本发明涉及橡胶技术领域,具体涉及一种耐酸碱橡胶制品。
背景技术
近年来,随着汽车进入普通家庭,人们在享受方便快捷的同时,对车辆的舒适性也提出了更高的要求,因此减震材料的作用越来越重要。橡胶制品作为一种弹性材料被广泛的用作车用减震材料,橡胶与金属的组合减震产品大量应用于汽车悬挂***中,并对保证汽车的乘坐舒适性、稳定性以及附着性有着至关重要的意义。汽车在不同的路况下行驶,减震元件长时间地承受着不同程度的撕扯力和扭转力,往往因为金属与橡胶的粘结失效,而造成减震件的损坏。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐酸碱橡胶制品。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种耐酸碱橡胶制品,由以下份数的原料组分组成:丁腈橡胶15~20份、氯丁橡胶30~40份、三元乙丙橡胶30~40份、烷基改性酚醛树脂21~41份、氯仿4~8份、防水蜡乳液16~20份、聚酰亚胺树脂液5~10份、云母粉32~41份、乳聚丁苯橡胶15~22份、五氯硫酚0.25~0.75份、硫化剂1~3份、增塑剂若干、去离子水若干。
优选的,还可由以下份数的原料组分组成:丁腈橡胶17份、氯丁橡胶35份、三元乙丙橡胶35份、烷基改性酚醛树脂31份、氯仿6份、防水蜡乳液18份、聚酰亚胺树脂液7份、云母粉36份、乳聚丁苯橡胶18份、五氯硫酚0.5份、硫化剂2份、增塑剂若干、去离子水若干。
优选的,所述增塑剂为脂肪烃油类、环烷烃油类或芳烃油类中的一种或几种。
一种耐酸碱橡胶制品,制备方法如下:
(1)将上述质量份数的去离子水加热到70~85℃,然后将上述质量份数的丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、烷基改性酚醛树脂、氯仿、防水蜡乳液、聚酰亚胺树脂液依次加入,混合均匀,获得A溶液;
(2)将硫化剂和增塑剂混合;
(3)将上述A溶液与上述质量份数的五氯硫酚、乳聚丁苯橡胶、云母粉混合均匀后,予以冷却至室温,即获得本品。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明橡胶管采用多种原料加工而成,所得橡胶管成本低廉,耐酸碱性、热传导率高,耐疲劳寿命长。

实施例:一种耐酸碱橡胶制品,由以下份数的原料组分组成:丁腈橡胶15~20份、氯丁橡胶30~40份、三元乙丙橡胶30~40份、烷基改性酚醛树脂21~41份、氯仿4~8份、防水蜡乳液16~20份、聚酰亚胺树脂液5~10份、云母粉32~41份、乳聚丁苯橡胶15~22份、五氯硫酚0.25~0.75份、硫化剂1~3份、增塑剂若干、去离子水若干。
进一步的,还可由以下份数的原料组分组成:丁腈橡胶17份、氯丁橡胶35份、三元乙丙橡胶35份、烷基改性酚醛树脂31份、氯仿6份、防水蜡乳液18份、聚酰亚胺树脂液7份、云母粉36份、乳聚丁苯橡胶18份、五氯硫酚0.5份、硫化剂2份、增塑剂若干、去离子水若干。

1.一种耐酸碱橡胶制品,其特征在于:由以下份数的原料组分组成:丁腈橡胶15~20份、氯丁橡胶30~40份、三元乙丙橡胶30~40份、烷基改性酚醛树脂21~41份、氯仿4~8份、防水蜡乳液16~20份、聚酰亚胺树脂液5~10份、云母粉32~41份、乳聚丁苯橡胶15~22份、五氯硫酚0.25~0.75份、硫化剂1~3份、增塑剂若干、去离子水若干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐酸碱橡胶制品,其特征在于:由以下份数的原料组分组成:丁腈橡胶17份、氯丁橡胶35份、三元乙丙橡胶35份、烷基改性酚醛树脂31份、氯仿6份、防水蜡乳液18份、聚酰亚胺树脂液7份、云母粉36份、乳聚丁苯橡胶18份、五氯硫酚0.5份、硫化剂2份、增塑剂若干、去离子水若干。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐酸碱橡胶制品,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为脂肪烃油类、环烷烃油类或芳烃油类中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐酸碱橡胶制品,其特征在于:制备方法如下:
(1)将上述质量份数的去离子水加热到70~85℃,然后将上述质量份数的丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、烷基改性酚醛树脂、氯仿、防水蜡乳液、聚酰亚胺树脂液依次加入,混合均匀,获得A溶液;
(2)将硫化剂和增塑剂混合;
(3)将上述A溶液与上述质量份数的五氯硫酚、乳聚丁苯橡胶、云母粉混合均匀后,予以冷却至室温,即获得本品。
