本发明所述的一种含有稀土元素瓷器,其特征在于,所述瓷器包括如下重量份数的原料:稀土混合物:0.5‑2.5份;粘土:28‑40份;煅烧高岭土:10‑18份;苏州土:8‑15份;海泡石:1‑3份;麦饭石:1‑3份;二氧化锰:1‑7份;石英砂:3‑8份。本发明提供的一种含有稀土元素瓷器,添加有稀土混合物,使得烧制出的瓷器表面更加细腻通透,提升了瓷器整体的美观性,且工艺简单,易于实现。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种含有稀土元素瓷器及其制备工艺。
背景技术
瓷器是中国人民的独特创造,以其独特的民族文化特色代表着中国悠久的文明,现如今,瓷器已经作为艺术价值较高的工艺及日用品深入人们的生活。但是传统的瓷器已经不能满足人们的需要,因此需要一种新型的瓷器来取代。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种含有稀土元素瓷器。所述含有稀土元素瓷器,添加有稀土混合物,使得烧制出的瓷器表面更加细腻通透,提升了瓷器整体的美观性,且工艺简单,易于实现。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种含有稀土元素瓷器,所述瓷器包括如下重量份数的原料:稀土混合物:0.5-2.5份;粘土:28-40份;煅烧高岭土:10-18份;苏州土:8-15份;海泡石:1-3份;麦饭石:1-3份;二氧化锰:1-7份;石英砂:3-8份。
进一步地,所述瓷器包括如下重量份数的原料:稀土混合物:1-2份;粘土:34-40份;煅烧高岭土:10-15份;苏州土:11-15份;海泡石:1-2份;麦饭石:1-2份;二氧化锰:3-7份;石英砂:5-8份。
进一步地,所述瓷器包括如下重量份数的原料:稀土混合物:1.5份;粘土:38份;煅烧高岭土:13份;苏州土:12份;海泡石:1.8份;麦饭石:1.2份;二氧化锰:5份;石英砂:5.5份。
进一步地,所述稀土混合物为镧稀土或钇稀土或镧稀土或钇稀土的至少两种以上。
进一步地,所述煅烧高岭土的粒径为200~300目。
一种含有稀土元素瓷器的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)按比例将煅烧高岭土、苏州土、海泡石、麦饭石、二氧化锰、石英混合均匀,磨成细度为100-150目的粉料,再加入稀土混合物及粘土,制备培泥,将培泥成型干燥后入窑烧制,制得素胚;
(2)采用荡釉法在陶瓷胚体内、外表面均匀裹上内、外釉,进行釉烧,烧制得含有稀土元素瓷器。
进一步地,所述步骤(1)中烧制的具体操作为:先升温至650~700℃煅烧0.5~1.5h,继续升温至800~900℃煅烧1~2h,再升温至1100~1180℃煅烧5~8h。

一种含有稀土元素瓷器,所述瓷器包括如下重量份数的原料:稀土混合物:0.5份;粘土:28份;煅烧高岭土:10份;苏州土:15份;海泡石:1份;麦饭石:3份;二氧化锰:2份;石英砂:3份。

一种含有稀土元素瓷器,所述瓷器包括如下重量份数的原料:稀土混合物:1份;粘土:30份;煅烧高岭土:12份;苏州土:11份;海泡石:1份;麦饭石:3份;二氧化锰:7份;石英砂:6份。
实施例3
一种含有稀土元素瓷器,所述瓷器包括如下重量份数的原料:稀土混合物:1.5份;粘土:38份;煅烧高岭土:13份;苏州土:12份;海泡石:1.8份;麦饭石:1.2份;二氧化锰:5份;石英砂:5.5份。

一种含有稀土元素瓷器,所述瓷器包括如下重量份数的原料:稀土混合物:1份;粘土:35份;煅烧高岭土:18份;苏州土:8份;海泡石:2份;麦饭石:2份;二氧化锰:1份;石英砂:8份。

一种含有稀土元素瓷器,所述瓷器包括如下重量份数的原料:稀土混合物:2.5份;粘土:40份;煅烧高岭土:15份;苏州土:12份;海泡石:2份;麦饭石:1份;二氧化锰:3份;石英砂:7份。
所述稀土混合物为镧稀土或钇稀土或镧稀土或钇稀土的至少两种以上。
一种含有稀土元素瓷器的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)按比例将煅烧高岭土、苏州土、海泡石、麦饭石、二氧化锰、石英混合均匀,磨成细度为100-150目的粉料,再加入稀土混合物及粘土,制备培泥,将培泥成型干燥后入窑烧制,先升温至650~700℃煅烧0.5~1.5h,继续升温至800~900℃煅烧1~2h,再升温至1100~1180℃煅烧5~8h,制得素胚;
(2)采用荡釉法在陶瓷胚体内、外表面均匀裹上内、外釉,进行釉烧,烧制得含有稀土元素瓷器。
本发明提供的一种含有稀土元素瓷器,添加有稀土混合物,使得烧制出的瓷器表面更加细腻通透,提升了瓷器整体的美观性,且工艺简单,易于实现。

1.一种含有稀土元素瓷器,其特征在于,所述瓷器包括如下重量份数的原料:稀土混合物:0.5-2.5份;粘土:28-40份;煅烧高岭土:10-18份;苏州土:8-15份;海泡石:1-3份;麦饭石:1-3份;二氧化锰:1-7份;石英砂:3-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有稀土元素瓷器,其特征在于,所述瓷器包括如下重量份数的原料:稀土混合物:1-2份;粘土:34-40份;煅烧高岭土:10-15份;苏州土:11-15份;海泡石:1-2份;麦饭石:1-2份;二氧化锰:3-7份;石英砂:5-8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有稀土元素瓷器,其特征在于,所述瓷器包括如下重量份数的原料:稀土混合物:1.5份;粘土:38份;煅烧高岭土:13份;苏州土:12份;海泡石:1.8份;麦饭石:1.2份;二氧化锰:5份;石英砂:5.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有稀土元素瓷器,其特征在于,所述稀土混合物为镧稀土或钇稀土或镧稀土或钇稀土的至少两种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有稀土元素瓷器,其特征在于,所述煅烧高岭土的粒径为200~300目。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种含有稀土元素瓷器的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按比例将煅烧高岭土、苏州土、海泡石、麦饭石、二氧化锰、石英混合均匀,磨成细度为100-150目的粉料,再加入稀土混合物及粘土,制备培泥,将培泥成型干燥后入窑烧制,制得素胚;
(2)采用荡釉法在陶瓷胚体内、外表面均匀裹上内、外釉,进行釉烧,烧制得含有稀土元素瓷器。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种含有稀土元素瓷器,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中烧制的具体操作为:先升温至650~700℃煅烧0.5~1.5h,继续升温至800~900℃煅烧1~2h,再升温至1100~1180℃煅烧5~8h。
