刺梨是我国西南部特产野果,营养价值和药用价值极高,刺梨被称为防癌抗癌、延年益寿的珍果,由于刺梨中单宁等成分含量较高,果肉酸涩,生食口感差,如何将蜂蜜与刺梨复配,制备一种不仅食用方便,且口感好,便于人们食用的制品,成为目前需要解决的技术问题。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种食用方便的蜂蜜饮品制作方法,制备方法简单,不仅保留了蜂蜜的营养成分,而且可对其中的固体杂质彻底分离,所得蜂蜜饮品汤色澄清,口感极好,具有营养丰富,保存方便,易于携带,饮用方便的特点,可满足人们快节奏的生活方式。
本发明提出的一种食用方便的蜂蜜饮品制作方法,包括如下步骤:

5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述食用方便的蜂蜜饮品制作方法,其特征在于,S2中,按重量份将30-50份刺梨切块后榨汁,向刺梨汁中加入1-3份麦芽糖、30-50份蜂蜜、200-300份预制料a搅拌20-35min,搅拌速度为450-600r/min,得到预制料b。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述食用方便的蜂蜜饮品制作方法,其特征在于,S3中,将预制料b冷冻至-5℃以下,保温1-3h,升温至50-60℃,保温1-2h,过滤,滤液灌装,灭菌得到食用方便的蜂蜜饮品。
