Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐高温油藏调剖堵水剂,涉及油藏开采技术领域。原料按重量比由以下物质组成:聚丙烯酸胺0.1~0.5份、苯酚0.5~1份、甲醛0.3~0.7份、超细粘土50~100份、氢氧化钾0.5~2份、水12~25份、工业氯化铵5~15份。本发明耐高温油藏调剖堵水剂,高温地层调剖封堵成功率达95%以上,具有耐高温、强度大、成胶均匀不水解、不分水、有效时间长、成本低易推广等优点。

一种耐高温油藏调剖堵水剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种调剖堵水剂,属于油藏开采技术领域。
背景技术
在石油开采中,新型调剖堵水剂开发是提高采收率及经济效益的重要手段,其中调剖堵水剂作用能力效果、作用时间、适应性、成本以及施工可行性则是调剖过程中需要考虑的几个重点。随着水驱开采力度的加大,各大主力油田均已进入高含水期,甚至特高含水期开发阶段。
目前提高采收率用调剖堵水产品,主要在中低温油藏(80℃以下)降水增产效率明显,高温油藏(80℃上)调剖堵水技术不成熟,失败率很高,低温调剖产品不能满足高温地层要求。
常见调剖产品的缺陷如下:脲醛树脂容易高温水解,高温调剖堵不住水;磺化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂高温分水,高温调剖易水串;水玻璃强度低,耐高温有效时间短;木质素栲胶酚醛树脂生产成本高,难推广;铝、铬交联聚丙烯酰胺凝胶86高温溶解,不耐高温;酚醛交联聚丙烯酰胺凝胶88高温溶解,不耐高温;聚丙烯酰胺体膨颗粒不溶于水注入性差,油藏附近沉积;淀粉PAC甲醛树脂强度低,有效时间短。
所以提供一种适用于高温油藏的调剖封堵剂是本领域急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温油藏调剖堵水剂,具有耐高温油藏调剖堵水剂,高温地层调剖封堵成功率达95%,具有耐高温、强度大、成胶均匀不水解、不分水、有效时间长、成本低易推广等优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种耐高温油藏调剖堵水剂,原料按重量比由以下物质组成:
聚丙烯酸胺 0.1~0.5份
苯酚 0.5~1份
甲醛 0.3~0.7份
超细粘土 50~100份
氢氧化钾 0.5~2份
水 12~25份
工业氯化铵 5~15份。
优选的原料按重量比由以下物质组成:
聚丙烯酸胺 0.3份
苯酚 0.75份
甲醛 0.45份
超细粘土 80份
氢氧化钾 1.5份
水 17份
工业氯化铵 10份。
聚丙烯酸胺为250万分子量聚丙烯酸胺。
耐高温油藏调剖堵水剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)先将聚丙烯酰胺按配方加入水中搅拌2小时得到聚丙烯酰胺浆液待用;
(2)按配方将苯酚、甲醛、氢氧化钾在温度80℃预聚反应40分钟后用循环水冷却降温至20℃,按配方慢慢加超细粘土,边加边搅拌边干燥直到产生细小颗粒;颗粒可以大小不一致;
(3)将聚丙烯酰胺浆液加入步骤(2)制备的细小颗粒中使所述颗粒表面均匀涂上一层胶囊即可;
(4)用氯化铵调PH值到3.5。
使用时用氯化铵调PH值到3.5。
本发明是预交联体系,在低温碱性条件下形不成酚醛树脂,只有在高温和酸性介质的作用下才形成酚醛树脂凝胶,已有的技术在低温下就形成凝胶,高温不成胶。按配方生产高温预交联体系耐高温预交联体系配方及胶囊制作及类似工艺。
本发明耐高温油藏调剖堵水剂耐高温有效时间试验数据如下表1:

由上表可以看出不同浓度的抗压强度,用量少成本低强度大。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:本发明耐高温油藏调剖堵水剂,高温地层调剖封堵成功率达95%以上,具有耐高温、强度大、成胶均匀不水解、不分水、有效时间长、成本低易推广等优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
耐高温油藏调剖堵水剂,原料按重量比由以下物质组成:
聚丙烯酸胺 0.3份
苯酚 0.75份
甲醛 0.45份
超细粘土 80份
氢氧化钾 1.5份
水 17份
工业氯化铵 10份。
聚丙烯酸胺为250万分子量聚丙烯酸胺。
制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)先将聚丙烯酰胺按配方加入水中搅拌2小时得到聚丙烯酰胺浆液待用;
(2)按配方将苯酚、甲醛、氢氧化钾在温度80℃预聚反应40分钟后用循环水冷却降温至20℃,按配方慢慢加超细粘土,边加边搅拌边干燥直到产生细小颗粒;
(3)将聚丙烯酰胺浆液加入步骤(2)制备的细小颗粒中使所述颗粒表面均匀涂上一层胶囊即可;
(4)使用时用氯化铵调PH值到3.5。

超细粘土 100份
氢氧化钾 0.5份
水 20份
工业氯化铵 12份。
聚丙烯酸胺为250万分子量聚丙烯酸胺。
制备方法同实施例1。

耐高温油藏调剖堵水剂,原料按重量比由以下物质组成:
聚丙烯酸胺 0.4份
苯酚 0.6份
甲醛 0.3份
超细粘土 70份
氢氧化钾 1.5份
水 12份
工业氯化铵 8份。
聚丙烯酸胺为250万分子量聚丙烯酸胺。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
耐高温油藏调剖堵水剂,原料按重量比由以下物质组成:
聚丙烯酸胺 0.5份
苯酚 0.9份
甲醛 0.7份
超细粘土 50份
氢氧化钾 1.5份
水 25份
工业氯化铵 5份。
聚丙烯酸胺为250万分子量聚丙烯酸胺。
制备方法同实施例1。

耐高温油藏调剖堵水剂,原料按重量比由以下物质组成:
聚丙烯酸胺 0.2份
苯酚 0.5份
甲醛 0.7份
超细粘土 70份
氢氧化钾 1.2份
水 25份
工业氯化铵 15份。
聚丙烯酸胺为250万分子量聚丙烯酸胺。

1.一种耐高温油藏调剖堵水剂,其特征在于:原料按重量比由以下物质组成:
聚丙烯酸胺 0.1~0.5份
苯酚 0.5~1份
甲醛 0.3~0.7份
超细粘土 50~100份
氢氧化钾 0.5~2份
水 12~25份
工业氯化铵 5~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温油藏调剖堵水剂,其特征在于:原料按重量比由以下物质组成:

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高温油藏调剖堵水剂,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯酸胺为250万分子量聚丙烯酸胺。
4.权利要求1或2所述的耐高温油藏调剖堵水剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:(1)先将聚丙烯酰胺按配方加入水中搅拌2小时得到聚丙烯酰胺浆液待用;
(2)按配方将苯酚、甲醛、氢氧化钾在温度80℃预聚反应40分钟后用循环水冷却降温至20℃,按配方慢慢加超细粘土,边加边搅拌边干燥直到产生细小颗粒;
(3)将聚丙烯酰胺浆液加入步骤(2)制备的细小颗粒中使所述颗粒表面均匀涂上一层胶囊即可;
(4)用氯化铵调PH值到3.5。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐高温油藏调剖堵水剂的制备方法,其特征在于:用氯化铵调PH值到3.5。
