本发明涉及一种保健饮料及其制备方法,它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的:葛根23Kg、紫苏子21Kg、苋菜18Kg、何首乌6Kg、余甘果18Kg、茯苓14Kg、亚麻11Kg、珊瑚草17Kg、灵芝草7Kg、芡实9Kg、夏枯草11Kg、荞麦20Kg、车前子8Kg、玄参13Kg、银杏叶12Kg、板兰根12Kg、八仙草10Kg、八角莲8Kg、茭白17Kg、酸枣仁11Kg。本发明除补充人体所需营养成份外,还能减少人体饮食量,对高血压、高血糖和高血脂有一定的抑制治疗作用,具有成本低,无毒副作用,方法简便,使用效果好和营养丰富的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前的保健饮料大多仅针对补充人体所需营养成份而制备的,少有其它作用。
而随着生活水平的提高和生活节奏的改变,人体每日摄入补充人体所需营养成份的食物并不缺乏,反而由于每日摄入饮食热量过多,使被称为“富贵病”的“三高症”(即高血压、高血糖和高血脂),已变为常见病,特别是己成为50岁以上中老年人健康的常见病。高血脂可以引起血管栓塞;高血压可以引起脑出血和脑血管破裂;高血糖可以引起糖尿病。全世界每年死于心脑血管疾病的人数高达1500万人,居各种死因首位。传统治疗“三高症”的方法,大多以控制病发展的西药为主,治疗周期慢,需要长时间的坚持服药,才能使病情得以控制,但不能从根本上对疾病治愈,市场上售卖的西药大都价格高昂,且大多含有对人体有害的成分,长时间服用对人的肌体损害较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种保健饮料及其制备方法,除补充人体所需营养成份外,还能减少人体饮食量,对高血压、高血糖和高血脂有一定的抑制治疗作用,具有成本低,无毒副作用,方法简便,使用效果好和营养丰富的优点。

一种保健饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将如权利要求1或2或3所述的各原料份磨成粉;
(2)将磨成粉置在发酵罐体中,在发酵罐体中加入占原料磨成粉体积比2倍的凉开水,得混合液,再加入占混合液重量0.2%的益生菌菌粉,搅拌均匀;
(3)发酵罐体保温28℃,静置3天,以后每天搅拌罐体内发酵料液3次,发酵5~7天,而后静置3天;
(4)将发酵罐体中发酵料液取出,滤渣,加入占滤液重量1%的蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,得保健饮料;
(5)用紫外灯杀菌灯对保健饮料进行消毒后,装入密封瓶中,每瓶装250ml,得成品;
(6)使用时,每日一瓶,早或晚饮用。
所述的苋菜选用紫色苋菜。
上述组份和方法实现了本发明的目的。
本发明除补充人体所需营养成份外,还能减少人体饮食量,对高血压、高血糖和高血脂有一定的抑制治疗作用,具有成本低,无毒副作用,方法简便,使用效果好和营养丰富的优点。
本发明含人体所须的18种氨基酸、葡萄糖、膳食纤维、蛋白质、16种微量元素、丰富的维生素和SOD、有机硒,其中维生素C含量高达0.5-1.3%,,能有助于体内有毒物质的排除,可有效补充人体的营养不足。
本发明最先研究目的是用于补充人体的营养,消解糖尿病人常口渴的不足,但经试验表明:本发明不仅能消解糖尿病人常口渴问题,且还具有降压、降血脂和降血糖作用,取得了意想不到的效果。本发明辛凉酸甜适口、无毒副作用、利于饮用。
本发明经实践降三高显效率达到85%,好转率达到98%以上。服用后,可减少食物摄入量20-30%,且对人体无伤害。
具体实施方式
实施例1:按下述配比称取原料:葛根23Kg、紫苏子21Kg、苋菜18Kg、何首乌6Kg、余甘果18Kg、茯苓14Kg、亚麻11Kg、珊瑚草17Kg、灵芝草7Kg、芡实9Kg、夏枯草11Kg、荞麦20Kg、车前子8Kg、玄参13Kg、银杏叶12Kg、板兰根12Kg、八仙草10Kg、八角莲8Kg、茭白17Kg、酸枣仁11Kg。所述的苋菜选用紫色苋菜。
制备方法是:取上述重量配比的各原料磨成粉。将磨成粉置在发酵罐体中,在发酵罐体中加入占原料磨成粉体积比2倍的凉开水,得混合液,再加入占混合液重量0.2%的益生菌菌粉,搅拌均匀。益生菌菌粉亦可选用酵母菌。发酵罐体保温28℃,静置3天,以后每天搅拌罐体内发酵料液3次,发酵5~7天,而后静置3天。将发酵罐体中发酵料液取出,滤渣,加入占滤液重量1%的蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,得保健饮料。用紫外灯杀菌灯对保健饮料进行消毒后,装入密封瓶中,每瓶装250ml,得成品。使用时,每日一瓶,早或晚饮用。
