本发明公开了一种多肉植物专用柳编花盆,其制作方法包括以下步骤:(1)采收柳条,平铺晾晒直到叶片含水量低于3%时,去除叶片;(2)将去叶后的柳条洗净,随后用碾压辊进行碾压,碾压后剥去柳皮,用清水洗净;(3)将步骤(2)处理后的柳条平铺晾晒,直到柳条含水率低于15%,再用特制芳香剂浸泡4小时,随后用清水洗净;(4)将洗净后的柳条取出,用40‑50摄氏度的热风烘干,直至含水量在15%至20%之间,然后再放入特制芳香剂浸泡2小时,随后用清水洗净;(5)晾干柳条表面水分,放入‑5摄氏度的冰柜储存5小时,取出后自然恢复至常温;(6)在柳条表面涂上专用涂料并晾干;(7)使用上述处理后的柳条编织成镂空的花盆即得到成品。

技术领域
本发明涉及农产品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种多肉植物专用柳编花盆。
背景技术
近些年来,多肉植物越来越受人们的欢迎,多肉植物与传统盆栽花卉的种植方法、生活习性有很大区别,多肉植物需要其根部土壤排水良好,疏松透气,否则很容易发生烂根、黑腐、化水等情况,特别是在闷热夏季,更容易发生此类情况。
考虑到上述习性,镂空结构的柳编花盆就是很好的选择。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多肉植物专用柳编花盆,它相比较传统花盆更加适合多肉植物的生长。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种多肉植物专用柳编花盆,其制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)采收粗细均匀、无病虫害的柳条,平铺晾晒直到叶片干枯,叶片含水量低于3%时,去除干枯叶片;
(2)将去叶后的柳条用清水洗去杂质,随后用碾压辊进行碾压,碾压后剥去柳皮,用清水冲洗干净;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的柳条平铺晾晒,直到柳条含水率低于15%,再用特制芳香剂浸泡4小时,随后用清水洗净;
(4)将洗净后的柳条取出,用40-50摄氏度的热风烘干,直至含水量在15%至20%之间,然后再放入特制芳香剂浸泡2小时,随后用清水洗净;
(5)晾干柳条表面水分,放入-5摄氏度的冰柜储存5小时,随后取出自然恢复至常温;
(6)在柳条表面涂上专用涂料并晾干;
(7)使用上述步骤处理后的柳条编织成镂空的花盆即得到成品。
进一步地,所述特制芳香剂的制作方法如下:取酒精70份,鲜花100份,橙皮10份,柠檬汁20份,苹果15份,葡萄柚20份,绿茶12份,檀香10份,薄荷10份,尤加利15份,芦荟10份,烟丝5份,用粉碎机充分打碎混合,静置1小时,然后用滤纸过滤后得到特制芳香剂。
进一步地,所述鲜花是紫微花,天竺花,夜来香,玫瑰花,薰衣草,茉莉花,桂花,栀子花,牡丹花,丁香,小苍兰,铃兰,水仙花,郁金香中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述专用涂料由以下重量份的成分组成:30份水性丙烯酸树脂,35份水,16份水溶性醇酸漆,2份聚硅氧烷,5份硬脂酸钠,5份三硬脂酸甘油酯,15份丙烯酸乳液,3份木质素磺酸钠,6份聚羧酸钠,4份季戊四醇,1份五氯酚钠,1份五氯苯酚,1份水杨酰苯胺。
进一步地,用特制芳香剂浸泡时,需放在密闭容器中加热到40摄氏度进行浸泡。
现有技术中,采收柳条后会直接去除叶片,此时叶片含水量高,叶片与枝条连接紧密,如果强行拔除,会导致柳条木质层受损,进而影响柳条的质量,在后期编织过程中容易造成受损处折断,故本发明在步骤(1)中,选择在叶片干枯后再去除叶片,一来可以十分轻松地撸掉枯叶,二来保证了柳条不会受损,为后期编织提供保障。
本发明通过碾压轮对柳条进行碾压,一方面方便了下一步的去皮工作,另一方面,使后期的特制芳香剂可以更好地渗入柳条内部。
本发明的优点:
1)镂空结构,易于排水且十分透气,很适合多肉植物的生长,减少发生烂根、黑腐、化水等情况;
2)通过碾压,去皮,晾晒,浸泡,烘干,再浸泡,冷却等步骤,使柳条可以散发香味,弥补了多肉植物身为观叶植物不具备香气的缺陷,且特制芳香剂还具有杀菌驱虫的作用,使花盆的使用寿命大大增长,使多肉植物免遭虫害,其中步骤(5)中的冷却步骤使芳香气味内收,缓慢释放,配合专用涂料,达到香气缓释的目的,专用涂料还进一步地优化了防腐性能。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种多肉植物专用柳编花盆,其制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)采收粗细均匀、无病虫害的柳条,平铺晾晒直到叶片干枯,叶片含水量低于3%时,去除干枯叶片;
(2)将去叶后的柳条用清水洗去杂质,随后用碾压辊进行碾压,碾压后剥去柳皮,用清水冲洗干净;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的柳条平铺晾晒,直到柳条含水率低于15%,再用特制芳香剂浸泡4小时,随后用清水洗净;
(4)将洗净后的柳条取出,用40摄氏度的热风烘干,直至含水量在15%至20%之间,然后再放入特制芳香剂浸泡2小时,随后用清水洗净;

(5)晾干柳条表面水分,放入-5摄氏度的冰柜储存5小时,随后取出自然恢复至常温;
