本发明涉及中药保健茶技术领域,具体涉及一种罗汉三宝茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
罗汉果具有清热润肺、凉血、润肠通便的功效,性凉味甘,药食两用,被列为名贵中药材,它含有一种名为甜甙的非糖物质,对肥胖者和糖尿病人是极理想的甜味剂,被誉为东方神果。在现在的市场上,茶的产品很多,产品较为单一,而且含有很多添加剂,香料等,对人身体无益而有害健康。本发明的茶不含有害物质,营养丰富,香气四溢,通过加入各种中药材,比传统饮品更具有保健的作用,而且具有清热润肺、止咳利咽、清肝明目等功效。

本发明的目的是在于提供一种罗汉三宝茶及其制备方法,比传统饮品更具有保健的作用,促进人体健康、丰富人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种罗汉三宝茶,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
罗汉果62-75、贡菊11-16、枸杞子8-14、蜜枣10-18、红茶9-19、冰糖14-20、水适量。
一种罗汉三宝茶,其特征在于是由以下优选重量份的原料组成:
罗汉果68、贡菊14、枸杞子10、蜜枣15、红茶16、冰糖17、水适量。
所述的一种罗汉三宝茶及其制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将罗汉果洗净、掰成小块,贡菊、蜜枣、枸杞子洗净备用;
(2)将罗汉果、贡菊、枸杞子、蜜枣、红茶一起放入煎煮器皿中,加入适量水,煎煮30分钟即可;
(3)将冰糖加入上述的煎煮液中,文火熬至冰糖融化即可。
本发明中:
罗汉果:具有清热润肺、凉血、润肠通便的功效。
贡菊:具有疏风、清热、明目、解毒的功效。
枸杞子:具有有降低血糖、 抗脂肪肝作用。
本发明的优点在于提供一种罗汉三宝茶及其制备方法,通过加入罗汉果、贡菊、枸杞子这些具有清热润肺、止咳利咽、清肝明目的功效,使得茶在吸收以上药性成分后,可以充分的被人体吸收,而且不含香料、添加剂,且营养丰富,比传统饮品更具有保健的功效。

一种罗汉三宝茶,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
罗汉果62-75、贡菊11-16、枸杞子8-14、蜜枣10-18、红茶9-19、冰糖14-20、水适量。

罗汉果68、贡菊14、枸杞子10、蜜枣15、红茶16、冰糖17、水适量。

(1)将罗汉果洗净、掰成小块,贡菊、蜜枣、枸杞子洗净备用;
(2)将罗汉果、贡菊、枸杞子、蜜枣、红茶一起放入煎煮器皿中,加入适量水,煎煮30分钟即可;
(3)将冰糖加入上述的煎煮液中,文火熬至冰糖融化即可。

罗汉果62-75、贡菊11-16、枸杞子8-14、蜜枣10-18、红茶9-19、冰糖14-20、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种罗汉三宝茶及其制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将罗汉果洗净、掰成小块,贡菊、蜜枣、枸杞子洗净备用;
(2)将罗汉果、贡菊、枸杞子、蜜枣、红茶一起放入煎煮器皿中,加入适量水,煎煮30分钟即可;
(3)将冰糖加入上述的煎煮液中,文火熬至冰糖融化即可。
