本发明公开了一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,包括如下步骤:将玻璃按照设计尺寸分别切割出内层玻璃和外层玻璃;将切割完成的内层玻璃和外层玻璃置于烘烤模具中,切割去多余部分;打磨侧边;清洗玻璃,除去表面的灰尘、油污、杂质,然后干燥;玻璃的表面喷粉;将置于烘烤模具中处理完成的玻璃连同模具放入烘烤炉中烘弯;退火后清粉;PVB拉膜;调湿;合片;然后压制成型;采用本发明的技术方案,制作的玻璃为夹层玻璃,这种玻璃具有高抗冲击强度,保证使用这种玻璃的汽车具有高的安全性。

一种汽车玻璃的制做方法
技术领域
本发明属于汽车工业领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种汽车玻璃的制做方法。
背景技术
汽车作为交通工具,使用的越来越普遍,但是,由于汽车在路上快速移动,发生碰撞是难免的,一旦发生碰撞,各个部位的玻璃因受到冲击力出现破碎是难免的,无论是驾驶员还是行人,在汽车发生碰撞的时候,尽量避免受到伤害,尤其是破碎的玻璃碎片尽可能的避免飞溅伤人的情况的发生。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保证汽车玻璃使用安全的汽车玻璃的制做方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:所提供的一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将玻璃按照设计尺寸分别切割出内层玻璃和外层玻璃;
(2)将切割完成的内层玻璃和外层玻璃置于烘烤模具中,切割去多余部分;
(3)打磨侧边;
(4)清洗玻璃,除去表面的灰尘、油污、杂质,然后干燥;
(5)玻璃的表面喷粉;
(6)将置于烘烤模具中处理完成的玻璃连同模具放入烘烤炉中烘弯;
(7)退火后清粉;
(8)PVB拉膜;
(9)调湿;
(10)合片;
(11)然后压制成型。
本发明公开的一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,步骤(5)玻璃的表面喷粉,玻璃表面平铺一层二氧化硅粉末,粉末的厚度为2mm,其中二氧化硅的直径为0.8微米。
本发明公开的一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,步骤(7)退火后清粉,退火后将平铺于玻璃表面的二氧化硅粉末清除干净。
本发明公开的一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,步骤(8)PVB拉膜,将PVB 均匀加热,同时拉伸成扇形,然后均匀冷却将PVB的弯形“冻结”成永久弯形。
本发明公开的一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,步骤(9)调湿,调节PVB 的湿度。
本发明公开的一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,步骤(10)合片,将内层玻璃和外层玻璃放入合片机上,用真空吸盘吸起上片,放入PVB薄膜,放下上片玻璃,并割去多余的PVB膜片边料。
本发明公开的一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,步骤(11)压制成型分为初压和高压,其中初压一般采用压辊方式或减压方式玻璃与膜片初步粘合在一起,然后放入高压釜内加温加压,排除气体,使玻璃与PVB膜完全粘合,透明。
本发明公开的一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将玻璃按照设计尺寸分别切割出内层玻璃和外层玻璃;
(2)将切割完成的内层玻璃和外层玻璃置于烘烤模具中,切割去多余部分;
(3)打磨侧边;
(4)清洗玻璃,除去表面的灰尘、油污、杂质,然后干燥;玻璃在磨边后要消除其表面的灰尘、油污、杂质,确保最好的粘着力,洗涤是夹层工艺透明度与成品率控制的重要环节;
(5)玻璃的表面喷粉;玻璃表面平铺一层二氧化硅粉末,粉末的厚度为2mm,其中二氧化硅的直径为0.8微米,为避免二片玻璃叠合层,在烘弯过程中粘片;
(6)将置于烘烤模具中处理完成的玻璃连同模具放入烘烤炉中烘弯;
(7)退火后清粉;玻璃与PVB合片时,必须将喷在玻璃两面的粉清除,包括玻璃边部,避免产生气泡和麻点状玻璃;
(8)PVB拉膜;将PVB均匀加热,同时拉伸成扇形,然后均匀冷却将PVB的弯形“冻结”成永久弯形;
(9)调湿;PVB的含水率对夹层玻璃的性能影响很大,含水率越高,与玻璃的间的粘接力就越小,反之含水率太低,粘接力较强,其抗穿透性就越小;
(10)合片;
(11)然后压制成型,分为初压和高压,其中初压一般采用压辊方式或减压方式玻璃与膜片初步粘合在一起,将呈三明治状积层的玻璃和中间膜之间的空气排出并密封周围,防止在高压工序时热煤油或气泡浸入玻璃中去,使玻璃与膜片初步粘合在一起;高压时,由于玻璃叠片初压后虽基本胶合,但仍有一部分气体在初压温度下还不可能赶走,胶合的牢固度不强,要使叠片中的气泡完全排出和牢固粘合,应施以较大的均匀的压力和较高的可达到胶片软化所需的温度,使其在高压釜内加温加压,以彻底排除气体和使玻璃与PVB膜完全粘合,透明。
采用本发明的技术方案,制作的玻璃为夹层玻璃,这种玻璃具有高抗冲击强度,受冲击后,脆性的玻璃破碎,但由于它和有弹性的PVB相结合,使夹层玻璃具有高的抗穿透能力,仍能保持能见度;玻璃与PVB粘结力高,当玻璃破碎后,玻璃碎片仍然粘在PVB上不剥落,不伤人,保证使用这种玻璃的汽车具有高的安全性。

下面通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理、制造工艺及操作使用方法等,作进一步详细的说明,以帮助本领域的技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
本发明一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将玻璃按照设计尺寸分别切割出内层玻璃和外层玻璃;
(2)将切割完成的内层玻璃和外层玻璃置于烘烤模具中,切割去多余部分;
(3)打磨侧边;
(4)清洗玻璃,除去表面的灰尘、油污、杂质,然后干燥;玻璃在磨边后要消除其表面的灰尘、油污、杂质,确保最好的粘着力,洗涤是夹层工艺透明度与成品率控制的重要环节;
(5)玻璃的表面喷粉;玻璃表面平铺一层二氧化硅粉末,粉末的厚度为2mm,其中二氧化硅的直径为0.8微米,为避免二片玻璃叠合层,在烘弯过程中粘片;
(6)将置于烘烤模具中处理完成的玻璃连同模具放入烘烤炉中烘弯;

(11)然后压制成型,分为初压和高压,其中初压一般采用压辊方式或减压方式玻璃与膜片初步粘合在一起,将呈三明治状积层的玻璃和中间膜之间的空气排出并密封周围,防止在高压工序时热煤油或气泡浸入玻璃中去,使玻璃与膜片初步粘合在一起;高压时,由于玻璃叠片初压后虽基本胶合,但仍有一部分气体在初压温度下还不可能赶走,胶合的牢固度不强,要使叠片中的气泡完全排出和牢固粘合,应施以较大的均匀的压力和较高的可达到胶片软化所需的温度,使其在高压釜内加温加压,以彻底排除气体和使玻璃与PVB膜完全粘合,透明。
采用本发明的技术方案,制作的玻璃为夹层玻璃,这种玻璃具有高抗冲击强度,受冲击后,脆性的玻璃破碎,但由于它和有弹性的PVB相结合,使夹层玻璃具有高的抗穿透能力,仍能保持能见度;玻璃与PVB粘结力高,当玻璃破碎后,玻璃碎片仍然粘在PVB上不剥落,不伤人,保证使用这种玻璃的汽车具有高的安全性。

Claims (7)

1.一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将玻璃按照设计尺寸分别切割出内层玻璃和外层玻璃;
(2)将切割完成的内层玻璃和外层玻璃置于烘烤模具中,切割去多余部分;
(3)打磨侧边;
(4)清洗玻璃,除去表面的灰尘、油污、杂质,然后干燥;
(5)玻璃的表面喷粉;
(6)将置于烘烤模具中处理完成的玻璃连同模具放入烘烤炉中烘弯;
(7)退火后清粉;
(8)PVB拉膜;
(9)调湿;
(10)合片;
(11)然后压制成型。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(5)玻璃的表面喷粉,玻璃表面平铺一层二氧化硅粉末,粉末的厚度为2mm,其中二氧化硅的直径为0.8微米。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(7)退火后清粉,退火后将平铺于玻璃表面的二氧化硅粉末清除干净。
4.按照权利要求1所述的一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(8)PVB拉膜,将PVB均匀加热,同时拉伸成扇形,然后均匀冷却将PVB的弯形“冻结”成永久弯形。
5.按照权利要求1所述的一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(9)调湿,调节PVB的湿度。
6.按照权利要求1所述的一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(10)合片,将内层玻璃和外层玻璃放入合片机上,用真空吸盘吸起上片,放入PVB薄膜,放下上片玻璃,并割去多余的PVB膜片边料。
7.按照权利要求1所述的一种汽车玻璃的制做方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(11)压制成型分为初压和高压,其中初压一般采用压辊方式或减压方式玻璃与膜片初步粘合在一起,然后放入高压釜内加温加压,排除气体,使玻璃与PVB膜完全粘合,透明。
