发明内容
本发明提供一种***类纺织面料及纺织方法,能防尘,能及时消除衣服上富集的静电,从而保持衣服的清洁并保证了人体的健康,具有抗静电、保暖等功能,穿着起来有着良好的舒适度,满足人们的不同需求,且制备方法简单方便,科学高效,可以有效解决上述背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种***类纺织面料,包括面料本体、外层面料、中间层面料、基层面料、铬层、防水层、纳米银抗菌颗粒、抗静电绸、TC面料、导电纤维线、纬线、经线、化学纤维层和导电纤维层,所述面料本体的上方设置有外层面料,所述外层面料的下方设置有抗静电绸,所述外层面料的外部设置有TC面料,所述TC面料的上表面设置有防水层,所述TC面料的下方设置有铬层,所述面料本体的内部设置有中间层面料,所述中间层面料的上方设置有化学纤维层,所述化学纤维层的外表面设置有导电纤维层,所述中间层面料的内部设置有纳米银抗菌颗粒,所述面料本体的下方设置有基层面料,所述导电纤维层的内部设置有导电纤维线,所述导电纤维线的上方设置有经线,所述导电纤维线的右侧设置有纬线。
一种***类纺织面料纺织方法,包括染料、络筒、分批整经、浆纱、织造,具体为:
1)染料:加入染色剂,在染色缸中加入染色剂和水,均匀搅拌,升温并保持温度在40-50℃,加入碳酸将染液的pH调节到4-6之间;浸泡,将纺织原料浸泡在染色缸中1.5-3.5小时,然后加入低温快速染色助剂浸泡10-50min,然后以2-3℃/min的速度升温,升温到80-90℃并保持45-60min;烘干,将浸泡后的纺织原料在80-90℃的环境下烘干;漂洗,取出烘干后的纺织原料浸入清水中漂洗35-55分钟,并加入漂洗剂;晾干,取出漂洗后的纺织原料自然晾干。
2)络筒:采用自动络筒机,工艺为:短粗节:DS1.9-2.9LS1.2-1.8cm;长粗节:DL1.2-1.5LL20-50cm;细节:D-16%--30%L16-60cm;棉结:N3.8-5;车间内相对湿度:68%-78%、温度:20-28℃;
3)整经:张力配置为四区三层或三区三层,单根经纱张力为35cN-55cN,边经纱线张力增加20%-25%,车速:200-350米/分;卷绕密度:0.5-0.7g/cm3;
4)浆纱:浆料配方包括重量百分比为0-10%的聚乙烯醇、0-30%的聚丙烯酸甲酯以及60-100%的变性淀粉,上浆率高支纱为12%-14%,中支纱为7%-10%,粗支纱为5%-6.9%,回潮率为6%-7%,伸长率控制在0.6%以下,减伸率低于8%;浆纱车速为35-50米/分;
5)织造:梭口对称度0.6-0.83,开口时间305°-325°,后梁高度-1至+3,综框动程+3及以下,上机张力为细纱单纱张力的15%-25%,车间内温度25-30℃、相对湿度68%-80%。

实施例:如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种***类纺织面料,包括面料本体、外层面料、中间层面料、基层面料、铬层、防水层、纳米银抗菌颗粒、抗静电绸、TC面料、导电纤维线、纬线、经线、化学纤维层和导电纤维层,所述面料本体的上方设置有外层面料,所述外层面料的下方设置有抗静电绸,所述外层面料的外部设置有TC面料,所述TC面料的上表面设置有防水层,所述TC面料的下方设置有铬层,所述面料本体的内部设置有中间层面料,所述中间层面料的上方设置有化学纤维层,所述化学纤维层的外表面设置有导电纤维层,所述中间层面料的内部设置有纳米银抗菌颗粒,所述面料本体的下方设置有基层面料,所述导电纤维层的内部设置有导电纤维线,所述导电纤维线的上方设置有经线,所述导电纤维线的右侧设置有纬线。
一种***类纺织面料纺织方法,包括染料、络筒、分批整经、浆纱、织造,具体为:
1)染料:加入染色剂,在染色缸中加入染色剂和水,均匀搅拌,升温并保持温度在40-50℃,加入碳酸将染液的pH调节到4-6之间;浸泡,将纺织原料浸泡在染色缸中1.5-3.5小时,然后加入低温快速染色助剂浸泡10-50min,然后以2-3℃/min的速度升温,升温到80-90℃并保持45-60min;烘干,将浸泡后的纺织原料在80-90℃的环境下烘干;漂洗,取出烘干后的纺织原料浸入清水中漂洗35-55分钟,并加入漂洗剂;晾干,取出漂洗后的纺织原料自然晾干。
2)络筒:采用自动络筒机,工艺为:短粗节:DS1.9-2.9LS1.2-1.8cm;长粗节:DL1.2-1.5LL20-50cm;细节:D-16%--30%L16-60cm;棉结:N3.8-5;车间内相对湿度:68%-78%、温度:20-28℃;
3)整经:张力配置为四区三层或三区三层,单根经纱张力为35cN-55cN,边经纱线张力增加20%-25%,车速:200-350米/分;卷绕密度:0.5-0.7g/cm3;
4)浆纱:浆料配方包括重量百分比为0-10%的聚乙烯醇、0-30%的聚丙烯酸甲酯以及60-100%的变性淀粉,上浆率高支纱为12%-14%,中支纱为7%-10%,粗支纱为5%-6.9%,回潮率为6%-7%,伸长率控制在0.6%以下,减伸率低于8%;浆纱车速为35-50米/分;
5)织造:梭口对称度0.6-0.83,开口时间305°-325°,后梁高度-1至+3,综框动程+3及以下,上机张力为细纱单纱张力的15%-25%,车间内温度25-30℃、相对湿度68%-80%。
根据上述技术方案,所述化学纤维层和导电纤维层之间通过粘结剂连接。
根据上述技术方案,所述粘结剂的制备步骤具体为在搅拌条件下,取50-73%重量百分比的水,以及聚乙烯醇,混合,升温到88-95度,使得聚乙烯醇完全溶解,70-80度下保温1小时,调节pH为8-9,得到溶液A;然后取30-40%重量百分比的复合乳化剂,搅拌条件下,将所述复合乳化剂和剩余的水加入到溶液A中,再慢慢加入40-50%重量百分比的醋酸乙烯酯和40-50%重量百分比的复合引发剂,升温至88-95度,保温0.3-0.5小时;冷却至60-70度;之后再慢慢加入剩余的醋酸乙烯酯和剩余的复合引发剂;升温至88-95度,保温0.2-0.4小时;步骤五,加入30-40%重量百分比的复合乳化剂,以及聚醋酸乙烯酯,88-95度下保温0.2-0.4小时,然后冷却至40-50度;再在搅拌条件下,加入碳酸氢钠,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,二甘醇二苯甲酸酯,辛醇,异丙醇,混合均匀,得溶液B;步骤五,向溶液B中加入剩余的复合乳化剂,甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯,双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯,甲苯二异氰酸酯,羟甲基丙烯酰胺,蜡质玉米淀粉,次氯酸钠,混合均匀,40-50度保温0.1-0.3小时,冷却至室温,即得所述粘结剂组合物。
根据上述技术方案,所述外层布为一种芳纶阻燃材料的构件,所述中间层布的内部填充有硅胶粉干燥剂,所述导电纤维线交叉、间隔均匀的分布在抗静电布料本体内部,相邻的所述导电纤维线间距为0.5-2.5cm,所述化学纤维层为一种涤纶纤维材料的构件。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤1)中中的漂洗剂包含脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十五烷基硫酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和月硅酸单乙醇酰胺。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤2)中络筒或者采用普通络筒机,配置空气捻接器、电子清纱器、金属槽筒、定长器;工艺为:短粗节:DS1.8-2.2LS2.5-3.0cm;长粗节:DL0.9LL40cm;细节:D-70%L59cm,制成无接头纱线,车间内相对湿度:68%-78%、温度:20-28℃;纱线在温度28-32℃、相对湿度78-86%的加湿室内放置24小时进行纱线定型。
基于上述,本发明的优点在于,能防尘,能及时消除衣服上富集的静电,从而保持衣服的清洁并保证了人体的健康,具有抗静电、保暖等功能,穿着起来有着良好的舒适度,满足人们的不同需求,且制备方法简单方便,科学高效。

Claims (7)

1.一种***类纺织面料,包括面料本体(1)、外层面料(2)、中间层面料(3)、基层面料(4)、铬层(5)、防水层(6)、纳米银抗菌颗粒(7)、抗静电绸(8)、TC面料(9)、导电纤维线(10)、纬线(11)、经线(12)、化学纤维层(13)和导电纤维层(14),其特征在于:所述面料本体(1)的上方设置有外层面料(2),所述外层面料(2)的下方设置有抗静电绸(8),所述外层面料(2)的外部设置有TC面料(9),所述TC面料(9)的上表面设置有防水层(6),所述TC面料(9)的下方设置有铬层(5),所述面料本体(1)的内部设置有中间层面料(3),所述中间层面料(3)的上方设置有化学纤维层(13),所述化学纤维层(13)的外表面设置有导电纤维层(14),所述中间层面料(3)的内部设置有纳米银抗菌颗粒(7),所述面料本体(1)的下方设置有基层面料(4),所述导电纤维层(14)的内部设置有导电纤维线(10),所述导电纤维线(10)的上方设置有经线(12),所述导电纤维线(10)的右侧设置有纬线(11)。
2.一种***类纺织面料纺织方法,包括染料、络筒、分批整经、浆纱、织造,其特征在于:具体为:
1)染料:加入染色剂,在染色缸中加入染色剂和水,均匀搅拌,升温并保持温度在40-50℃,加入碳酸将染液的pH调节到4-6之间;浸泡,将纺织原料浸泡在染色缸中1.5-3.5小时,然后加入低温快速染色助剂浸泡10-50min,然后以2-3℃/min的速度升温,升温到80-90℃并保持45-60min;烘干,将浸泡后的纺织原料在80-90℃的环境下烘干;漂洗,取出烘干后的纺织原料浸入清水中漂洗35-55分钟,并加入漂洗剂;晾干,取出漂洗后的纺织原料自然晾干。
2)络筒:采用自动络筒机,工艺为:短粗节:DS1.9-2.9LS1.2-1.8cm;长粗节:DL1.2-1.5LL20-50cm;细节:D-16%--30%L16-60cm;棉结:N3.8-5;车间内相对湿度:68%-78%、温度:20-28℃;
3)整经:张力配置为四区三层或三区三层,单根经纱张力为35cN-55cN,边经纱线张力增加20%-25%,车速:200-350米/分;卷绕密度:0.5-0.7g/cm3;
4)浆纱:浆料配方包括重量百分比为0-10%的聚乙烯醇、0-30%的聚丙烯酸甲酯以及60-100%的变性淀粉,上浆率高支纱为12%-14%,中支纱为7%-10%,粗支纱为5%-6.9%,回潮率为6%-7%,伸长率控制在0.6%以下,减伸率低于8%;浆纱车速为35-50米/分;
5)织造:梭口对称度0.6-0.83,开口时间305°-325°,后梁高度-1至+3,综框动程+3及以下,上机张力为细纱单纱张力的15%-25%,车间内温度25-30℃、相对湿度68%-80%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种***类纺织面料,其特征在于:所述化学纤维层(13)和导电纤维层(14)之间通过粘结剂连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种***类纺织面料,其特征在于:所述粘结剂的制备步骤具体为在搅拌条件下,取50-73%重量百分比的水,以及聚乙烯醇,混合,升温到88-95度,使得聚乙烯醇完全溶解,70-80度下保温1小时,调节pH为8-9,得到溶液A;然后取30-40%重量百分比的复合乳化剂,搅拌条件下,将所述复合乳化剂和剩余的水加入到溶液A中,再慢慢加入40-50%重量百分比的醋酸乙烯酯和40-50%重量百分比的复合引发剂,升温至88-95度,保温0.3-0.5小时;冷却至60-70度;之后再慢慢加入剩余的醋酸乙烯酯和剩余的复合引发剂;升温至88-95度,保温0.2-0.4小时;步骤五,加入30-40%重量百分比的复合乳化剂,以及聚醋酸乙烯酯,88-95度下保温0.2-0.4小时,然后冷却至40-50度;再在搅拌条件下,加入碳酸氢钠,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,二甘醇二苯甲酸酯,辛醇,异丙醇,混合均匀,得溶液B;步骤五,向溶液B中加入剩余的复合乳化剂,甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯,双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯,甲苯二异氰酸酯,羟甲基丙烯酰胺,蜡质玉米淀粉,次氯酸钠,混合均匀,40-50度保温0.1-0.3小时,冷却至室温,即得所述粘结剂组合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种***类纺织面料,其特征在于:所述外层布(2)为一种芳纶阻燃材料的构件,所述中间层布(3)的内部填充有硅胶粉干燥剂,所述导电纤维线(10)交叉、间隔均匀的分布在抗静电布料本体(1)内部,相邻的所述导电纤维线(10)间距为0.5-2.5cm,所述化学纤维层(13)为一种涤纶纤维材料的构件。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种***类纺织面料纺织方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中中的漂洗剂包含脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十五烷基硫酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和月硅酸单乙醇酰胺。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种***类纺织面料纺织方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中络筒或者采用普通络筒机,配置空气捻接器、电子清纱器、金属槽筒、定长器;工艺为:短粗节:DS1.8-2.2LS2.5-3.0cm;长粗节:DL0.9LL40cm;细节:D-70%L59cm,制成无接头纱线,车间内相对湿度:68%-78%、温度:20-28℃;纱线在温度28-32℃、相对湿度78-86%的加湿室内放置24小时进行纱线定型。
