Abstract

本发明所提供的是三元乳液聚合是由三种单体和石墨烯浆料、纳米粉体(SiO2)分散胶体的纳米相为种子乳液在乳化剂作用下配制成的乳状液中进行的聚合过程,体系主要由单体、浆料、水、乳化剂及溶于0.93太空活性水的引发剂等多种基本组份组成。该乳液主要用于船舶防腐、石油平台、石油储罐、集装箱防腐、铁路、公路桥梁、钢结构防腐等热点领域之用途。可以显著地提高聚合物的防腐、耐水、耐磨性能以及黏接强度,改善其透明性。其特征是利用种子半连续乳液、石墨烯浆料、纳米粉体(SiO2)分散胶体组成的三元聚合/石墨烯纳米SiO2复合乳液。

Description

三元聚合/石墨烯纳米SiO2复合乳液制备新技术
本发明属于纳米流体(纳米浆料、粉体)分散胶体为种子乳液技术,应用于涂料领域创新技术的研究。具体涉及三元聚合/石墨烯纳米SiO2复合乳液制备新技术及研究方法。其特征是采用种子半连续乳液,石墨烯浆料等,组成三元聚合/石墨烯纳米SiO2复合乳液制备新技术及新工艺。
乳液聚合是由三种单体和石墨烯浆料、纳米粉体(SiO2)分散胶体的纳米相为种子乳液水在乳化剂作用下配制成的乳状液中进行的聚合过程,体系主要由单体、浆料、水、乳化剂及溶于0.93太空活性水的引发剂等多种基本组份组成。
种子乳液聚合技术是制备三元聚合功能性乳胶的主要方法,人们对极性相差较大的单体的种子乳液聚合及乳胶粒的结构形态进行了深入研究,发现当种子聚合物亲水性小于其它单体的聚合物时,易于形成种子聚合物在内、包含浆料和其它单体聚合物在外的核-壳结构乳胶粒,核壳乳胶粒独特的结构形态可以显著地提高聚合物的多功能性能。
一般将纳米二氧化硅加入到丙烯酸乳液中,它具有三维网状结构,可形成有机-无机复合涂膜,因而成膜温度低、强度大、硬度高、附着力好、耐久性强的优点,且还具有较高渗透性,可以填充于多孔物质表面增强其光泽度。抗导电、抗静电能力增强,进而显著提高涂料的耐沾污性、耐候性、耐洗刷性、耐水性、耐酸碱性等综合性能。三元聚合/石墨烯纳米SiO2复合乳液产品应用将会十分广泛。
通过测量纳米二氧化硅水体系、丙烯酸乳液-纳米二氧化硅混合体系的ζ电位,探讨了在丙烯酸乳液中加入纳米二氧化硅的最佳条件,并通过红外光谱的研究,证实了纳米二氧化硅与丙烯酸乳液发生了接枝交联;ζ电位是表征胶体粒子间相互作用的重要指标,也是研究胶体体系稳定性的重要途径。
因此本发明选用丙烯酸乳液中加入纳米二氧化硅的亲水性证明种子乳液聚合方法是一种新颖实用的绿色制备技术。
本发明以三元聚合/石墨烯纳米SiO2复合乳液的制备技术路线和思路,所采用纳米粉体(纳米SiO2)分散胶体为种子乳液的三种丙烯酸单体为原料,生成三元聚合/石墨烯纳米复合乳液,包括在实验研究和中试生产的制备工艺,其中还包括少量丙烯酸酯结构胶的引发剂等将是本发明的目的之一。
本发明是以下技术方案实现的:○采用在非离子/阴离子复配乳化剂体系下,以某一种丙烯酸单体修饰的纳米二氧化硅/石墨烯为核;○采用半连续种子乳液聚合法以某二种丙烯酸为壳功能单体,合成了新型丙烯酸酯核壳乳液;○三元聚合/石墨烯纳米SiO2复合乳液的制备工艺与技术(包括少量丙烯酸酯)结构胶的引发剂等。
三元聚合/石墨烯纳米SiO2复合乳液制备新技术的配方:
乳液聚合三种单体总量为42%-50%、石墨烯0.3-1.0%、纳米粉体(SiO2)分散胶体1.2-2.6%、非离子/阴离子复配乳化剂0.5-1.0%、分散调节剂0.40%-0.6、引发剂过硫酸铵(MPS)0.20%、双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)1.0-2.5%、叔丁基过氧化氢引发剂(t-BHPO)0.5-0.10%、乙醇胺调节剂0.60-1.0%和少量丙烯酸酯结构胶的引发剂及0.93太空活性水等。
注:乳化剂溶于30%去离子水(0.93太空活性水)中,引发剂溶于20%去离子(0.93太空活性水)水中。
三元聚合/石墨烯纳米SiO2复合乳液的合成:
将水、1/3乳化剂、处理过的纳米SiO2胶体石墨烯及偶联剂DAAM加入四口瓶中,用碳酸氢钠调整pH为7.5~8.5,搅拌并升温;同时将各共聚单体及倒入盛有2/3乳化剂和去离子水的乳化器中进行预乳化;引发剂配成10%的水溶液。
当升温至75℃,开始滴加少量引发剂和预乳化液,当体系中出现微弱的蓝光时,保持引发剂和单体预乳化液在4h内连续同步滴加到反应器中,并控制温度在80±2℃。
滴加完毕后,补加引发剂t2BHPO,并在85℃时保温2h,以减少残余单体的含量。
然后降温至60℃,加入二水甲醛合次硫酸氢钠,恒温15分钟,去掉过量的引发剂,再用乙醇胺调节pH至8~9,并降温至40℃以下,过滤,出料,即得三元聚合/石墨烯纳米SiO2复合乳液。

1.石墨烯、SiO2纳米流体(纳米粉体)分散胶体为种子乳液技术,应用于涂料领域创新技术的研究。具体涉及三元聚合/石墨烯纳米SiO2复合乳液制备新技术及研究方法。其特征是采用种子半连续乳液,三元聚合/石墨烯纳米SiO2复合乳液制备新技术及新工艺。
2.根据权利要求书1所述还包括本发明的三元聚合/石墨烯纳米SiO2复合乳液的配方:
乳液聚合三种单体总量为42%-50%、石墨烯0.3-1.0%、纳米粉体(SiO2)分散胶体1.2-2.6%、非离子/阴离子复配乳化剂0.5-1.0%、分散调节剂0.40%-0.6、引发剂过硫酸铵(MPS)0.20%、双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)1.0-2.5%、叔丁基过氧化氢引发剂(t-BHPO)0.5-0.10%、乙醇胺调节剂0.60-1.0%和少量丙烯酸酯结构胶的引发剂及0.93太空活性水等。
