Abstract

本发明公开了一种负离子PVC地板及其制备方法,针对现有负离子PVC地板存在的缺陷,以5%‑10%的质量比用负离子粉替代传统配方中的石粉,并辅以环氧大豆油、增塑剂,钙稳定剂,锌稳定剂几种助剂最佳配比的协同作用,通过底片生产、压机、UV热处理、静置冲切开槽包装的工艺流程制备出一种能够有效释放出负离子的PVC地板,有效降低甲醛的释放量,同时地板具有较佳的耐磨耐污以及防滑性能,质感佳,可广泛应用于家庭、医院、学校、办公楼、工厂、公共场所、超市、商业等各种场所,给空气净化产业带来了很大的推动作用,有益人类健康和环境发展。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC地板及制备,尤其是涉及一种负离子PVC地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着时代发展日新月异,曝露的环境问题日益严重,因此生产对环境及人们健康有益的建材产品迎合大众需求顺应了时代的趋势,具有广阔的市场前景。
PVC地板也称为“轻体地材”,又称塑料地板,是一种新型轻体地面装饰材料。是一种在欧美及亚洲的日韩广受欢迎的产品,并已逐步引入中国市场,使用非常广泛,比如家庭、医院、学校、办公楼、工厂、公共场所、超市、商业等各种场所。PVC地板指采用聚氯乙烯材料生产的地板,具体就是以聚氯乙烯及其共聚树脂为主要原料,加入填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、着色剂等辅料,在片状连续基材上,经涂敷工艺或经压延、挤出或挤压工艺生产而成。
负离子粉,是人类利用自然界产生负离子的原理,人工合成或者配比的一种复合矿物,其中稀土就占到了60%以上,电气石粉占约20%,以及复合其他矿物。负离子对人体有益,已为国内外医学界专家通过临床实践所验证,不仅能促使成人体合成和储存维生素,能强化和激活人体的生理活动,被称为“空气维生素”。
将负离子粉与PVC地板的生产结合在一起,将会对地板建材的应用上起到一个质的提升,目前有一些专利也对负离子地板进行了一定的研究,但是或多或少还存在一些问题。
如中国专利CN104629209负离子地板,该专利通过添加负离子添加剂到地板中去实现释放负离子的效果,但该地板的不具备良好的防静电性能;
再如中国专利CN106088525一种负离子实木复合地板,该专利将负离子粉混入胶黏剂中用于实木复合地板的制备,并非是应用于PVC地板,且实木地板价格昂贵,尺寸稳定性差,而且该工艺流程较复杂。
因此,一种能有效解决上述问题的负离子PVC地板的研究及其制备值得探讨。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术中所存在的问题,本发明提出了一种与PVC地板兼容性佳,有效释放负离子,有益人类居住环境的净化的负离子PVC地板及其制备方法。
技术方案:为达以上目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种负离子PVC地板,以5%-10%的质量比用负离子粉替代传统配方中的石粉,具体的面层配方以重量计算包括以下组分:聚氯乙烯树脂100份,石粉360-380份,负离子粉20-40份,环氧大豆油5份,增塑剂29份,钙稳定剂1.8份,锌稳定剂1.3份,炭黑0.5份;底层配方以质量计算包括如下组分:聚氯乙烯100份,石粉270-285份,负离子粉15-30份,环氧大豆油5份,增塑剂31份,钙稳定剂1.5份,锌稳定剂1.2份,炭黑0.5份。
为了获得更好的增塑效果,所述增塑剂为增塑剂N1。
上述一种负离子PVC地板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)底片生产:分别根据底层和面层的配方进行相应的底片生产,具体生产过程为:首先将所需量的聚氯乙烯树脂、石粉、负离子粉、环氧大豆油、增塑剂、钙稳定剂、锌稳定剂以及炭黑进行配混料,混料过程先将各原料加入到热混机,高速搅拌升温到100-120℃进行捏合,捏合时间不低于5min,达到温度后放到冷混机中冷混10-15min;混好的料进入密炼,3-6min,再进过压延冷却裁剪得到要求的底片;
(2)压机:将作为最上层的耐磨层的透明片、作为装饰层的彩膜、分别根据面层和底层配方制备的底片按顺序进行叠料,按照工艺参数进入热压与冷压,热压时间控制在28-34min;压力保持3.5-7mpa,冷压时间控制在26-33min,形成半成品;
(3)UV热处理:半成品静置24h后进入UV热处理,收料温度控制在20-33℃;
(4)冲切开槽:将半成品按照要求冲切成规定尺寸及扣型;
(5)包装:成品打包。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种负离子PVC地板及其制备方法,针对现有负离子PVC地板存在的缺陷,以5%-10%的质量比用负离子粉替代传统配方中的石粉,并辅以环氧大豆油、增塑剂,钙稳定剂,锌稳定剂几种助剂最佳配比的协同作用,通过底片生产、压机、UV热处理、静置冲切开槽包装的工艺流程制备出一种能够有效释放出负离子的PVC地板,有效降低甲醛的释放量,同时地板具有较佳的耐磨耐污以及防滑性能,质感佳,可广泛应用于家庭、医院、学校、办公楼、工厂、公共场所、超市、商业等各种场所,给空气净化产业带来了很大的推动作用,有益人类健康和环境发展。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种负离子PVC地板,以5%的质量比用负离子粉替代传统配方中的石粉,具体的面层和底层配方如表1所示。
实施例2:
一种负离子PVC地板,以8%的质量比用负离子粉替代传统配方中的石粉,具体的面层和底层配方如表1所示。
实施例3:
一种负离子PVC地板,以10%的质量比用负离子粉替代传统配方中的石粉,具体的面层和底层配方如表1所示。
另设两个对比例,对比例1是并未添加负离子粉的配方,对比例2是以3%的质量比用负离子粉替代传统配方中的石粉,具体也如表1所示。

实施例4:
一种负离子PVC地板的制备方法,按实施例1的配方进行制备,包括以下步骤:
(1)底片生产:分别根据底层和面层的配方进行相应的底片生产,具体生产过程为:首先将所需量的聚氯乙烯树脂、石粉、负离子粉、环氧大豆油、增塑剂、钙稳定剂、锌稳定剂以及炭黑进行配混料,混料过程先将各原料加入到热混机,高速搅拌升温到100-120℃进行捏合,捏合时间不低于5min,达到温度后放到冷混机中冷混10-15min;混好的料进入密炼,3-6min,再进过压延冷却裁剪得到要求的底片;
(2)压机:将作为最上层的耐磨层的透明片、作为装饰层的彩膜、分别根据面层和底层配方制备的底片按顺序进行叠料,按照工艺参数进入热压与冷压,热压时间控制在28-34min;压力保持3.5-7mpa,冷压时间控制在26-33min,形成半成品;
(3)UV热处理:半成品静置24h后进入UV热处理,收料温度控制在20-33℃;
(4)冲切开槽:将半成品按照要求冲切成规定尺寸及扣型;
(5)包装:成品打包。
实施例5:
按实施例2的配方进行制备,其余步骤同实施例4。
实施例6:
按实施例3的配方进行制备,其余步骤同实施例4。
对比例3:
按对比例1的配方进行制备,其余步骤同实施例4。
对比例4:
按对比例2的配方进行制备,其余步骤同实施例4。
将实施例4-6以及对比例3-4制备的PVC地板进行如下几个指标的测试对比:空气负离子诱生量、翘曲、平整度以及尺寸稳定性,具体实验结果见表2:

测试方法:
空气负离子诱生量:采用《JCT 2040-2010负离子功能建筑室内装饰材料》中测试方法进行;
其余测试项如表3所示:

从表2中的数据可以看出,实施例4-6以5%-10%的负离子粉替代传统配方中的石粉,其空气负离子诱生量最佳,能够释放出更多的负离子,其中以实施例5的8%的替代比例最佳,无添加负离子粉的对比例3空气负离子诱生量最低,此外在翘曲、平整度两个指标上来看,实施例也具有一定的优势。
本发明一种负离子PVC地板及其制备方法,制备而成的负离子PVC地板,有效降低甲醛的释放量,同时地板具有较佳的耐磨耐污以及防滑性能,质感佳,可广泛应用于家庭、医院、学校、办公楼、工厂、公共场所、超市、商业等各种场所,给空气净化产业带来了很大的推动作用,有益人类健康和环境发展。
应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种负离子PVC地板的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)底片生产:分别根据底层和面层的配方进行相应的底片生产,具体生产过程为:首先将所需量的聚氯乙烯树脂、石粉、负离子粉、环氧大豆油、增塑剂、钙稳定剂、锌稳定剂以及炭黑进行配混料,混料过程先将各原料加入到热混机,高速搅拌升温到100-120℃进行捏合,捏合时间不低于5min,达到温度后放到冷混机中冷混10-15min;混好的料进入密炼,3-6min,再进过压延冷却裁剪得到要求的底片;具体的以5%-10%的质量比用负离子粉替代传统配方中的石粉,面层配方以重量计算包括以下组分:聚氯乙烯树脂 100份,石粉 360-380份,负离子粉 20-40份,环氧大豆油5份,增塑剂 29 份,钙稳定剂1.8份,锌稳定剂1.3份,炭黑 0.5份;底层配方以质量计算包括如下组分:聚氯乙烯 100份,石粉 270-285份,负离子粉 15-30份,环氧大豆油5份,增塑剂31 份,钙稳定剂1.5份,锌稳定剂1.2份,炭黑 0.5份;所述增塑剂为增塑剂N1;
(2)压机:将作为最上层的耐磨层的透明片、作为装饰层的彩膜、分别根据面层和底层配方制备的底片按顺序进行叠料,按照工艺参数进入热压与冷压,热压时间控制在28-34min;压力保持3.5-7mpa,冷压时间控制在26-33min,形成半成品;
(3)UV热处理:半成品静置24h后进入UV热处理,收料温度控制在20-33℃;
(4)冲切开槽:将半成品按照要求冲切成规定尺寸及扣型;
(5) 包装:成品打包。
