技术领域
本发明属于纺织助剂技术领域，更具体是涉及一种纺织用扩散剂。
背景技术
扩散剂就是日常所说的分散剂，它是染料加工和染料应用中不可缺少的助剂。有的扩散剂本身就兼有分散性和移染性等多种作用，既可作为染料加工用扩散剂，又可作为印染中的匀染剂。
分散染料和还原染料本身都不溶于水或微溶于水，合成出来的原染料颗粒较大，不能直接用于印染工业，需要进行研磨加工，使染料颗粒分散达到1 微米左右。扩散剂的加入量一般为原染料的1 ～ 3 倍，它可使染料粒子分散，有助于颗粒粉碎，阻止已粉碎的颗粒再重新聚集，保持染料散体的稳定性。扩散剂多数是各种类型的表面活性剂，包括阴离子型、阳离子型、非离子型、两性型和高分子型等。
离子型扩散剂在染料分散体中，由于溶解而电离，其亲油基趋向于染料，亲水基趋向于水，同时扩散剂的疏水部分或它的某些基团以表面吸附、介电子极化、氢键结合等形式与染料分子相吸附，因此在染料颗粒表面有一定排列方向的相同电子层，由于同电荷互相排斥，阻止染料粒子沉降，加之由于扩散剂的亲水性，在它的外层又形成水化分子层，阻止了染料分子的相互接近。此外，在水化分子层外，还有分散液中的正电荷，它们被吸引在分散剂的负电荷周围，形成双分子层，这样染料颗粒之间的距离被拉大，当染料颗粒距离很近时，范德华引力不能产生作用，扩散剂使染料保持悬浮和分散稳定性，纺织相互接近而聚集或凝聚。
在纺织品印染过程中使用的商品染料，要求具有较好的再分散性；在染浴中具有良好的热稳定性，粘度小，对混纺中的其他组分沾色少；染料的溶解度小；金属离子含量低等。这些性能除与染料结构有关外，也与扩散剂的品种有关。

4.根据权利要求1所述的包含聚乙烯醇与聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯的纺织用扩散剂，其特征是，所述分散剂包括以下重量份的各组分：聚乙烯醇 19.2-21.0份，聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯13.6-16.0份，二氧化硅 11.9-13.2份，硫化双乙醇 4.7-6.7份，丙二醇 5.2-7.6份，N-十二烷基甜菜碱两性表面活性剂 2.2-3.8份，聚己内酯二元醇 2.4-4.8份，聚丙烯酸钠 3.2-3.7份，硅酸钠 2.3-3.7份，硫代双乙醇 8.4-10.2份。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的包含聚乙烯醇与聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯的纺织用扩散剂，其特征是，所述分散剂包括以下重量份的各组分：聚乙烯醇 19.8-20.5份，聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯14.2-15.7份，二氧化硅 12.1-12.7份，硫化双乙醇 5.3-6.4份，丙二醇 5.7-6.5份，N-十二烷基甜菜碱两性表面活性剂 2.9-3.4份，聚己内酯二元醇 3.7-4.4份，聚丙烯酸钠 3.4-3.7份，硅酸钠 2.8-3.5份，硫代双乙醇 9.5-10.0份。
