Abstract
本发明属于养殖技术领域,尤其是一种鲢鱼的立体养殖方法,通过清塘、鱼塘预处理、注水、栽种、消毒、投放管理、饲料管理、池塘管理、疾病预防共九个步骤完成鲢鱼的养殖,以饲养鲢鱼为主,辅以沉水植物和鲫鱼,实现一种有利于鲢鱼生长繁殖的生态环境,同时对池塘底部铺设泥土进行发酵处理,有效的改善水体环境,丰富池塘中的营养成分;再结合饲料的使用,进而实现高产、高品质鲢鱼的生态养殖模式。

本发明属于养殖技术领域,尤其是一种鲢鱼的立体养殖方法。
背景技术
鲢鱼体型侧扁、稍高、体成纺锤形,背部灰色,鱼体两侧及腹部白色;鲢肌肉中营养含有丰富的蛋白质和脂肪,同时还含有脂肪酸种类较多,其中4种饱和酸,3种单烯酸,3种二烯酸,9种三烯酸,1种四烯酸,碳链长度在12-20之间;此外,它每百克可食部分还含有糖类0.8克,热量117-123千卡,钙22-31毫克,磷86-167毫克,铁1.2-13.3毫克,硫胺素0.04毫克,核黄素0.21毫克,尼克酸2.1毫克,营养价值高。
目前,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对鱼类的食用需求也越来越大,其中尤其是鲢鱼,而现有的鲢鱼养殖技术大都是单一养殖,鲢鱼生长环境控制不合理,导致鲢鱼在水中活动迹象不明显、食欲低下、甚至死亡频繁发生,最终导致鲢鱼的产量低、肉质差,同时由于饲料的用量频繁,导致饲养成本过高,影响养殖户的经济收入,如专利CN201410701990.1公开的一种鲢鱼的养殖方法。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种鲢鱼的立体养殖方法。
具体是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种鲢鱼的立体养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清塘:投放鱼种前,将池塘的水放至8~12cm,对池塘中的污泥、水草进行清理,并按照每亩均匀投放120~150kg生石灰,晾晒4~6d;所述鱼塘深度为2.5~3m,长、宽度不限;
(2)鱼塘预处理:清塘后,在塘底铺设一层泥土,铺设厚度为5~10cm,并接种发酵菌剂,有氧发酵1~3d;所述泥土按照(70~90):1的重量配比添加混合料;
(3)注水:发酵结束后,向鱼塘中注水至水位深度为170~210cm,静置8~12d,直至带池水呈黄绿色或茶褐色,透明度为32~36cm,浮游生物为42~46mg/L,溶氧量高于4.3mg/L;
(4)栽种:在池塘四周种植沉水植物,栽种总面积为池塘的10~30%;
(5)消毒:采用浓度为1~4%的氯化钠溶液对鲢鱼和鲫鱼浸泡4~6min;
(6)投放管理:将消毒后的鲢鱼、鲫鱼按照(2.6~3.4):1的重量配比投放入鱼池中,总的投放量为1000~1200尾/600m2;
(7)饲料管理:分别于早上7~8点,中午2~3点和晚上9~10点投放饲料,其中早上投放量为晚上投放量的50~60%,中午投放量为晚上投放量的65~75%;
(8)池塘管理:鱼塘中的沉水植物面积控制在10~30%,将多余的植物进行打捞,并用于沼气发酵;控制鱼塘池水位保持在170~210cm;每日对鱼塘的水质和鱼的生长情况进行监控,遇到异常应及时处理;
(9)疾病预防:每隔25~30天泼洒一次10ppm生石灰。
所述混合料原料以百分比计为消毒后的禽畜粪便15~20%,膨润土10~15%、活性炭12~16%、磷酸氢钙2~7%,余量为果皮。
所述发酵菌剂为乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和醋酸菌,用量配比任意。
所述沉水植物为黑藻、狐尾藻、金鱼藻、苦草中至少一种。
所述鲢鱼规格为60~80g/尾,所述鲫鱼规格为30~50g/尾。
所述饲料原料以重量份计为豆粕35~50份、蛋壳粉5~10份、磷酸二氢钙1~6份、秸秆粉25~35份、凹凸棒土5~15份、中药添加剂4~8份、维生素A0.3~0.6份、维生素C0.5~2份、维生素D0.1~0.5份、L-氨基酸0.5~3份、赖氨酸0.1~0.3份、谷氨酸0.05~0.1份、甘氨酸0.08~0.16份、柠檬酸0.1~0.6份。
所述饲料的制备方法为:按照配方量取豆粕、蛋壳粉、秸秆粉、凹凸棒土和磷酸二氢钙混合后投入搅拌机中搅拌10~20min,搅拌速度为100~150r/min,得混合料一;将中药添加剂,复合维生素、复合氨基酸、柠檬酸混匀后,采用超声波处理10~20s,得混合料二;合并两次混合料,送入发酵池内中进行发酵14~18d,发酵温度控制为32~36℃,将发酵产物干燥后造粒即可。
所述中药添加剂原料以重量份计为党参15~20份、黄芪5~8份、马齿苋6~10份、桃叶8~12份、三七4~7份、芜荑2~5份。
所述饲料的粒径为0.2~0.4mm。
本发明有益效果:
本发明通过对饲料原料进行合理的搭配,并添加合适的中药成分,在结合制备工艺的调控制备而成,能够有效的促进鲢鱼、鲫鱼和沉水植物的生长,尤其是提高鲢鱼的免疫功能,降低鲢鱼疾病的发生机率,再结合鱼种的规格和投放量,采用适宜的饲料粒径,进而提高饲料的利用率,减少饲料浪费,防止饲料在水中时间过长引起变质,营养损失等不利因素;通过控制沉水植物的面积,保持水中溶氧量处理平衡,防止水体污染,同时还能作为鲢鱼的饲料,补充鲢鱼对多种营养物质的摄取,为鲢鱼高产提供有利条件。

下面结核具体的实施方式来对本发明的技术方案做进一步的限定,但要求保护的范围不仅局限于所作的描述。
实施例1
一种鲢鱼的立体养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清塘:投放鱼种前,将池塘的水放至8cm,对池塘中的污泥、水草进行清理,并按照每亩均匀投放120kg生石灰,晾晒4d;所述鱼塘深度为2.5m,长、宽度不限;
(2)鱼塘预处理:清塘后,在塘底铺设一层泥土,铺设厚度为5cm,并接种泥土量1%的发酵菌剂,有氧发酵1d;所述泥土按照70:1的重量配比添加混合料;
(3)注水:发酵结束后,向鱼塘中注水至水位深度为170cm,静置8d,直至带池水呈黄绿色或茶褐色,透明度为32cm,浮游生物为42mg/L,溶氧量为4.5mg/L;
(4)栽种:在池塘四周种植沉水植物,栽种总面积为池塘的10%;
(5)消毒:采用浓度为1%的氯化钠溶液对鲢鱼和鲫鱼浸泡4min;
(6)投放管理:将消毒后的鲢鱼、鲫鱼按照2.6:1的重量配比投放入鱼池中,总的投放量为1000尾/600m2;

效果验证:试验组采用实施例1方案养殖鲢鱼,对照组采用专利CN201410701990.1鲢鱼养殖方法,试验选用对象为初重均为60~65g/尾的鲢鱼种,一共400尾,随机分为两组,每组200尾,试验周期为50d,试验结果如下表:
由试验结果可知,试验组的日增重效果显著高于对照组,并且饲料组的料肉比显著低于对照组,试验组死亡数低于对照组,因此本发明养殖方法的养殖效果明显优于对照组。
血浆TP、GLB含量是鱼类机体反映非特异性免疫力的重要指标,含量越高,说明其非特异性免疫力越强,因此试验结束后,测量各组鲢鱼的TP和GLB含量,每组随机100条鲢鱼,结果如下表:

由试验结果可知,试验组鱼的平均TP值高于对照组,GLB平均值也高于对照组。
实施例2
一种鲢鱼的立体养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清塘:投放鱼种前,将池塘的水放至12cm,对池塘中的污泥、水草进行清理,并按照每亩均匀投放150kg生石灰,晾晒6d;所述鱼塘深度为3m,长、宽度不限;
(2)鱼塘预处理:清塘后,在塘底铺设一层泥土,铺设厚度为10cm,并接种发酵菌剂,有氧发酵3d;所述泥土按照90:1的重量配比添加混合料;
(3)注水:发酵结束后,向鱼塘中注水至水位深度为210cm,静置12d,直至带池水呈黄绿色或茶褐色,透明度为36cm,浮游生物为46mg/L,溶氧量高于4.4mg/L;
(4)栽种:在池塘四周种植沉水植物,栽种总面积为池塘的10~30%;
(5)消毒:采用浓度为4%的氯化钠溶液对鲢鱼和鲫鱼浸泡4~6min;
(6)投放管理:将消毒后的鲢鱼、鲫鱼按照3.4:1的重量配比投放入鱼池中,总的投放量为1200尾/600m2;
(7)饲料管理:分别于早上8点,中午3点和晚上10点投放饲料,其中早上投放量为晚上投放量的60%,中午投放量为晚上投放量的75%;
(8)池塘管理:鱼塘中的沉水植物面积控制在30%,将多余的植物进行打捞,并用于沼气发酵;控制鱼塘池水位保持在210cm;每日对鱼塘的水质和鱼的生长情况进行监控,遇到异常应及时处理;
(9)疾病预防:每隔30天泼洒一次10ppm生石灰。

所述饲料的制备方法为:按照配方量取豆粕、蛋壳粉、秸秆粉、凹凸棒土和磷酸二氢钙混合后投入搅拌机中搅拌20min,搅拌速度为150r/min,得混合料一;将中药添加剂,复合维生素、复合氨基酸、柠檬酸混匀后,采用超声波处理20s,得混合料二;合并两次混合料,送入发酵池内中进行发酵18d,发酵温度控制为36℃,将发酵产物干燥后造粒即可。
所述中药添加剂原料以重量份计为党参4000g、黄芪1600g、马齿苋2000g、桃叶2400g、三七1400g、芜荑1000g。
所述饲料的粒径为0.4mm。
实施例3
一种鲢鱼的立体养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清塘:投放鱼种前,将池塘的水放至10cm,对池塘中的污泥、水草进行清理,并按照每亩均匀投放140kg生石灰,晾晒5d;所述鱼塘深度为2.8m,长、宽度不限;
(2)鱼塘预处理:清塘后,在塘底铺设一层泥土,铺设厚度为8cm,并接种发酵菌剂,有氧发酵2d;所述泥土按照82:1的重量配比添加混合料;
(3)注水:发酵结束后,向鱼塘中注水至水位深度为180cm,静置10d,直至带池水呈黄绿色或茶褐色,透明度为34cm,浮游生物为45mg/L,溶氧量高于4.7mg/L;
(4)栽种:在池塘四周种植沉水植物,栽种总面积为池塘的10~30%;
(5)消毒:采用浓度为3%的氯化钠溶液对鲢鱼和鲫鱼浸泡4~6min;
(6)投放管理:将消毒后的鲢鱼、鲫鱼按照3.1:1的重量配比投放入鱼池中,总的投放量为1100尾/600m2;
(7)饲料管理:分别于早上8点,中午2点和晚上10点投放饲料,其中早上投放量为晚上投放量的52%,中午投放量为晚上投放量的68%;
(8)池塘管理:鱼塘中的沉水植物面积控制在27%,将多余的植物进行打捞,并用于沼气发酵;控制鱼塘池水位保持在180cm;每日对鱼塘的水质和鱼的生长情况进行监控,遇到异常应及时处理;
(9)疾病预防:每隔27天泼洒一次10ppm生石灰。

试验例4
一种鲢鱼的立体养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清塘:投放鱼种前,将池塘的水放至11cm,对池塘中的污泥、水草进行清理,并按照每亩均匀投放140kg生石灰,晾晒5d;所述鱼塘深度为2.6m,长、宽度不限;
(2)鱼塘预处理:清塘后,在塘底铺设一层泥土,铺设厚度为8cm,并接种发酵菌剂,有氧发酵2d;所述泥土按照82:1的重量配比添加混合料;
(3)注水:发酵结束后,向鱼塘中注水至水位深度为190cm,静置11d,直至带池水呈黄绿色或茶褐色,透明度为35cm,浮游生物为42~46mg/L,溶氧量高于4.9mg/L;
(4)栽种:在池塘四周种植沉水植物,栽种总面积为池塘的10~30%;
(5)消毒:采用浓度为1~4%的氯化钠溶液对鲢鱼和鲫鱼浸泡4~6min;
(6)投放管理:将消毒后的鲢鱼、鲫鱼按照2.8:1的重量配比投放入鱼池中,总的投放量为1050尾/600m2;
(7)饲料管理:分别于早上7点,中午2点和晚上10点投放饲料,其中早上投放量为晚上投放量的58%,中午投放量为晚上投放量的72%;
(8)池塘管理:鱼塘中的沉水植物面积控制在25%,将多余的植物进行打捞,并用于沼气发酵;控制鱼塘池水位保持在190cm;每日对鱼塘的水质和鱼的生长情况进行监控,遇到异常应及时处理;

7.如权利要求6所述鲢鱼的立体养殖方法,其特征在于,所述饲料的制备方法为:按照配方量取豆粕、蛋壳粉、秸秆粉、凹凸棒土和磷酸二氢钙混合后投入搅拌机中搅拌10~20min,搅拌速度为100~150r/min,得混合料一;将中药添加剂,复合维生素、复合氨基酸、柠檬酸混匀后,采用超声波处理10~20s,得混合料二;合并两次混合料,送入发酵池内中进行发酵14~18d,发酵温度控制为32~36℃,将发酵产物干燥后造粒即可。
8.如权利要求6或7所述鲢鱼的立体养殖方法,其特征在于,所述中药添加剂原料以重量份计为党参15~20份、黄芪5~8份、马齿苋6~10份、桃叶8~12份、三七4~7份、芜荑2~5份。
9.如权利要求6或7所述鲢鱼的立体养殖方法,其特征在于,所述饲料的粒径为0.2~0.4mm。
