本发明公开了一种铝合金轮毂抛光套色工艺,具体的工艺流程:抛光毛坯→预处理→喷涂透明粉1→固化→放置硬质防护→喷涂色漆→固化→下线打磨套色边界线→预处理→喷涂透明粉2→固化下线。本发明解决了传统抛光套色产品存在的套色边界处理过程容易擦伤抛光面以及处理效率较低的问题,提高了抛光套色产品的成品率和生产效率,增加了产品的附加值。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种铝合金轮毂涂装工艺,具体地说是一种铝合金轮毂抛光套色工艺。
背景技术
抛光套色产品是铝合金轮毂套色产品中十分重要的一员,由于抛光区域和色漆面的对比效果良好,广泛受到消费者的喜爱。目前该产品套色过程普遍采用硬质防护+空气喷涂的方式进行生产,存在着套色边界模糊的不容易处理问题,人工擦拭处理边界极易擦伤抛光面,效率低下等问题,严重制约着抛光套色产品的生产。
发明内容
一种铝合金轮毂抛光套色工艺,具体工艺过程如下:抛光毛坯→预处理→喷涂透明粉1→固化→放置硬质防护→喷涂色漆→固化→下线打磨套色边界线→预处理→喷涂透明粉2→固化下线。
喷涂透明粉1的工艺参数要求:透明粉采用静电喷涂,吐粉量/吐气量:50%-70%,吐气量:4.0-6.0m3/h,静电电压:60-80kv;透明粉1固化条件:工件温度180℃,保持15min。透明粉1的厚度为70-130μm。
放置硬质防护:喷涂前轮毂上放置紫铜随型套色防护,裸露出需要喷涂色漆的部分。
喷涂色漆的工艺参数要求:使用空***喷涂,其施工参数为:色漆施工粘度16-17″(Din-4),吐漆量:60-120CC,雾化压力:1.5-2.5bar,扇形压力:2.0-3.5bar,枪距:180-250mm。色漆的固化条件为:工件温度150℃保持10-15分钟。
下线打磨套色边界线为人工打磨处理,首先用壁纸刀刮除套色边界线多余的漆雾,然后用1000#轻微打磨刮痕。
喷涂透明粉2的工艺参数要求:透明粉采用静电喷涂,吐粉量/吐气量:50%-70%,吐气量:4.0-6.0m3/h,静电电压:60-80kv;透明粉2固化条件:工件温度180℃,保持15min。
本发明抛光套色前在抛光基体上喷涂透明粉,然后进行硬质防护套色,下线后人工打磨套色边界,然后喷涂一层丙烯酸透明粉。由于丙烯酸透明粉良好的流平性,底层丙烯酸透明粉上的打磨痕迹能很好被最外层的丙烯酸透明粉遮盖,解决现有技术在金属基体打磨容易出现擦伤及打磨痕迹的问题,极大提高了成品率及生产效率。
该工艺与传统套色工艺相比,不仅保证了套色边界的一致性,而且解决了抛光面擦伤的问题,显著提高了产品的成品率。
具体实施方式
实施例1:喷涂透明粉1的工艺参数要:透明粉采用静电喷涂,吐粉量/吐气量:65%,吐气量:5.0m3/h,静电电压:60kv。透明粉1固化条件:工件温度180℃,保持15min。
喷涂色漆的工艺参数要求:使用空***喷涂,其施工参数为:施工粘度16-17″(Din-4),吐漆量:100CC,雾化压力:2.0bar,扇形压力:2. 5bar,枪距:200mm。
色漆的固化条件为:工件温度150℃保持13分钟。
喷涂透明粉2的工艺参数要求:透明粉采用静电喷涂,吐粉量/吐气量:60%,吐气量:4.5m3/h,静电电压:60kv。透明粉2固化条件:工件温度180℃,保持15min。
实施例2:喷涂透明粉1的工艺参数要求:透明粉采用静电喷涂,吐粉量/吐气量:60%,吐气量:5.0m3/h,静电电压:60kv。透明粉1固化条件:工件温度180℃,保持15min;
喷涂色漆的工艺参数要求:使用空***喷涂,其施工参数为:施工粘度16-17″(Din-4),吐漆量:90CC,雾化压力:2.0bar,扇形压力:2. 0bar,枪距:200mm。
色漆的固化条件为:工件温度150℃保持14分钟。
喷涂透明粉2的工艺参数要求:透明粉采用静电喷涂,吐粉量/吐气量:60%,吐气量:4.0m3/h,静电电压:60kv。透明粉2固化条件:工件温度180℃,保持15min;
实施例3:喷涂透明粉1的工艺参数要求:透明粉采用静电喷涂,吐粉量/吐气量:70%,吐气量:5.0m3/h,静电电压:60kv。透明粉1固化条件:工件温度180℃,保持15min。
喷涂色漆的工艺参数要求:使用空***喷涂,其施工参数为:施工粘度16-17″(Din-4),吐漆量:120CC,雾化压力:2.5bar,扇形压力:3. 0bar,枪距:200mm。色漆的固化条件为:工件温度150℃保持14分钟。
喷涂透明粉2的工艺参数要求:透明粉采用静电喷涂,吐粉量/吐气量:60%,吐气量:5.0m3/h,静电电压:60kv。透明粉2固化条件:工件温度180℃,保持15min。

1.一种铝合金轮毂抛光套色工艺,具体工艺过程如下:抛光毛坯→预处理→喷涂透明粉1→固化→放置硬质防护→喷涂色漆→固化→下线打磨套色边界线→预处理→喷涂透明粉2→固化下线,其特征在于:
喷涂透明粉1的工艺参数要求:透明粉采用静电喷涂,吐粉量/吐气量:50%-70%,吐气量:4.0-6.0m3/h,静电电压:60-80kv;透明粉1固化条件:工件温度180℃,保持15min;透明粉1的厚度为70-130μm;
喷涂色漆的工艺参数要求:使用空***喷涂,其施工参数为:色漆施工粘度16-17″(Din-4),吐漆量:60-120CC,雾化压力:1.5-2.5bar,扇形压力:2.0-3.5bar,枪距:180-250mm;色漆的固化条件为:工件温度150℃保持10-15分钟;
