本发明公开了一种藕粉及其制作方法,所述的藕粉由下列重量份数的原料制成:藕200‑250份、红豆10‑20份、枸杞子10‑20份、红枣10‑20份、茯苓5‑10份、当归3‑5份;制作方法如下:(1)原料准备与清洗;(2)干燥;(3)粉碎;(4)混合、封装。本发明的藕粉制作简单、食用方便,完整保留了莲藕的营养成分,而且增加的红豆、枸杞子、红枣、茯苓、当归使制得的藕粉营养丰富,又能明显改善传统藕粉的口感,制成的藕粉易于消化吸收,营养均衡,长期食用可以补血强身、美容养颜、有益人体健康。

本发明涉及一种藕粉及其制作方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济的快速发展和生活水平的迅速提高,人们越来越重视养生和保健,藕粉是久负盛誉的传统滋养食品,营养价值高,药疗作用好,故中医称其:“主补中养神,益气力”。藕粉中含有黏液蛋白和膳食纤维,能与人体内胆酸盐,食物中的胆固醇及甘油三酯结合,使其从粪便中排出,从而减少脂类的吸收,具有通便止泻、健脾开胃的作用;藕粉中富含铁、钙等微量元素,植物蛋白质、维生素以及淀粉含量也很丰富,有明显的补益气血,增强人体免疫力的作用;藕粉中还含有大量的单宁酸,有收缩血管作用,可用来止血;藕粉还可以治疗血虚失眠,有美容洁肤、美白、让肌肤光滑细腻等作用。自古有“女子三日不断藕,男子三日不断姜”的说法,但单纯的藕粉,一般为莲藕水洗后得到的淀粉,口味单一,食用起来也不方便。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种藕粉及其制作方法,食用方便,有益人体健康。
本发明所述的一种藕粉,由下列重量份数的原料制成:藕200-250份、红豆10-20份、枸杞子10-20份、红枣10-20份、茯苓5-10份、当归3-5份。
本发明所述的一种藕粉的制作方法包括如下步骤:
(1)原料准备与清洗:按照各组分配比选择优质的原材料,分别用清水洗净后,晾干,注意红枣要去核,茯苓切片;
(2)干燥:将原料置于120-150℃下烘干30-60min,至含水量低于10%;
(3)粉碎:将干燥好的原材料分别入粉碎机,粉碎至120-200目;
(4)混合、封装:将各种原材料粉充分混合均匀,封装即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的藕粉制作简单、食用方便,完整保留了莲藕的营养成分,而且增加的红豆、枸杞子、红枣、茯苓、当归使制得的藕粉营养丰富,又能明显改善传统藕粉的口感,制成的藕粉易于消化吸收,营养均衡,长期食用可以补血强身、美容养颜、有益人体健康。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
称取优质藕200KG、红豆10KG、枸杞子10KG、红枣10KG、茯苓5KG、当归3KG;将原材料分别用清水洗净后,晾干,注意红枣要去核,茯苓切片;置于150℃下干燥30min;将干燥好的原材料分别入粉碎机,粉碎至120目;最后将各种原材料粉充分混合均匀,封装即可。
实施例二:
称取优质藕250KG、红豆20KG、枸杞子20KG、红枣20KG、茯苓10KG、当归5KG;将原材料分别用清水洗净后,晾干,注意红枣要去核,茯苓切片;置于120℃下干燥60min;将干燥好的原材料分别入粉碎机,粉碎至200目;最后将各种原材料粉充分混合均匀,封装即可。

1.一种藕粉,其特征在于,所述藕粉由下列重量份数的原料制成:藕200-250份、红豆10-20份、枸杞子10-20份、红枣10-20份、茯苓5-10份、当归3-5份。
2.一种藕粉的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料准备与清洗:按照各组分配比选择优质的原材料,分别用清水洗净后,晾干,注意红枣要去核,茯苓切片;
(2)干燥:将原料置于120-150℃下烘干30-60min,至含水量低于10%;
(3)粉碎:将干燥好的原材料分别入粉碎机,粉碎至120-200目;
