本申请是申请日为2013年07月29、申请号为201380040276.6、名称为“包裹处理方法”的中国专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明大体涉及一种动力驱动的传送机并且更具体地涉及一种准备包裹用于分拣的方法。
背景技术
在典型的包裹分拣***中,包裹(信封和包)的总体流分配至多个单独的传送机。每台传送机上的人类操作员布置相邻传动机上的包裹使得这些包裹面朝上并且成一行纵列。面朝上的单独纵列的包裹引导至主传送机上,在主传送机上这些包裹被扫描由此使得它们在下游被正确地分拣。这样的程序属于劳动密集型并且由操作员进行。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,一种用于处理包裹的方法包括:(a)将包裹的质量流分成包裹的两个或两个以上的单独流;(b)将包裹的每个所述单独流中的所述包裹单独化;(c)将包裹的每个单独流以稳定速率输送至对应的单独的剔除和朝向台;(d)在每个所述剔除和朝向台上从包裹的所述单独流手工剔除不能被接受的包裹;(e)在每个剔除台上手工摆放能够被接收的包裹的朝向以使得所述包裹上的识别标记能够在下游被读取。
根据本发明的另一方面,一种处理包裹的方法包括:(a)将单独化包裹的两个或两个以上的流以平行的道供应至分拣机上;(b)在选择的多个卸除点上使得包裹从最为靠近所述分拣机的侧部的道上的位置卸除离开所述分拣机的所述侧部;(c)将邻近的包裹从相邻的道转移以占据由从所述分拣机的所述侧部卸除离开的包裹腾出的所述位置,用于继而从最为靠近所述分拣机的所述侧部的所述道卸除。

具体实施方式
体现本发明特点的传送机***在图1中示出。在传送机***10中,包裹12的货板载荷被卸载机14清走并且放置在散装传送机16上,所述散装传送机可为当包裹的上游供应超过需求时允许包裹以低背线压力(back line pressure)堆积的斜坡道或传送带、例如成直线滚子带。包裹的总体流在下游在计量传送机18、如以预设速度操作的摩擦顶部带上被计量。包裹的被计量的总体流供应在分离机20上,所述分离机将来自计量传送机的包裹单独化为两个流。
分离机可采用两道式的向中成角度滚子带或以类似图案22布置的滚子传送机跟随有将带的每个半部上的包裹抵靠着侧轨道26对齐的成角度滚子对齐带或以类似图案24布置的滚子传送机而实现。两道式向中带22上的滚子被致动以在箭头28的方向上旋转从而将包裹的质量流分为两个位于每道的中间的单纵列流。两个单纵列的包裹然后被对齐带抵靠着相反的侧轨道26对齐,其中,所述对齐带的滚子被致动以朝向传送机的外侧如箭头30所示那样转移包裹。对齐带能够比向中带以更高的速度运转从而增加每个流中的相邻包裹之间的分离度。
包裹的两个流供应至可为斜坡道或成直线滚子传送带的缓冲传送机32,以允许两个道上的包裹在需要的情况下堆积。缓冲传送机32将两道包裹供应至第二计量传送机34,所述第二计量传送机34设定为以预设速度运转从而以固定、稳定速率将两个流以一人一个流地释放向一对人类操作员38,所述一对人类操作员38在单独的剔除和朝向台上操纵朝向传送机36。
每个人类操作员剔除和摆放他的指派的流中的包裹。垃圾和不被下游处理设备接受的包裹(例如过大或过重)、没有贴标的包裹、或具有其它问题的包裹***作员从流中剔除。操作员还将具有识别标记如印刷标签的包裹摆放成定向为使得它们可在下游被视频扫描仪读取。操作员还将任何没有完全被分离机单独化的并排或搭接的包裹分开。
两个被剔除、摆放朝向和单独化的包裹由朝向传送机36供应至在扫描传送机40上,所述扫描传送机40在这个实施例中示出为马蹄铁带用于紧凑的结构。但是扫描传送机段还可为直线形。扫描传送机能够以较高的速度运行以增加每个流中相邻包裹的间隙。包括定位在扫描传送机上方的至少一个摄像机的扫描台42监测两个流并且读取每个包裹上的标签。扫描传送机将读取后的两个流的包裹供应至引导分拣机44,引导分拣机44将两道包裹沿着引导分拣机一侧分拣至多个卸除点、如引导传送机46。

相对于引导分拣机44的主传送方向上的包裹的道倾斜成角度的引导传送机46将包裹通过盘式传送机54传送至下游处理。
图2的框图提供了过程的纵览。包裹的总体流分成两个单独的包裹流。每个流被缓冲和计量用于以预设速率传输向人类操作员。每个操作员从流中剔除不被接受的物件、摆放包裹朝向使得它们可被正确的扫描、并且单独化任何剩下没有单独化的包裹。包裹的两个流并排行进穿过它们的标签被读取的扫描台。被扫描的包裹以两个流输送至引导分拣机,引导分拣机将包裹从两个流分拣离开分拣机。
尽管本发明就一些优选的实施例予以详细描述,但是其它的实施例是可能的。例如,包裹的整体流可被分为三个或更多的流,而非正好两个。作为另一个示例,交叉带分拣机可具有两个以上的道和对应的致动机构以处理更多的包裹流。进一步地,引导分拣机可分拣至两侧的卸除点。引导传送机可如图所示那样相对于引导分拣机倾斜或垂直。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于处理包裹的方法,所述方法包括:
将包裹的质量流分成包裹的两个或更多个单独流;
将包裹的所述单独流中的每一个中的所述包裹单独化;
在所述单独流中的每一个中堆积单独化的包裹;
将包裹的每个单独流中的堆积的单独化的包裹以固定的稳定速率释放至对应的单独的剔除和朝向台;
将包裹的每个单独流输送通过所述对应的剔除和朝向台;
在包裹的所述单独流输送通过时,在每个所述剔除和朝向台处,从包裹的所述单独流中手工地剔除不能被接受的包裹;
在包裹的所述单独流输送通过时,在每个剔除和朝向台处,手工地摆放能够被接受的包裹的朝向,使得能够在下游读取所述包裹上的识别标记。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括在每个剔除和朝向台上手工地单独化被搭接或并排的能够被接受的包裹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,每个剔除和朝向台都由单个人类操作员进行操纵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括将能够被接受的包裹的所述单独流输送至扫描台并且在所述扫描台处,读取所述包裹中的每一个上的识别标记。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括将能够被接受的包裹的所述单独流输送至分拣机。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括将所述包裹在沿着所述分拣机的长度的多个卸除点处从所述分拣机的一侧或两侧分拣离开。
7.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
将离开所述扫描台的包裹的所述单独流在平行的道中供应到分拣机上;
在多个卸除点中的选择的一个处,将包裹从最为靠近所述分拣机的侧部的道中的位置卸除离开所述分拣机的所述侧部;
将邻近的包裹从相邻的道转移以占据由从所述分拣机的所述侧部卸除的包裹腾出的所述位置,继而将其从最为靠近所述分拣机的所述侧部的所述道卸除。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述方法包括在多个卸除点处,将包裹从最为靠近所述分拣机的两侧的道卸除离开所述分拣机的所述两侧。
9.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述方法包括将从所述分拣机卸除的包裹以相对于所述分拣机上的所述包裹的所述道倾斜的角度进行输送。
