白质纤维染色研发的,所以对蚕丝纤维染色是合适的,目前业界对蚕丝股线染色均采用常压下,在开口槽内绞纱染色,最高温度只能达到95℃,因此对蚕丝股线这种粗线很难染透,容易出现白芯现象,而且染色周期长、效率低。
2.棉用活性染料主要针对纤维素纤维染色研发的,在50-70染色温度下发挥效用,在高温下容易水解对蚕丝股线这种蛋白纤维染色有上色效率低、固着率低的缺点。
3.化纤用活性染料是针对化纤高分子化合物的染色研发的,虽然能在高温高压条件下染色反应,但对蚕丝股线蛋白质纤维染色,有上色率低、固着率低、残液浓度高、对环境污染大的缺点
【发明内容】
本发明针对现有技术存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种蚕丝股线用活性染料的染色工艺线的染色工艺,该工艺具有上色率高、产品染色深度高、残液浓度低、利于环境保护的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种蚕丝股线用活性染料的染色工艺线的染色工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a)注水升温:将经过松式络筒的蚕丝股线筒纱置于高压染缸内,然后往高压染缸注水到1:10~12浴比后注入蒸汽;
b)加入精炼剂:当高压染缸内水的温度升高到40~45℃时,往高压染缸加入复合精练剂并打开调节泵搅拌溶液,同时加入纯碱至溶液的碱度达到PH值9~9.5时密封;
c)增压增温:将高压染缸内压力按0.1标准大气压/分钟的升速,升至1.8~2.0个标准大气压;将高压染缸内溶液温度按5℃/分钟的升速升至110~115℃;
d)持续精炼:将高压染缸的压力保持在1.8~2.0个标准大气压;将溶液温度保持在110~115℃的条件下,溶液的流速保持在800~900升/分钟,持续精练60~70分钟;
e)降压排液:当蚕丝股线筒纱持续精炼60-70分钟后,将高压染缸内的压力和温度降至常温常压,然后排尽高压染缸内的溶液;
f)水洗:将步骤e)得到的蚕丝股线筒纱在常压的条件下,先用90~95℃水温水洗一次,然后用70~75℃水温水洗一次,最后再用常温水水洗一次;
g)染色:将步骤f)水洗过蚕丝股线筒纱,放入在染缸内待染,开始往所述染缸内注水,浴比1∶15~20,然后注入蒸汽升温,当所述染缸内水的温度升到40~45℃时,往所述染缸内加入20%~25%碱剂并搅拌均匀,浸泡10~15分钟后加入已经稀释搅匀的活性染料和助剂,并将气压增加到1.6-1.8个标压,然后以2℃/分钟的速度升温,随后当温度升到120℃-130℃时,保持染色10~25分钟至染色结束并排放尾液。
作为优选,所述步骤b)中的复合精练剂为:肥皂、硅酸钠、碱性蛋白酶、分散剂WA和平平加O的混合制剂。
作为优选,所述步骤f)中三次水洗的时间均为10~15分钟。
作为优选,所述步骤g)加入的助剂包括均染剂、分散剂、修补剂和抗静电剂。
【具体实施方式】

本发明采用以上工艺方案,使上色率达到95%以上,色牢度达到4级以上,可以染很深的颜色;使染色周期比常温绞纱染色缩短30%,染色产品投放量提高5倍以上,因此染色效率大大提高,同时浴比仅为原来的1/2,可以节约用水减少尾液排放量;本发明通过采用特殊的处理工艺,从而使包裹在蚕丝股线中心的丝胶去除的速度更快、效率更高,整根蚕丝股线外层和中芯的生丝脱胶均匀、干净,进而使染料易于染透蚕丝股线,上色均匀无白芯,染色效果佳。

Claims (4)

1.一种蚕丝股线用活性染料的染色工艺线的染色工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a)注水升温:将经过松式络筒的蚕丝股线筒纱置于高压染缸内,然后往高压染缸注水到1:10~12浴比后注入蒸汽;
b)加入精炼剂:当高压染缸内水的温度升高到40~45℃时,往高压染缸加入复合精练剂并打开调节泵搅拌溶液,同时加入纯碱至溶液的碱度达到PH值9~9.5时密封;
c)增压增温:将高压染缸内压力按0.1标准大气压/分钟的升速,升至1.8~2.0个标准大气压;将高压染缸内溶液温度按5℃/分钟的升速升至110~115℃;
d)持续精炼:将高压染缸的压力保持在1.8~2.0个标准大气压;将溶液温度保持在110~115℃的条件下,溶液的流速保持在800~900升/分钟,持续精练60~70分钟;
e)降压排液:当蚕丝股线筒纱持续精炼60-70分钟后,将高压染缸内的压力和温度降至常温常压,然后排尽高压染缸内的溶液;
f)水洗:将步骤e)得到的蚕丝股线筒纱在常压的条件下,先用90~95℃水温水洗一次,然后用70~75℃水温水洗一次,最后再用常温水水洗一次;
g)染色:将步骤f)水洗过蚕丝股线筒纱,放入在染缸内待染,开始往所述染缸内注水,浴比1∶15~20,然后注入蒸汽升温,当所述染缸内水的温度升到40~45℃时,往所述染缸内加入20%~25%碱剂并搅拌均匀,浸泡10~15分钟后加入已经稀释搅匀的活性染料和助剂,并将气压增加到1.6-1.8个标压,然后以2℃/分钟的速度升温,随后当温度升到120℃-130℃时,保持染色10~25分钟至染色结束并排放尾液。
2.权利要求1所述一种蚕丝股线用活性染料的染色工艺线的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤b)中的复合精练剂为:肥皂、硅酸钠、碱性蛋白酶、分散剂WA和平平加O的混合制剂。
3.权利要求1所述一种蚕丝股线用活性染料的染色工艺线的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤f)中三次水洗的时间均为10~15分钟。
4.权利要求1所述一种蚕丝股线用活性染料的染色工艺线的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤g)加入的助剂包括均染剂、分散剂、修补剂和抗静电剂。
