本发明涉及一种减温减压阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀瓣、阀杆、阀盖,阀座上下两侧分别为阀体的进口腔和出口腔,阀体下部设置底座;主要是阀瓣由主阀瓣和副阀瓣组成双阀瓣密封结构,在主阀瓣与阀座、副阀瓣与副阀座同时关闭时,可完全截断流体通道,防止蒸汽泄漏;出口腔内设置减温装置,该减温装置由喷水管和调节杆组成,喷水管下端固定安装在底座上,喷水管上部均匀制有径向喷嘴,调节杆为阀杆向下的延伸,喷水管上喷嘴的开启数量与阀瓣的开度同步调节,实现减温和减压同步控制。具有密封性能好,减温控制精度高,***体积和安装占地空间小,总成本低等优点。适用于电力、化工行业的蒸汽减温减压***。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,具体的说是关于一种减温减压阀。本发明适用于电力、化工行业的蒸汽减温减压***。
背景技术
在电力、化工行业的生产过程中,需要将高温高压的一次蒸汽进行减温减压,使出口输出蒸汽的温度和压力符合生产工艺的要求。减温减压阀因受执行机构推力限制,往往采用多级降压的减压结构,这种结构,在阀门关闭状态下密封性能较差,存在一定的泄漏量,故在通用场合及工艺参数要求不高的***中,阀前必须安装有切断用的开关阀,以便在特殊要求时进行切断,而不适用于密封要求较高的工况使用。
现有减温减压装置,通常是进行先减压后减温的设计结构。在减压机构采用单级调节降压加节流孔板辅助降压结构设计,减温机构采用减压后在管道中设置专用的减温喷咀进行喷水减温,其减温***的喷水量与减压***的蒸汽流量分别独立控制,减温和减压控制同步性差,减温控制精度低,而且整个减温减压***体积大、安装占地空间大,总成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种关闭状态下密封性能好,减温和减压同步控制,减温控制精度高,***体积和安装占地空间小,成本低的减温减压阀。
本发明的技术方案包括阀体、阀座、阀瓣、阀杆、阀盖,阀座上下两侧分别为阀体的进口腔和出口腔,在进口腔与阀体进口通道之间设置节流套,出口腔与阀体出口通道之间设置笼式调节套,阀体下部设置底座;主要是阀瓣由主阀瓣和副阀瓣组成双阀瓣密封结构,阀座设置在笼式调节套上端,主阀瓣制有与阀座相互配合的密封面,在主阀瓣密封面下侧连接一与笼式调节套内壁动配合的笼式调节筒,主阀瓣密封面上侧连接一与节流套动配合的圆筒,圆筒的底面圆心处制有连通笼式调节筒内腔的通孔,该通孔上端面制有副阀座,副阀瓣固定安装在圆筒内腔的阀杆上,其下端设有与副阀座相互配合的密封面,外圆面与圆筒内腔壁动配合,中部径向凸肩与圆筒内腔径向台阶之间安装碟簧,上端面与圆筒内壁之间设置压环;出口腔内设置减温装置,该减温装置由喷水管和调节杆组成,喷水管下端固定安装在底座上,喷水管内孔与底座上的水管接头连通,喷水管上部均匀制有径向喷嘴,在最底层径向喷嘴下侧的喷水管内圆壁制有与调节杆下端面相互配合的密封面,调节杆为阀杆向下的延伸,在副阀瓣与副阀座、主阀瓣与阀座处于密封状态时,调节杆下端的密封面与喷水管内圆壁的密封面相互密封配合。
最好是,副阀瓣上制有连通阀体进口腔与副阀座进口侧的平衡孔。
最好是,主阀瓣上圆筒的外圆面制有轴向导向槽,节流套上制有与该轴向导向槽相互配合的导向键。
本发明的优点是采用主阀瓣和副阀瓣组成双阀瓣密封结构,主阀瓣与阀座、副阀瓣与副阀座同时关闭时,可完全截断流体通道,防止蒸汽泄漏,密封性能好;减温装置采用喷水管和阀杆向下延伸的调节杆组成,喷水管上喷嘴的开启数量与阀瓣的开度同步调节,实现减温和减压同步控制,减温控制精度高,***体积和安装占地空间小,总成本低。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的减温减压阀,包括阀体3、阀座20、阀瓣、阀杆17、阀盖18,阀座20上下两侧分别为阀体3的进口腔和出口腔,在进口腔与阀体3进口通道之间设置节流套10,出口腔与阀体3出口通道之间设置笼式调节套4,阀体3下部设置底座1,阀体3采用整体锻造,节流套10和笼式调节套4圆周均匀制有若干小孔,将阀体3进口通道的蒸汽流量分成若干小股流量,减小蒸汽大流量冲击造成振动、噪音和对部件的冲刷;阀瓣由主阀瓣9和副阀瓣12组成双阀瓣密封结构,阀座20设置在笼式调节套4上端,主阀瓣9制有与阀座20相互配合的密封面,在主阀瓣9密封面下侧设有与笼式调节套4内壁动配合的笼式调节筒8,该笼式调节筒8上部圆周方向均匀制有径向小孔,在主阀瓣9与阀座20密封配合时,笼式调节筒8与笼式调节套4处于密封配合状态,主阀瓣9密封面上侧连接一个与节流套10动配合的圆筒13,该圆筒13的外圆面与节流套10内圆壁之间为动密封配合,圆筒13的底面圆心处制有连通笼式调节筒4内腔的通孔,该通孔上端面制有副阀座19,副阀瓣12固定安装在圆筒13内腔的阀杆17上,其下端设有与副阀座19相互配合的密封面,外圆面与圆筒13内腔壁动配合,中部径向凸肩与圆筒13内腔径向台阶之间安装碟簧11,碟簧11具有减振降噪作用,副阀座19上端面与圆筒13内壁之间设置压环15,压环15固定安装在圆筒13内壁,其下端面实现对副阀瓣12在圆筒13内向上移动的限位,在开启过程中,副阀瓣12首先打开,降低主阀瓣9上下压差;出口腔内设置减温装置,该减温装置由喷水管5和调节杆7组成,喷水管5下端固定安装在底座1上,喷水管5内孔与底座1上的水管接头2连通,喷水管5上部制有若干径向的喷嘴6,喷嘴6在喷水管5圆周方向和轴向均匀分布,在最底层喷嘴6下侧的喷水管5内圆壁制有与调节杆7下端面相互配合的密封面,调节杆7为阀杆17向下的延伸,在副阀瓣12与副阀座19、主阀瓣9与阀座20处于密封状态时,调节杆7下端的密封面与喷水管5内圆壁的密封面相互密封配合,随着阀杆17带动副阀瓣12和主阀瓣9逐渐开启的同时,调节杆7逐步开启喷嘴6,使喷水量随着蒸汽流量的增大而增大,实现减温与减压同步调节控制,高温蒸汽流过时在阀腔内与减温喷头中喷出的减温水混合雾化,温度随之降低,减温水的流量随着工艺对蒸汽流量要求自动调节。节流套10由压盖16固定压装在阀体3进口腔内,下端固定压装在笼式调节套4上端面内,笼式调节套4上端外圆面密封安装在阀体3进口腔与出口腔之间,阀盖18与阀体3之间采用压力自紧密封结构,阀体3出口设置均流板。
副阀瓣12上制有连通阀体3进口腔与副阀座19进口侧的平衡孔14,使副阀瓣12开启时快速泄放进口腔压力。
主阀瓣9上圆筒13的外圆面制有轴向导向槽,节流套10上制有与该轴向导向槽相互配合的导向键,防止主阀瓣9旋转。

Claims (3)

1.一种减温减压阀,包括阀体(3)、阀座(20)、阀瓣、阀杆(17)、阀盖(18),阀座(20)上下两侧分别为阀体(3)的进口腔和出口腔,在进口腔与阀体(3)进口通道之间设置节流套(10),出口腔与阀体(3)出口通道之间设置笼式调节套(4),阀体(3)下部设置底座(1),节流套(10)和笼式调节套(4)圆周均匀制有若干小孔;其特征是阀瓣由主阀瓣(9)和副阀瓣(12)组成双阀瓣密封结构,阀座(20)设置在笼式调节套(4)上端,主阀瓣(9)制有与阀座(20)相互配合的密封面,在主阀瓣(9)密封面下侧设有与笼式调节套(4)内壁动配合的笼式调节筒(8),该笼式调节筒(8)上部圆周方向均匀制有径向小孔,在主阀瓣(9)与阀座(20)密封配合时,笼式调节筒(8)与笼式调节套(4)处于密封配合状态,主阀瓣(9)密封面上侧连接一个与节流套(10)动配合的圆筒(13),圆筒(13)的底面圆心处制有连通笼式调节筒(4)内腔的通孔,该通孔上端面制有副阀座(19),副阀瓣(12)固定安装在圆筒(13)内腔的阀杆(17)上,其下端设有与副阀座(19)相互配合的密封面,外圆面与圆筒(13)内腔壁动配合,中部径向凸肩与圆筒(13)内腔径向台阶之间安装碟簧(11),副阀座(19)上端面与圆筒(13)内壁之间设置压环(15);出口腔内设置减温装置,该减温装置由喷水管(5)和调节杆(7)组成,喷水管(5)下端固定安装在底座(1)上,喷水管(5)内孔与底座(1)上的水管接头(2)连通,喷水管(5)上部制有若干径向的喷嘴(6),喷嘴(6)在喷水管(5)圆周方向和轴向均匀分布,在最底层喷嘴(6)下侧的喷水管(5)内圆壁制有与调节杆(7)下端面相互配合的密封面,调节杆(7)为阀杆(17)向下的延伸,在副阀瓣(12)与副阀座(19)、主阀瓣(9)与阀座(20)密封状态时,调节杆(7)下端的密封面与喷水管(5)内圆壁的密封面相互密封配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减温减压阀,其特征是副阀瓣(12)上制有连通阀体(3)进口腔与副阀座(19)进口侧的平衡孔(14)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的减温减压阀,其特征是主阀瓣(9)上圆筒(13)的外圆面制有轴向导向槽,节流套(10)上制有与该轴向导向槽相互配合的导向键。
