Abstract
本发明公开了一种适于糖尿病人群的功能食品,其特征在于由下述重量份原料加工而成:苦荞面20‑30份、燕麦面20‑25份、土豆粉10‑20份、绿豆面20‑25份、黑豆面20‑25份、麸面10‑15份、伏牛山石斛3‑5份、葛根粉3‑5份。本发明组方是通过以上药食两用食材按科学的比例组配而成,从而达到为糖友患者提供一种保健有效的功能食品。与现有技术相比,具有科学搭配,功能齐全,无副作用的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种适于糖尿病人群的功能食品,属于保健品技术领域。本发明可以制备成保健食品,主要适用于糖尿病患者人群。
背景技术
糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或两者兼有引起。糖尿病时长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍。糖尿病患者在我国现阶段发病率极高,据统计全国糖尿病患者已突破1亿人,我国已成为世界糖尿病最多的国家。
糖尿病的病因与胰岛素的关系比较密切,胰岛素是调节大多数组织细胞 ( 主要是肌细胞和脂肪细胞,不包括中枢神经***的神经元细胞 ) 吸收葡萄糖的主要激素,所以胰岛素缺乏和细胞受体对胰岛素不敏感在所有类型的糖尿病中都扮演着重要的角色。大多数食物中的碳水化合物在几个小时之内就会被转化成葡萄糖单糖——一种在血液中主要的碳水化合物。也有一些碳水化合物不能转化,例如果糖 (fructose),虽然其也能作为细胞能量来源,但是并不会转换为葡萄糖,也不参与胰岛素 - 葡萄糖调节机制。另外,纤维素也不能被转换成葡萄糖,虽然其是由许多葡萄糖分子组成的长链,这是因为人类和许多动物的消化道没有能力消化它。当血液中葡萄糖的浓度升高时,比如饭后,β细胞就释放胰岛素到血液中。胰岛素使得大多数的细胞 ( 通常的估计是全身 2/3 的细胞,包括肌细胞和脂肪组织 ) 从血液中吸收葡萄糖作为他们的能量,或者转化成其它人体所需要的分子,或者储存起来。胰岛素也是葡萄糖和储存于肝脏和肌肉细胞中的肝糖之间相互转换的主要控制信号,血糖浓度降低既会导致胰岛β细胞减少释放胰岛素,也会降低葡萄糖向肝糖的转化。高胰岛素水平可以加速多种生化合成的过程,比如细胞的生长和***、蛋白质合成和脂肪形成等。糖尿病总的治疗原则是通过改变生活方式,包括饮食控制、体育锻炼、减轻体重,不吸烟及避免二手烟对预防及控制糖尿病也有一定的效果,并配合一定的药物治疗,以达到控制血糖、预防并发症的目的。常用的治疗方法有:1、磺脲类——格列齐特等,作用机制:刺激胰岛素β细胞释放和分泌胰岛素,是血糖水平迅速降低。不良反应:β细胞功能衰竭;低血糖等。2、双胍类——盐酸二甲双胍等作用机制:延缓葡糖糖在肠道的吸收。不良反应:恶心、呕吐等胃肠道反应;乳酸性酸中毒等。3、α- 葡萄糖干酶抑制剂——阿卡波糖等,作用机制:延缓消化道对糖的吸收。不良反应:胃肠道不适,恶心,腹泻等。4、中医治疗——恒 CN104258145 A 说明书 4 2/6 页 5 济悦泰胶囊等,作用机制:调节胰岛分泌功能,保肝护肾,调节脏腑代谢机能等,中医治疗糖尿病具有副作用小,效果显著。
目前糖尿病人吃不敢吃,喝不敢喝,食品选择造成了极大的思想压力。提供一种适应不同体质、不同病患程度糖尿病患者食用的糖友保健食品,在社会上有着广泛的需求。申请公布号 CN 104258145 A 申请公布日 2015.01.07公开了一种制备治疗糖尿病的保健食品,由淡竹叶、赤小豆、红景天、西洋参、桃仁五味中药组成,该中药组合物可以制备成保健食品或药品,实验研究表明,本发明保健食品能够有效治疗糖尿病。该保健食品本质上还是由中医成份构成,非真正意义上的食品。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种适于糖尿病人群的功能食品,升糖指数低,可平和糖尿病患者心态,提升糖友生活质量。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案:该糖友功能食品,其特征在于由下述重量份原料加工而成:苦荞面20-30份、燕麦面20-25份、土豆粉10-20份、绿豆面20-25份、黑豆面20-25份、麸面10-15份、伏牛山石斛3-5份、葛根粉3-5份。
优选的,该糖友功能食品,由下述重量份原料加工而成:苦荞面25份、燕麦面22份、土豆粉15份、绿豆面20份、黑豆面25份、麦麸面15份、石斛4份、葛根粉4份。
将上述重量份的原料制成面条或饼干功能食品。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果:该适于糖尿病人群的功能食品采用食用及药食两用食品原料制成,其中,若荞面,味苦,在所有谷类中,被称为最具营养的食物,富含氨基酸、维生素和大量黄酮类化合物,能增强胰岛素的活性,加速糖代谢,促进脂肪和蛋白质的合成。燕麦面是由燕麦磨制而成,具有补虚、收敛止血,固表止汗的功效,是一种低糖、高营养高能食品。土豆粉是土豆加工而成,富含蛋白质、赖氨酸和氨酸,富含丰富的膳食纤维,所含的热量比较低,吃再多也不必担心摄入脂肪过多,还能增强饱腹感,减少食物摄入量,被营养学者誉为“十全十美的食物”。绿豆面是由绿豆加工而成,富含蛋白质、多糖和磷脂,是一种具有清热解毒功效的营养食品。黑豆面是由黑豆加工而成,富含丰富的维生素和花青素,是很好的的抗氧剂来源,能清除体内自由基,可提供食物中大量的精纤维,促进消化,增加肠胃蠕动,是一种非常好的保健食品。麸面是由小麦加式而成,富含淀粉、蛋白质、面筋、膳食纤维、B族维生素,在体内发挥着许多功能,而且还是食物正常代谢中不可缺少的营养成分。是人体必需的营养元素,可提高食物中的纤维成分,可改善大便秘结情况,同时可促使脂肪及氮的***,对临床常见纤维缺乏性疾病的防治作用意义重大,可以使血清胆固醇下降,动脉粥样硬化的形成减慢。有改善大便秘结、预防结肠癌、直肠癌及乳腺癌、使血清胆固醇下降,动脉粥样硬化的形成减慢的功效。石斛主要药用有效成分为石斛多糖,含石斛碱、石斛胺、石斛次碱、石斛星碱、石斛因碱、6-羟石斛星碱,尚含粘液质、淀粉。滋阴补虚,有显著的免疫增强活性和抗癌活性,被誉为“九大仙草”之首。《神农本草经》记载,铁皮石斛“主伤中、除痹、下气、补五脏虚劳羸瘦、强阴、久服厚肠胃”。李时珍在《本草纲目》中评价铁皮石斛“强阴益精,久服,厚肠胃,补内绝不足,平胃气,长肌肉,逐皮肤邪热痱气,脚膝疼冷痹弱,定智除惊,轻身延年。益气除热,健阳,逐皮肤风痹,骨中久冷,补肾益力。葛根粉,甘、辛,凉。有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功。常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。《本草经疏》:“葛根,解散阳明温病热邪主要药也,故主消渴,身大热,热壅胸膈作呕吐。发散而升,风药之性也,故主诸痹。”“伤寒头痛兼项强腰脊痛,及遍身骨疼者,足太阳也,邪犹未入阳明,故无渴证,不宜服。”
本发明组方是通过以上药食两用食材按科学的比例组配而成,从而达到为糖友患者提供一种保健有效的功能食品。与现有技术相比,具有科学搭配,功能齐全,无副作用的特点。
试验例
为阐明本发明保健食品具有治疗糖尿病的效果,用按实施例 1 方法所制得的功能食品进行了下列试验。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料选取 120 例糖尿病患者,将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 70例,男 38 例,女 32 例,平均年龄为 (48.8±5.1) 岁,肥胖型患者 38 例;对照组 70 例,男 37 例,女 33 例,平均年龄为 (49.3±6.8) 岁,肥胖型患者 36 例,经统计,两组在上述基本资料方面无显著性差异 (P>0.05),具有可比性。
1.2 治疗方法对照组使用盐酸二甲双胍片 (250m g/ 片,250mg/ 次,每日 3 次。治疗组在对照组基础上加用本发明制成饼干,2块,每块50克,3 次 / 日,疗程均为 3 个月。
1.3 观察指标:
(1) 治疗前后分别检查 FPG( 空腹血糖 )、P2hPG( 餐后 2 小时血糖 ) ;
(2) 相关临床症状 ( 包括口渴多饮、多食易饥、五心烦热、倦怠乏力 ) 积分比较。
1.4 疗效判定标准:
参照*** 1993 年《中药新药临床研究指导原则》进行疗效判断。显效:治疗后症状基本消失,空腹血糖 <7.2mmol/L,餐后2h 血糖<8.3mmol/L ;有效:空腹血糖<8.0mmol/L,餐后2h 血糖<10.0mmol/L ;无效:治疗后症状无改善,且空腹血糖及餐后血糖未达到上述标准者。症状疗效评定按四级评分法分级:0( 无症状)、1( 须经提醒时方能感觉症状存在)、2( 有时有症状)、3( 症状明显),并进行症状计分和积分。
1.5 统计学处理采用SPSS13.0 统计软件进行数据处理,计量资料以均数±标准差() 表示,采用t 检验,计数资料采用x2 检验。
2 结果
2.1 临床疗效比较经统计,治疗组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结果见表1。

2.3 治疗前后临床症状变化经统计,治疗组与对照组相比,各临床症状明显改善
(P < 0.05),说明本发明药物可明显改善患者的临床症状。结果见表3。

3 结论
本临床试验是在西医常规治疗的基础上,配合本发明功能食品治疗,在提高临床疗效、降低血糖及改善患者临床症状等方面均优于单纯西医治疗,充分证实本发明功能对糖尿病具有显著的临床疗效。

下述实施例用于举例说明本发明糖友功能食品的制备,但其不能对本发明的范围构成任何限制。
实施例1
一种适于糖尿病人群的功能食品,由下述重量份原料加工而成:苦荞面20份、燕麦面20份、土豆粉10份、绿豆面20份、黑豆面20份、麸面10份、石斛3份、葛根粉3份。将上述重量份的原料制成面条或饼干功能食品。
实施例2
一种适于糖尿病人群的功能食品,苦荞面25份、燕麦面22份、土豆粉15份、绿豆面20份、黑豆面25份、麦麸面15份、石斛4份、葛根粉4份。
将上述重量份的原料制成面条或饼干功能食品。
实施例3
一种适于糖尿病人群的功能食品,由下述重量份原料加工而成:苦荞面30份、燕麦面25份、土豆粉20份、绿豆面25份、黑豆面25份、麸面15份、石斛5份、葛根粉5份。

1.一种用于治疗糖尿病的糖友功能食品,其特征在于由下述重量份原料加工而成:苦荞面20-30份、燕麦面20-25份、土豆粉10-20份、绿豆面20-25份、黑豆面20-25份、麸面10-15份、伏牛山石斛3-5份、葛根粉3-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于治疗糖尿病的糖友功能食品,其特征在于由下述重量份原料加工而成:苦荞面25份、燕麦面22份、土豆粉15份、绿豆面20份、黑豆面25份、麦麸面15份、石斛4份、葛根粉4份。
