Abstract

本发明涉及一种仿TPU的PVC人造革,其特征在于,该PVC人造革采用PVC浆料采用压延法制备而成,所述PVC浆料包括以下重量份的组分:PVC树脂粉100份,大分子量二元醇CM‑446.5~20份,单端基二甲基硅氧烷二醇1.5~4.5份,小分子量二元醇扩链剂0.15~0.4份,二异氰酸脂1.3~4份,气相二氧化硅0.15~0.4份,LDPE0.13~0.4份,丙烯酸接枝马来酸轩0.02~0.07份,介酸酰胺0.01~0.04份,AC发泡剂2~4份,碳酸氢钠0.04~0.15份,硬脂酸钙0.05~0.15份,加氢硅油0.05~0.15份,纳米复合材料5~15份,环氧大豆油10~40份,色饼2~20份,稳定剂3~7份,重质碳酸钙20~40份。本发明提供的仿TPU的PVC人造革中还采用钠米复合材料为耐磨剂,不仅克服了单一钠米材料难以实现较高耐磨的缺陷,更与TPU以及其他组分协同作用,极大地提高了PVC人造革的耐磨性能。

技术领域
本发明属于人造革制造领域,具体涉及一种仿TPU的人造革。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高和塑料工业的日益发展,PVC人造地板逐步替代了实木地 板走进了千家万户,目前国内PVC人造革地板生产过程中,通常采用PVC树脂粉、增塑剂、 重钙、稳定剂、发泡剂、等主要原料组成。PVC塑料塑胶地板卷材使用范围有厂房、医院、 办工室等。它是用PVC加增塑剂和其他的助剂压延复合在布上制成。但是这种普通人造革地 板耐污性差、耐磨性差、怕烟头烧伤、耐冲击性能较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种仿TPU的人造革,旨在提高人造革的耐磨性、耐冲击性。
一种仿TPU的PVC人造革,该PVC人造革采用PVC浆料采用压延法制备而成,所述PVC浆料包括以下重量份的组分:
优选地,所述大分子量二元醇CM-44为聚酯型二醇,聚醚型二醇,聚己内酯型二醇,聚 碳酸酯型二醇,聚丁二烯型二醇,优选聚酯型、聚醚型、聚己内酯型二醇;大分子量二醇CM-44 的分子量为650~4000;所述单端基二甲基硅氧烷二醇的分子量为900~5000;所述AC发泡 剂的发泡温度为120~210℃。
优选地,所述大分子量二醇CM-44的分子量为1000~3000;所述单端基二甲基硅氧烷二 醇的分子量为2000~4000;所述AC发泡剂的发泡温度为150~205℃。
优选地,所述二元醇扩链剂为小分子二元醇,所述小分子二元醇为乙二醇,丙二醇,丁 二醇,戊二醇,己二醇,CHDM,MPG。
优选地,所述二异氰酸酯为所芳香族二异氰酸酯或者脂肪族二异氰酸酯;所述芳香族二 异氰酸酯为NDI,XDI,TDI,PMDI;所述脂肪族二异氰酸酯为HDI,IPDI,HMDI,HXDI。
优选地,所述PVC树脂为型电石法聚氯乙烯。
优选地,所述纳米复合材料为纳米氧化铝与纳米二氧化硅复合材料。
优选地,所述纳米氧化铝与纳米二氧化硅复合材料中,氧化铝与二氧化硅的质量比为2∶ 1~1∶2。
优选地,所述纳米复合材料的平均粒径为10~30nm,比表面积≥50m/g。
优选地,所述稳定剂为钾锌稳定剂、钡锌稳定剂或PVC复合稳定剂,所述发泡剂为偶氮 二甲酰胺或含偶氮二甲酰胺的混合物。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的仿TPU的PVC人造革采取添 加部分TPU热塑性聚氨酯树脂,既可以作为对PVC增塑使用,消除部分聚氯乙烯存在的增塑剂迁移、挥发的问题,又可以增加制品的硬度、刚韧性能。此外,本发明提供的仿TPU的PVC人造革中还采用钠米复合材料为耐磨剂,不仅克服了单一钠米材料难以实现较高耐磨的 缺陷,更与TPU以及其他组分协同作用,极大地提高了PVC人造革的耐磨性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
仿TPU的PVC人造革采用PVC浆料采用压延法制备而成,所述PVC浆料的原料及其重量份配比为:
原料选择如下:
大分子量二元醇CM-44分子量2000,所述大分子量二元醇CM-44为聚酯型二醇,聚醚 型二醇,聚己内酯型二醇,聚碳酸酯型二醇,聚丁二烯型二醇,优选聚酯型、聚醚型、聚己内酯型二醇;大分子量二醇CM-44的分子量为650~4000;所述单端基二甲基硅氧烷二醇的分子量为900~5000;所述AC发泡剂的发泡温度为120~210℃。
3、如权利要求1所述的仿TPU的人造革,其特征在于,所述大分子量二醇CM-44的分子量为1000~3000;所述单端基二甲基硅氧烷二醇的分子量为2000~4000;所述AC发泡剂的发泡温度为150~205℃。
4、如权利要求1所述的仿TPU的人造革,其特征在于,所述二元醇扩链剂为小分子二 元醇,所述小分子二元醇为乙二醇,丙二醇,丁二醇,戊二醇,己二醇,CHDM,MPG。
5、如权利要求1所述的仿TPU的人造革,其特征在于,所述二异氰酸酯为所芳香族二 异氰酸酯或者脂肪族二异氰酸酯;所述芳香族二异氰酸酯为NDI,XDI,TDI,PMDI;所述脂肪族二异氰酸酯为HDI,IPDI,HMDI,HXDI。
按配料将计量后的上述各物料经脉冲上料机输入高速搅拌机中,温度控制在100-150℃充 分搅拌后,进入密炼机,温度控制在(160℃)密炼数分钟;另外,将基材(各种布料)开幅后, 上PU浆料(150℃),将密炼充分的物料与上PU浆料的基材结合,进入二滚开炼机(160℃)开 炼,再进入四滚压延机(温度160-190℃)压延平整后,冷却至常温卷曲,再进入发泡印花机 (160-180℃)发泡压成各种花纹,然后进行分卷检验,包装入库。
这种人造革物化性能如下:
表面耐磨转数≥6000次,经向拉伸负荷290N,纬向拉伸负荷211N,经向断裂伸长率5.4%,纬向断裂伸长率13.7%,经向撕裂负荷18.5N,纬向撕裂负荷16.3N,剥离负荷20.7N,老化性测试不开裂。(根据GB/T18102-2000中的6.3.11规定进行,用脱脂纱布将试样擦拭干净,将试样面向上,安装在磨耗试验机上,并将研磨轮安装在支架上,施加4.9N+0.2N外力条件下进行磨耗,研磨轮每磨耗500转更换一次。下同)
实施例2
仿TPU的PVC人造革采用PVC浆料采用压延法制备而成,所述PVC浆料的原料及其重量份配比为:
按配料将计量后的上述各物料经脉冲上料机输入高速搅拌机中,温度控制在100-150℃充 分搅拌后,进入密炼机,温度控制在(160℃)密炼数分钟;另外,将基材(各种布料)开幅后, 上PU浆料(150℃),将密炼充分的物料与上PU浆料的基材结合,进入二滚开炼机(160℃)开 炼,再进入四滚压延机(温度160-190℃)压延平整后,冷却至常温卷曲,再进入发泡印花机 (160-180℃)发泡压成各种花纹,然后进行分卷检验,包装入库。
这种人造革物化性能如下:
表面耐磨转数≥6000次。经向拉伸负荷291N,纬向拉伸负荷210N,经向断裂伸长率7%, 纬向断裂伸长率14.2%,经向撕裂负荷18.6N,纬向撕裂负荷19.2N,剥离负荷23N,老化性 测试不开裂。

1.一种仿TPU的PVC人造革,其特征在于,该PVC人造革采用PVC浆料采用压延法制备而成,所述PVC浆料包括以下重量份的组分:

3.如权利要求1所述的仿TPU的人造革,其特征在于,所述大分子量二醇CM-44的分子量为1000~3000;所述单端基二甲基硅氧烷二醇的分子量为2000~4000;所述AC发泡剂的发泡温度为150~205℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的仿TPU的人造革,其特征在于,所述二元醇扩链剂为小分子二元醇,所述小分子二元醇为乙二醇,丙二醇,丁二醇,戊二醇,己二醇,CHDM,MPG。
5.如权利要求1所述的仿TPU的人造革,其特征在于,所述二异氰酸酯为所芳香族二异氰酸酯或者脂肪族二异氰酸酯;所述芳香族二异氰酸酯为NDI,XDI,TDI,PMDI;所述脂肪族二异氰酸酯为HDI,IPDI,HMDI,HXDI。
6.如权利要求1所述的仿TPU的人造革,其特征在于,所述PVC树脂为型电石法聚氯乙烯。
7.如权利要求1所述的仿TPU的人造革,其特征在于,所述纳米复合材料为纳米氧化铝与纳米二氧化硅复合材料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的仿TPU的人造革,其特征在于:所述纳米氧化铝与纳米二氧化硅复合材料中,氧化铝与二氧化硅的质量比为2∶1~1∶2。
9.根据权利要求3所述的仿TPU的人造革,其特征在于:所述纳米复合材料的平均粒径为10~30nm,比表面积≥50m/g。
10.根据权利要求1所述的仿TPU的人造革,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为钾锌稳定剂、钡锌稳定剂或PVC复合稳定剂,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺或含偶氮二甲酰胺的混合物。
