胡子鲶肉细嫩味美,富营养,还有一定的药用价值,具有 补血、滋肾、调中、兴阴之功效,故被视为滋补食品,为常见的食用鱼,也是出口港、澳的重要品种;胡子鲶是一种以动物性饵料为主的杂食性鱼类,其食量大,日食量为自身体重的5~8%,最大可达15%以上,如投喂过量,不但会产生摄食过多而胀死现象,而且会影响其鱼肉蛋白和脂肪的含量,降低其营养价值;因此,发明一种能有效解决上述问题、提高胡子鲶营养价值的投喂方法对胡子鲶的养殖具有重大意义。

针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种提高胡子鲶营养价值的投喂方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种提高胡子鲶营养价值的投喂方法,具体方法如下:
(1)对胡子鲶进行饵料的投喂
每天投喂重量为胡子鲶重量6.1%~6.2%的饵料,4:00投喂日总投喂量65%的饵料、19:00投喂日总投喂量35%的饵料;
所述的饵料,由以下重量份的原料制成:扇贝粉4.5~4.7份、密蒙花2.2~2.3份、蔓荆子1.5~1.6份、紫草1.8~1.9份、绿萼梅3.4~3.5份、阿胶2.6~2.7份、牛血54~56份、鸭肠34~35份、橄榄油6.7~6.9份、紫甘蓝38~39份、鸭蛋壳7.2~7.4份、玉米胚芽粕82~84份、黑米58~60份;
(2)对胡子鲶进行营养料的投喂
每隔三天投喂一次重量为胡子鲶重量0.8%~0.9%的营养料,每次投喂时间为23:30;
所述的营养料,由以下重量份的原料制成:香椿苗28~29份、菠萝肉22~23份、紫薯38~39份、土豆32~33份、绞股蓝提取物0.11~0.12份、麦冬提取物0.22~0.23份、花生衣提取物0.17~0.18份、马尾藻粉2.6~2.8份。

B2.将土豆洗净削皮切丁,投入到其重量1.8倍量、温度为59℃的水中保温浸泡34min,加入洗净切丁的紫薯,大火煮沸,文火熬煮15min,倒入转速为1600r/min的打浆机中打浆10min,取出,得紫薯土豆浆;
C2.将香椿菠萝浆、紫薯土豆浆、绞股蓝提取物、麦冬提取物、花生衣提取物和马尾藻粉混合,用转速为220r/min的搅拌器搅拌14min,调整含水量为8.9%,造粒,得营养料。

本发明实施例中,一种提高胡子鲶营养价值的投喂方法,具体方法如下:
(1)对胡子鲶进行饵料的投喂
每天投喂重量为胡子鲶重量6.15%的饵料,4:00投喂日总投喂量65%的饵料、19:00投喂日总投喂量35%的饵料;
所述的饵料,由以下重量份的原料制成:扇贝粉4.6份、密蒙花2.25份、蔓荆子1.55份、紫草1.85份、绿萼梅3.45份、阿胶2.65份、牛血55份、鸭肠34.5份、橄榄油6.8份、紫甘蓝38.5份、鸭蛋壳7.3份、玉米胚芽粕83份、黑米59份;
(2)对胡子鲶进行营养料的投喂
每隔三天投喂一次重量为胡子鲶重量0.85%的营养料,每次投喂时间为23:30;
所述的营养料,由以下重量份的原料制成:香椿苗28.5份、菠萝肉22.5份、紫薯38.5份、土豆32.5份、绞股蓝提取物0.115份、麦冬提取物0.225份、花生衣提取物0.175份、马尾藻粉2.7份。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的饵料的制备方法与实施例1相同。

实施例3
本发明实施例中,一种提高胡子鲶营养价值的投喂方法,具体方法如下:
(1)对胡子鲶进行饵料的投喂
每天投喂重量为胡子鲶重量6.2%的饵料,4:00投喂日总投喂量65%的饵料、19:00投喂日总投喂量35%的饵料;
所述的饵料,由以下重量份的原料制成:扇贝粉4.7份、密蒙花2.3份、蔓荆子1.6份、紫草1.9份、绿萼梅3.5份、阿胶2.7份、牛血56份、鸭肠35份、橄榄油6.9份、紫甘蓝39份、鸭蛋壳7.4份、玉米胚芽粕84份、黑米60份;
(2)对胡子鲶进行营养料的投喂
每隔三天投喂一次重量为胡子鲶重量0.9%的营养料,每次投喂时间为23:30;
所述的营养料,由以下重量份的原料制成:香椿苗29份、菠萝肉23份、紫薯39份、土豆33份、绞股蓝提取物0.12份、麦冬提取物0.23份、花生衣提取物0.18份、马尾藻粉2.8份。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的饵料的制备方法与实施例1相同。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的营养料的制备方法与实施例1相同。
选择体重为35克左右的健康胡子鲶8000条,随机分为4组,每组2000条,使用实施例的投喂方法和对比例胡子鲶的普通投喂方法进行投喂,其他条件均相同,投喂5个月,进行捕捞,统计其死亡率和平均日增重:

从表1可以得出,实施例的投喂方法能够有效降低胡子鲶的死亡率,提高其平均日增重,相对对比例增重27.57%~27.73%,为养殖户带来更大的利润。
对胡子鲶的含肉率、粗蛋白以及粗脂肪进行测定,材料均取腹部靠近胸部的胸肌组织,测定方法:含肉率:取出鱼内脏,用解剖刀从鱼体头部脊骨剖下完整的肌肉称重,计算含肉率;粗蛋白:用凯氏定氮法测定;粗脂肪:用索氏提取法测定;测定结果如下表:

从表2可以得出,实施例的投喂方法能够有效提高胡子鲶的含肉率、粗蛋白以及粗脂肪含量,有效提高鱼肉的营养价值。
Claims (3)
1.一种提高胡子鲶营养价值的投喂方法,其特征在于,具体方法如下:
(1)对胡子鲶进行饵料的投喂
每天投喂重量为胡子鲶重量6.1%~6.2%的饵料,4:00投喂日总投喂量65%的饵料、19:00投喂日总投喂量35%的饵料;
所述的饵料,由以下重量份的原料制成:扇贝粉4.5~4.7份、密蒙花2.2~2.3份、蔓荆子1.5~1.6份、紫草1.8~1.9份、绿萼梅3.4~3.5份、阿胶2.6~2.7份、牛血54~56份、鸭肠34~35份、橄榄油6.7~6.9份、紫甘蓝38~39份、鸭蛋壳7.2~7.4份、玉米胚芽粕82~84份、黑米58~60份;
(2)对胡子鲶进行营养料的投喂
每隔三天投喂一次重量为胡子鲶重量0.8%~0.9%的营养料,每次投喂时间为23:30;
所述的营养料,由以下重量份的原料制成:香椿苗28~29份、菠萝肉22~23份、紫薯38~39份、土豆32~33份、绞股蓝提取物0.11~0.12份、麦冬提取物0.22~0.23份、花生衣提取物0.17~0.18份、马尾藻粉2.6~2.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高胡子鲶营养价值的投喂方法,其特征在于,所述的饵料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
A1.将密蒙花、蔓荆子、紫草、绿萼梅和阿胶投入转速为3600~3800r/min的粉碎机中粉碎16~18min,取出,投入温度为77~78℃的炒锅内恒温炒制690~700s,取出,投入重量为密蒙花重量12~13倍量、温度为66~67℃的水中保温浸泡24~26min,大火煮沸,文火熬煮43~45min,得中药浆;
B1.将玉米胚芽粕和牛血一起投入转速为2600~2800r/min的粉碎机中粉碎22~24min,取出,与中药浆混合搅拌均匀,置入温度为81~82℃的烘烤箱内恒温烘烤550~560s,以4.6~4.7℃/min的升温速率升温至98~99℃,保温烘烤210~220s,取出,得烘烤牛血胚芽粕;
C1.将鸭蛋壳投入转速为2600~2800r/min的粉碎机中粉碎13~15min,取出,投入温度为69~70℃的炒锅内恒温炒制22~23min,取出,得炒鸭蛋壳粉;将黑米、鸭肠和紫甘蓝洗净,投入转速为4500~4700r/min的粉碎机中粉碎33~35min,取出,投入重量为黑米重量1.5~1.6倍量的水中,大火煮沸,加入炒鸭蛋壳粉,继续文火熬煮36~38min并不断搅拌,得混合浆;
D1.将烘烤牛血胚芽粕、混合浆、扇贝粉和橄榄油混合搅拌均匀,置入温度为-11~-10℃的冷冻箱内冷冻16~17h,取出,置入温度为39~40℃的发酵箱内发酵56~58h,取出,调整含水量为8.9%~9.1%,造粒,得饵料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提高胡子鲶营养价值的投喂方法,其特征在于,所述的营养料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
A2.将香椿苗和菠萝肉投入转速为1600~1800r/min的打浆机中打浆14~16min,取出,置入温度为86~87℃的烘烤箱内恒温烘烤330~340s,以3.8~3.9℃/min的降温速率降温至71~72℃,恒温烘烤760~770s,取出,得香椿菠萝浆;
B2.将土豆洗净削皮切丁,投入到其重量1.8~1.9倍量、温度为59~60℃的水中保温浸泡34~36min,加入洗净切丁的紫薯,大火煮沸,文火熬煮15~17min,倒入转速为1600~1800r/min的打浆机中打浆10~11min,取出,得紫薯土豆浆;
C2.将香椿菠萝浆、紫薯土豆浆、绞股蓝提取物、麦冬提取物、花生衣提取物和马尾藻粉混合,用转速为220~240r/min的搅拌器搅拌14~15min,调整含水量为8.9%~9.1%,造粒,得营养料。
