本发明涉及一种包装纸箱技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种防震纸箱。
背景技术
如今的网上购物已成流行,越来越多的人选择网上购物,运输用的纸箱被普遍使用,现有的包装纸箱常采用瓦楞纸箱,它具牢固、缓冲性能好等优点,但是这些纸箱在运输货物的过程中,货物常因为晃动剧烈而受到损害,而选择在箱内添加填充物会比较麻烦,且常因为找不到合适的填充物而感到烦恼。
申请号为201520744047.9的中国专利公开了一种内部带有夹紧机构的包装纸箱,它包括箱体、夹紧直角和弹簧,弹簧的一端固定在箱体的内表面,弹簧的另一端固定在夹紧直角上,箱体包括侧面耳、正面耳和箱筒,侧面耳开设在箱筒的侧面上,正面耳开设在箱筒的正面上。这种包装纸箱利用弹簧的弹性性能虽然把物体限制在一定的范围内,在晃动的过程中依靠弹性缓冲防止其损坏,具有一定的防震功效,但是这种瓦楞纸箱在实际使用过程中,货物的装配较为麻烦,且装配的货物的类型较少,无法适应多种不同形状的货物。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种装箱便捷,且能够适应不同形状货物的防震包装纸箱。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:箱体内贴合箱体壁设置有充气袋,充气袋于箱体上端开设有用于放置货物的开口,充气袋由若干充气模块组成,相邻充气模块之间间隔设置有热封线。
作为优选,充气袋上方设置有充气端口,充气端口设置有止逆充气阀。
该技术方案与现有技术相比具有:采用充气袋来代替加紧装置,在使用过程中,将货物放进箱体内之后充气即可,同时充气后,气体填充了纸箱和货物之间的空隙,防震效果更佳,也能适应各种不同形状的货物。

具体实施方式
参照图1对本发明一种防震纸箱实施例做进一步说明。
如图 1所示,箱体1内贴合箱体壁设置有充气袋2,充气袋2于箱体1上端开设有用于放置货物的开口21,充气袋由若干充气模块22组成,相邻充气模块22之间间隔设置有热封线,采用充气袋2来代替加紧装置,在使用过程中,将货物放进箱体内之后充气即可,充气后,气体填充了纸箱和货物之间的空隙,防震效果更佳,也能适应各种不同形状的货物,同时将气袋2分割成若干模块可使货物处于箱体1内中间位置,避免因气体分布不均导致货物贴近箱体1一面,从而无法真正达到减震效果。
充气袋上方设置有充气端口3,充气端口3设置有止逆充气阀。于上端设置充气端口3,充气简便,同时止逆充气阀的设置,防止漏气也结构简单,利于生产。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防震纸箱,其特征是:所述充气袋上方设置有充气端口,所述充气端口设置有止逆充气阀。
