Abstract

一种带挡链块的后拨链器,包括两片侧板,侧板的底部加工有螺栓孔及空隙,空隙位于螺栓孔的外沿,螺栓穿过螺栓孔,张紧轮安装在螺栓上,挡链块扣合在两片侧板上的挡链块连接部上并由侧板上的凸起限位;后拨链器包括结构相同的两片侧板,省去了侧板的折弯部,由扣合在侧板上的挡链块来防止链条跳出,有效减小模具的制作成本,同时节省材料、成本,安装更换也非常方便。

一种带挡链块的后拨链器
技术领域
本发明涉及自行车配件领域,尤其涉及一种带挡链块的后拨链器。
背景技术
后拨链器是变速自行车进行换挡变速必须的配件之一,在现有结构中(专利号200610160477.1)后拨链器一侧的侧板通常带有折弯部,通过折弯部来防止链条跳出,这就造成侧板成型时模具的尺寸相应较大,制造成本较高。
本发明提及的一种带挡链块的后拨链器由挡链块代替折弯部,解决了上述问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种带挡链块的后拨链器。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种带挡链块的后拨链器,包括:
侧板,所述侧板共两片,每片所述侧板的底部加工有螺栓孔及空隙,所述空隙位于所述螺栓孔的外沿,在所述空隙外形成挡链块连接部,螺栓安装在所述螺栓孔内,所述螺栓上套有张紧轮;
挡链块,所述挡链块包括主体及加工在所述主体上的后限位、前限位,所述后限位及所述前限位之间形成定位槽,所述定位槽与所述挡链块连接部匹配,所述挡链块的前部为导向部;
所述挡链块扣合在所述侧板上,所述挡链块连接部与所述定位槽贴紧。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述侧板的外侧面上还加工有两个凸起,所述凸起之间的距离与所述挡链块的宽度一致。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述挡链块由弹性材料制成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导向部的外侧加工有斜度的导向面。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.由挡链块代替了折弯部,同样起到防止链条跳出的功能的同时,两块侧板的形状一致,加工方便,同时模具的尺寸相应有所减小,制造成本降低。
2.挡链块由弹性材料制成,安装更换非常方便。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明实施例所述的一种带挡链块的后拨链器,包括:如图1、图2所示,侧板1共两片,每片侧板1的底部加工有螺栓孔4及空隙12,空隙12位于螺栓孔4的外沿,在空隙12外形成挡链块连接部11,螺栓3安装在螺栓孔4内,螺栓3上套有张紧轮2;侧板1的外侧面上还加工有两个凸起6,凸起6之间的距离与挡链块5的宽度一致;挡链块5由塑料材料制成,如图3所示,挡链块5包括主体55及加工在主体55上的后限位53、前限位56,后限位53及前限位56之间形成定位槽52,定位槽52与挡链块连接部11匹配,挡链块5的前部为导向部51,导向部51的外侧面加工有斜度的导向面54;如图1、图2所示,挡链块5扣合在侧板1上,挡链块连接部11与定位槽52贴紧。
由挡链块代替了折弯部,同样起到防止链条跳出的功能的同时,两块侧板的形状一致,加工方便,同时模具的尺寸相应有所减小,制造成本降低;挡链块由弹性材料制成,安装更换非常方便。
具体使用时,为方便理解本发明,结合附图进行描述;
实施例1:如图4所示,现有结构中的后拨链器通过一侧的侧板的折弯部来起到防止链条跳出的功能,如图1所示,本发明将挡链块通过导向面的导向以及材料的弹性变形扣合在挡链块连接部,通过凸起防止挡链块做圆周方向上的运动,通过定位槽嵌合在挡链块连接部的两侧,防止挡链块做径向方向上的运动。
实施例2:与实施例1的区别在于通过螺栓固定挡链块在侧板上代替凸起的作用。
实施例3:如图5所示,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于挡链块连接部加工了连接部凸点,由连接部凸点代替凸起的作用。
采用挡链块代替折弯部,两侧边的形状完全一致,模具也相应由两块变为一块,同时,模具的尺寸有所减小,冲压更方便快捷,制造成本更低,由塑料材料制成的后拨链器具备一定的弹性,安装更换也非常方便。

Claims (4)

1.一种带挡链块的后拨链器,其特征在于,包括:
侧板(1),所述侧板(1)共两片,每片所述侧板(1)的底部加工有螺栓孔(4)及空隙(12),所述空隙(12)位于所述螺栓孔(4)的外沿,在所述空隙(12)外形成挡链块连接部(11),螺栓(3)安装在所述螺栓孔(4)内,所述螺栓(3)上套有张紧轮(2);
挡链块(5),所述挡链块(5)包括主体(55)及加工在所述主体(55)上的后限位(53)、前限位(56),所述后限位(53)及所述前限位(56)之间形成定位槽(52),所述定位槽(52)与所述挡链块连接部(11)匹配,所述挡链块(5)的前部为导向部(51);
所述挡链块(5)扣合在所述侧板(1)上,所述挡链块连接部(11)与所述定位槽(52)贴紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带挡链块的后拨链器,其特征在于:所述侧板(1)的外侧面上还加工有两个凸起(6),所述凸起(6)之间的距离与所述挡链块(5)的宽度一致。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带挡链块的后拨链器,其特征在于:所述挡链块(5)由弹性材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带挡链块的后拨链器,其特征在于:所述导向部(51)的外侧加工有斜度的导向面(54)。
