技术领域
本发明属于复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种高阻燃聚氯乙烯发泡板。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯发泡板又称为雪弗板和安迪板,其化学成分主要为是聚氯乙烯,广泛应用于客车、火车车厢顶棚、箱体芯层、内部装潢用板、建筑物外墙板、内装饰用板、办公室、住宅等行业及化工防腐工程、热成型件、冷库用板、特殊保冷工程、环保用板模、运动器材、美工材料等领域。
随着社会的发展,对聚氯乙烯发泡板的阻燃性提出了更高的要求,目前市场上聚氯乙烯发泡板的阻燃性较低,有时不能满足社会发展的需求。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种高阻燃聚氯乙烯发泡板,提高该发泡板的阻燃性能,并扩大其使用范围。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种高阻燃聚氯乙烯发泡板包括以下重量份的组分:聚氯乙烯74-76份、钙粉49-51份、AC黄发泡剂0.3-0.4份、NC白发泡剂0.9-1.1份、发泡调节剂8-9份、稳定剂3-4份、增塑剂0.32-0.4份、内润滑剂0.7-0.8份、外润滑剂0.8-0.9份、阻燃剂0.2-0.4份。
作为对本发明的进一步优化,所述一种高阻燃聚氯乙烯发泡板包括以下重量份的组分:聚氯乙烯75份、钙粉50份、AC黄发泡剂0.35份、NC白发泡剂0.95份、发泡调节剂8份、稳定剂3.2份、增塑剂0.35份、内润滑剂0.7份、外润滑剂0.8份、阻燃剂0.2份;或者,聚氯乙烯75份、钙粉50份、AC黄发泡剂0.3份、NC白发泡剂1.1份、发泡调节剂9份、稳定剂3.5份、增塑剂0.38份、内润滑剂0.75份、外润滑剂0.9份、阻燃剂0.4份。
进一步地,所述聚氯乙烯较佳的为SG-7型聚氯乙烯或SG-8型聚氯乙烯。
所述钙粉、AC黄发泡剂、NC白发泡剂、发泡调节剂、稳定剂、增塑剂、内润滑剂、外润滑剂、阻燃剂均为本领域常规使用、市售可得的聚氯乙烯加工助剂。
将所述各组分按照需要的用量,采用本领域制备聚氯乙烯发泡板的常规方法进行制备,即可得到本发明的聚氯乙烯发泡板。
有益效果:本发明的聚氯乙烯发泡板是对现有产品的阻燃性能的改进,扩大了其使用范围,具有广阔的市场前景。

下面通过实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明,但本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
本发明所涉及原料和助剂均市售可得。
实施例1:采用本领域制备聚氯乙烯发泡板的常规方法,按照以下组分配比,制备聚氯乙烯发泡板:SG-7型聚氯乙烯75 kg、钙粉50 kg、AC黄发泡剂0.35 kg、NC白发泡剂0.95kg、发泡调节剂8 kg、稳定剂3.2 kg、增塑剂0.35 kg、内润滑剂0.7 kg、外润滑剂0.8 kg、阻燃剂0.2 kg。
所述AC黄发泡剂和NC白发泡剂为青岛新源工贸有限公司的产品、发泡调节剂为潍坊东临化工有限公司DLF-200型PVC发泡调节剂、稳定剂为硬脂酸钙、增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、内润滑剂为淄博华星助剂有限公司ZB-60Y型PVC加工用内润滑剂、外润滑剂为杭州油脂化工有限公司HG70S型塑料外润滑剂、阻燃剂为上海煦凡化工有限公司的产品。
所得聚氯乙烯发泡板的氧指数为42。
实施例2:采用本领域制备PVC发泡板的常规方法,按照以下组分配比,制备聚氯乙烯发泡板:SG-8型聚氯乙烯75 kg、钙粉50 kg、AC黄发泡剂0.3 kg、NC白发泡剂1.1 kg、发泡调节剂9 kg、稳定剂3.5 kg、增塑剂0.38 kg、内润滑剂0.75 kg、外润滑剂0.9 kg、阻燃剂0.4 kg。
所述AC黄发泡剂和NC白发泡剂为青岛新源工贸有限公司的产品、发泡调节剂为潍坊东临化工有限公司DLF-200型PVC发泡调节剂、稳定剂为硬脂酸钙、增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、内润滑剂为淄博华星助剂有限公司ZB-60Y型PVC加工用内润滑剂、外润滑剂为杭州油脂化工有限公司HG70S型塑料外润滑剂、阻燃剂为上海煦凡化工有限公司的产品。
所得聚氯乙烯发泡板的聚氯乙烯发泡板的氧指数为42。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃聚氯乙烯发泡板,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:聚氯乙烯75份、钙粉50份、AC黄发泡剂0.35份、NC白发泡剂0.95份、发泡调节剂8份、稳定剂3.2份、增塑剂0.35份、内润滑剂0.7份、外润滑剂0.8份、阻燃剂0.2份。
