一种人参清蒸鸡及其制备方法,现在社会中的人群天天忙忙碌碌,常处于亚健康状态,常吃鸡肉,消化率高,很容易被人体吸收利用,增强免疫力,强身健体,特别是鸡肉加入人参,适合亚健康人群和中老年人食疗进补,进具有温中益气,补精添髓,益五脏,补虚损,抗氧化和一定的解毒作用,可缓解由于肾精不足所导致的小变频繁等症状,针对上述问题,结合人参等与鸡的特点,发明了一种人参清蒸鸡及其制备方法,该人参清蒸鸡制作简单,具有补中益气,温肾补虚之功效,适用于血虚所致的眩晕,心悸,失眠,阳痿,崩漏带下诸症。

本发明涉及药膳保健领域,特别涉及到一种人参清蒸鸡及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在社会中天天忙忙碌碌,常处于亚健康状态,常吃鸡肉,消化率高,很容易被人体吸收利用,增强免疫力,强身健体,鸡肉加入人参,具有温中益气,补精添髓,益五脏,补虚损,抗氧化和一定的解毒作用,可缓解由于肾精不足所导致的小变频繁等症状。
发明内容
针对上述问题,结合人参等与鸡的特点,发明了一种人参清蒸鸡及其制备方法,该人参清蒸鸡制作简单,具有补中益气,温肾补虚之功效,适用于血虚所致的眩晕,心悸,失眠,阳痿,崩漏带下诸症。
本发明的技术方案为:一种人参清蒸鸡及其制备方法,按以下重量份数的原料组成:人参30克、当归10克、玉兰片50克、香菇50克、葱、姜、盐、味精、料酒各适量。
一种人参清蒸鸡及其制备方法:
取鸡宰杀,拔毛,开膛洗净,入沸水锅内氽透,捞出,用凉水冲洗干净,将母鸡肚子里放入,人参30克、香菇50克、玉兰片50克、当归10克、葱、姜、盐、味精、料酒各适量,用针将鸡肚子缝合起来,放入蒸盆内,注入清汤适量,盖严,上笼用武火蒸150分钟左右,即成,食鸡饮汤。

一种人参清蒸鸡及其制备方法,按以下重量份数的原料组成:人参30克、当归10克、玉兰片50克、香菇50克、葱、姜、盐、味精、料酒各适量。

一种人参清蒸鸡及其制备方法,按以下重量份数的原料组成:取山药粉1000克、白面粉500克、淀粉300克一起放入盆内,打入鸡蛋5个,加入精盐少许和清水适量,合匀,揉做面团,擀薄,切成细丝面条,把锅水烧开,放入面条,如常法煮食,此面具有健脾养胃,益肾固肠之功效,适用于脾虚泄泻,慢性痢疾,遗精,早泄,小便频数,带下等症。

一种人参清蒸鸡有益效果如下:该人参清蒸鸡,具有补中益气,温肾补虚之功效,适用于血虚所致的眩晕,心悸,失眠,阳痿,崩漏带下诸症。

1.根据权利要求1所述的一种人参清蒸鸡及其制备方法,其特征在于,按以下重量份数的原料组成:人参30克、当归10克、玉兰片50克、香菇50克、葱、姜、盐、味精、料酒各适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种人参清蒸鸡及其制备方法,其特征在于,实施例2所述的:取鸡宰杀,拔毛,开膛洗净,入沸水锅内氽透,捞出,用凉水冲洗干净,将母鸡肚子里放入,人参30克、香菇50克、玉兰片50克、当归10克、葱、姜、盐、味精、料酒各适量,用针将鸡肚子缝合起来,放入蒸盆内,注入清汤适量,盖严,上笼用武火蒸150分钟左右,即成,食鸡饮汤。
