本发明公开了一种铝合金型材表面处理工艺,步骤如下:(1)清理被加工铝合金型材表面,去除型材表面的碎屑及脏物;(2)对铝合金表面作预处理,工艺流程为:除油-水漂洗-酸洗-水漂洗-自然晾干;(3)将预处理后的铝合金型材置于表面处理剂中浸渍3~10min,烘干。除油液包括:磷酸三钠45~60g/L、碳酸钠50~70g/L、硅酸钠5~10g/L、乳化剂5~10mL/L;表面处理剂包括:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛2~6份,苯扎溴铵1~2份,聚四氟乙烯1~7份,骨炭1~2份,纳米滑石粉0.1~5份,丙烯酸树脂改性酪蛋白成膜剂1~3份等。本发明在铝合金型材表面形成均匀且具有良好防腐蚀、耐磨、耐高温效果的保护层,克服了现有技术工艺造成铝合金型材达不到工程要求的缺点。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料表面处理技术领域,具体涉及一种铝合金型材表面处理工艺。
背景技术
为解决和提高铝合金型材的防护性、装饰性和功能性,如改善光亮、便于着色或者改善工程方面需要的某些物理和化学特性,如高硬度、耐磨损、电绝缘、亲水等,还有新的特殊功能(光电性、电磁性),需要对铝合金的表面进行处理。现在常用的方法是阳极氧化法,通过电化学方法在铝合金表面形成转化膜,这种方法虽然可提高铝合金的耐腐蚀性能,但是其适应环境的能力差,转化膜层不够均匀、易脱落,耐磨性能没有得到改善,且耐高温、耐腐蚀等性能不理想,不能达到工程要求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种铝合金型材的表面处理工艺,可在铝合金型材表面形成一层均匀且具有良好的耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐高温效果的保护层,为铝合金工件的防护提供了一种有效的措施。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种铝合金型材表面处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)清理被加工铝合金型材表面;
(2)对铝合金表面作预处理,其工艺流程为:
A.除油,所述除油用的除油液中包括以下重量份原料:磷酸三钠9-12份,碳酸钠10-14份,硅酸钠1-2份及乳化剂1-2份;
B.酸洗;
C.自然晾干;
(3)将预处理后的铝合金型材置于表面处理剂中浸渍3~10min,烘干;
所述表面处理剂包括以下重量份原料:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛2~6份,苯扎溴铵1~2份,亚麻籽胶1~3份,聚四氟乙烯1~7份,二丙酮醇3~5份,氟化钙1~4份,聚环氧琥珀酸1~5份,葡萄糖酸钠1~4份,硼酸2~5份,二苯基咪唑啉1~5份,骨炭1~2份,碘化钾1~5份,纳米滑石粉0.1~5份,钠米磷酸钙2~5份,三甲氧基丁烷2~4份,丙烯酸树脂改性酪蛋白成膜剂1~3份及去离子水100~150份。
进一步的,所述除油液包括以下重量份原料:磷酸三钠11份、碳酸钠12份、硅酸钠1.5份及乳化剂1.5份。
进一步的,所述表面处理剂包括以下重量份原料:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛4份,苯扎溴铵1份,亚麻籽胶2份,聚四氟乙烯4份,二丙酮醇4份,氟化钙3份,聚环氧琥珀酸3份,葡萄糖酸钠2份,硼酸4份,二苯基咪唑啉3份,骨炭1份,碘化钾3份,纳米滑石粉3份,钠米磷酸钙4份,三甲氧基丁烷3份,丙烯酸树脂改性酪蛋白成膜剂2份及去离子水125份。
进一步的,所述表面处理剂的制备方法为:将氟化钙、苯扎溴铵、葡萄糖酸钠、聚四氟乙烯、二苯基咪唑啉、骨炭、碘化钾混合,球磨均匀后加入纳米滑石粉、钠米磷酸钙和硼酸,搅拌均匀后加入去离子水,以30~50转/分的转速搅拌分散7~15分钟;加入剩余原料搅拌均匀,以150~250转/分的转速搅拌分散1~2小时,即得所述表面处理剂。
进一步的,所述除油温度为40~60℃,除油时间为5~10min。
进一步的,所述酸洗用的处理液为5~10%的硝酸溶液。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中浸渍的温度为30~35℃。
进一步的,所述除油、酸洗流程完成后需要对铝合金型材进行水漂洗。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
采用除油、水漂洗、酸洗、水漂洗、自然晾干的预处理工艺,使铝合金型材可以在室温或低温下快速成膜,除油液采用磷酸三钠、碳酸钠、硅酸钠和乳化剂,酸洗用的处理液采用硝酸溶液,不仅提高成膜致密性与综合性能,还提高了生产效率。
通过在表面处理剂中加入乙烯醇缩丁醛、苯扎溴铵和聚四氟乙烯,可提高型材表面涂膜的耐腐蚀性、耐热性及耐冲击性,加入骨炭、纳米滑石粉和钠米磷酸钙,可提高涂膜的耐磨性,加入丙烯酸树脂改性酪蛋白成膜剂等其他原料复合使用,同时在30~35℃环境下浸渍,不仅可以有效提高涂膜的强度、抗渗漏性,还能提高涂层与铝合金型材之间的附着力,使得涂膜均匀平整,改善各原料之间的相容性,使膜层坚固,致密性好。
因此,采用本发明可在铝合金型材表面形成一层均匀且具有良好防腐蚀、耐磨、耐高温效果的保护层,为铝合金型材的防护提供了一种有效的措施,克服了现有技术工艺造成铝合金型材达不到工程要求的缺点,所采用的原材料对环境无害,安全可靠。

实施例1
一种铝合金型材表面处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)清理被加工铝合金型材表面,去除型材表面的碎屑及脏物;
(2)对铝合金表面作预处理,其工艺流程为,除油-水漂洗-酸洗-水漂洗-自然晾干;
上述除油液包括以下成分:磷酸三钠45克、碳酸钠50克、硅酸钠5克、乳化剂5克;除油温度为40℃,除油时间为10min。酸洗处理液为5%的硝酸溶液。
上述除油、酸洗流程中每一流程完成后都需要在室温下用纯净水将铝合金型材冲洗干净,以免产生过腐蚀以及污染下一槽液。
(3)将预处理后的铝合金型材置于表面处理剂中浸渍3min,浸渍的温度为35℃,浸渍完成后将铝合金型材烘干。
上述表面处理剂包括以下重量份原料:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛2克,苯扎溴铵1克,亚麻籽胶1克,聚四氟乙烯1克,二丙酮醇3克,氟化钙1克,聚环氧琥珀酸1克,葡萄糖酸钠1克,硼酸2克,二苯基咪唑啉1克,骨炭1克,碘化钾1克,纳米滑石粉0.1克,钠米磷酸钙2克,三甲氧基丁烷2克,丙烯酸树脂改性酪蛋白成膜剂1克,去离子水100克;
将氟化钙、苯扎溴铵、葡萄糖酸钠、聚四氟乙烯、二苯基咪唑啉、骨炭、碘化钾混合,球磨均匀后加入纳米滑石粉、钠米磷酸钙和硼酸,搅拌均匀后加入去离子水,以30转/分的转速搅拌分散15分钟;加入剩余原料搅拌均匀,以150转/分的转速搅拌分散2小时,即得上述表面处理剂。
实施例2
一种铝合金型材表面处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)清理被加工铝合金型材表面,去除型材表面的碎屑及脏物;
(2)对铝合金表面作预处理,其工艺流程为,除油-水漂洗-酸洗-水漂洗-自然晾干;
上述除油液包括以下成分:磷酸三钠60克、碳酸钠70克、硅酸钠10克、乳化剂10克;除油温度为60℃,除油时间为5min。酸洗处理液为10%的硝酸溶液。
上述除油、酸洗流程中每一流程完成后都需要在室温下用纯净水将铝合金型材冲洗干净,以免产生过腐蚀以及污染下一槽液。
(3)将预处理后的铝合金型材置于表面处理剂中浸渍10min,浸渍的温度为30℃,浸渍完成后将铝合金型材烘干。
上述表面处理剂包括以下重量份原料:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛6克,苯扎溴铵2克,亚麻籽胶3克,聚四氟乙烯7克,二丙酮醇5克,氟化钙4克,聚环氧琥珀酸5克,葡萄糖酸钠4克,硼酸5克,二苯基咪唑啉5克,骨炭2克,碘化钾5克,纳米滑石粉5克,钠米磷酸钙5克,三甲氧基丁烷4克,丙烯酸树脂改性酪蛋白成膜剂3克,去离子水150克;
将氟化钙、苯扎溴铵、葡萄糖酸钠、聚四氟乙烯、二苯基咪唑啉、骨炭、碘化钾混合,球磨均匀后加入纳米滑石粉、钠米磷酸钙和硼酸,搅拌均匀后加入去离子水,以50转/分的转速搅拌分散7分钟;加入剩余原料搅拌均匀,以250转/分的转速搅拌分散1小时,即得上述表面处理剂。
实施例3
一种铝合金型材表面处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)清理被加工铝合金型材表面,去除型材表面的碎屑及脏物;
(2)对铝合金表面作预处理,其工艺流程为,除油-水漂洗-酸洗-水漂洗-自然晾干;
上述除油液包括以下成分:磷酸三钠55克、碳酸钠60克、硅酸钠7克、乳化剂8克;除油温度为50℃,除油时间为8min。酸洗处理液为8%的硝酸溶液。经多次试验得出,上述除油液配方的除油效果最佳。
上述除油、酸洗流程中每一流程完成后都需要在室温下用纯净水将铝合金型材冲洗干净,以免产生过腐蚀以及污染下一槽液。
(3)将预处理后的铝合金型材置于表面处理剂中浸渍8min,浸渍的温度为32℃,浸渍完成后将铝合金型材烘干。
上述表面处理剂包括以下重量份原料:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛4克,苯扎溴铵1克,亚麻籽胶2克,聚四氟乙烯4克,二丙酮醇4克,氟化钙3克,聚环氧琥珀酸3克,葡萄糖酸钠2克,硼酸4克,二苯基咪唑啉3克,骨炭1克,碘化钾3克,纳米滑石粉3克,钠米磷酸钙4克,三甲氧基丁烷3克,丙烯酸树脂改性酪蛋白成膜剂2克,去离子水125克;经多次试验得出,上述重量份原料形成的表面处理剂耐腐蚀性、耐热性等性能最佳。
将氟化钙、苯扎溴铵、葡萄糖酸钠、聚四氟乙烯、二苯基咪唑啉、骨炭、碘化钾混合,球磨均匀后加入纳米滑石粉、钠米磷酸钙和硼酸,搅拌均匀后加入去离子水,以40转/分的转速搅拌分散11分钟;加入剩余原料搅拌均匀,以200转/分的转速搅拌分散1.5小时,即得上述表面处理剂。
实施例4
性能测试:
取经本发明提供的表面处理工艺处理的铝合金型材做实验,该铝合金型材的规格为80mm×100mm×4mm,将该型材横向切开,进行喷洒试验,所用试剂为浓度为10%的氯化钠溶液,试验时间400小时,结果如表1所示:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金型材表面处理工艺,其特征在于,所述除油液包括以下重量份原料:磷酸三钠11份、碳酸钠12份、硅酸钠1.5份及乳化剂1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金型材表面处理工艺,其特征在于,所述表面处理剂包括以下重量份原料:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛4份,苯扎溴铵1份,亚麻籽胶2份,聚四氟乙烯4份,二丙酮醇4份,氟化钙3份,聚环氧琥珀酸3份,葡萄糖酸钠2份,硼酸4份,二苯基咪唑啉3份,骨炭1份,碘化钾3份,纳米滑石粉3份,钠米磷酸钙4份,三甲氧基丁烷3份,丙烯酸树脂改性酪蛋白成膜剂2份及去离子水125份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金型材表面处理工艺,其特征在于,所述表面处理剂的制备方法为:将氟化钙、苯扎溴铵、葡萄糖酸钠、聚四氟乙烯、二苯基咪唑啉、骨炭、碘化钾混合,球磨均匀后加入纳米滑石粉、钠米磷酸钙和硼酸,搅拌均匀后加入去离子水,以30~50转/分的转速搅拌分散7~15分钟;加入剩余原料搅拌均匀,以150~250转/分的转速搅拌分散1~2小时,即得所述表面处理剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金型材表面处理工艺,其特征在于,所述除油温度为40~60℃,除油时间为5~10min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金型材表面处理工艺,其特征在于,所述酸洗用的处理液为5~10%的硝酸溶液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金型材表面处理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中浸渍的温度为30~35℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金型材表面处理工艺,其特征在于,所述除油、酸洗流程完成后需要对铝合金型材进行水漂洗。
