Abstract

本发明公开了一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,涉及化工技术领域,包括涂布纸的制备、A料的制备和成品三个工艺过程,本发明所述的一种淋膜纸的制备工艺所用A料无毒环保,兼有PE料薄膜层的阻隔性、热封性,以及纸张的强韧度和功能特性,不仅可以节省成本、降低能耗,更能使生产的产品更具市场适应性及竞争力,同时该种淋膜纸采用色料具有人性化的特点,可以根据不同人喜好配制出不同颜色的纸张,该种纸张不仅能够应用于各种商业场合,而且还可以将其应用于制作各种装饰品,具有非常大的市场发展前景。

Description

一种淋膜纸的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及化工技术领域,具体涉及一种淋膜纸的制备工艺。
背景技术
淋膜纸是对原纸基材进行电晕处理后在其一面或双面设置一高分子薄膜,制成淋膜纸,起到提高原纸表面光滑度、防水等性能,目前,现有的一些工业用纸,比如包装用纸或者装饰品用纸上均设置有膜,淋膜纸可以提高纸张的防水、防潮性能,并且提高纸张的柔韧性、折叠性或耐用度等,但是现有的淋膜纸一般不够环保,其制造过程中使用的胶具有一定的化学毒性,当消费者采用这种纸张来包装食品,尤其是高温食品时,可能会伤害人体的健康;另一方面,囿于工艺和材料的限制,现有的淋膜纸往往较脆,无法满足使用要求,同时淋膜纸是将纸作为基体,采取特殊的工艺,将PE(聚乙烯)、PP(聚丙烯)塑料附着在上面,形成的复合纸,一般用于防水防漏的食品容器、包装纸和各种防潮用纸,淋膜纸中的聚烯烃,淋膜纸由于防粘性和防潮性都较佳,因此应用比较广泛,传统的聚烯烃淋膜纸的加工工艺一般是利用挤出机将聚烯烃粒子高温热熔后挤出在底纸上形成淋膜,淋膜的重量一般在20克到25克每平方米不等,取决于工艺和机器的好坏,淋膜的重量越大,即挤压机挤出的聚烯烃比较多,即聚烯烃的用量比较大,所用的挤压机的价格也非常昂贵,而且在挤出时需高温生产,能耗极高,使得成本较大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种材料来源广泛,制备工艺简单,环保节能,适于大批量生产的淋膜纸制备工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:所提供的一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,包括下述工艺步骤:
(1)涂布纸的制备:用涂布机在原纸上直接涂布聚烯烃乳液,然后将涂布有聚烯烃乳液的原纸进行干燥,干燥后原纸表面形成聚烯烃膜,聚烯烃膜的用量为4-10g/m2,得到涂布纸;
(2)A料的制备:将四种色粉混入PE料中,加入辅助材料并混合,加热熔化,融化温度为200-250℃,融化时间为55-60min加热制得A料,所述四种色粉为红色色粉、黄色色粉、蓝色色粉和紫色色粉,它们的质量配比为(1-3):(2-5):(7-9):(8-11)。
(3)成品:将所述A料加入到淋膜机的料斗中,然后将所述涂布纸放入淋膜机中,淋膜机将所述A料喷淋在所述涂布纸的双面上,然后将喷淋后的涂布纸干燥,纸张每平方米喷淋4-8gA料,制得淋膜纸。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中所用的聚烯烃乳液是在20-25℃并于搅拌机中搅拌均匀获得的。
优选的,所述步骤(1)和步骤(3)干燥过程中所用的的干燥设备为染料干燥机。
优选的,所述步骤(2)的聚烯烃乳液所用的聚烯烃精制的制备工艺为:(1)使所述聚烯烃与含至少75-80mol%选自C3-C5链烷的汽提剂的气流对流接触;(2)使所述聚烯烃与蒸汽对流接触,蒸汽的量为每800千克聚烯烃50-150千克的蒸汽。
优选的,所述步骤(2)所用的辅助材料为钾的氧化物和钠的氟化物的混合物,它们的质量配比为(6-10):(12-15)。
优选的,所述步骤(2)混合物中PE料所占的质量分数为45-60%。
采用本发明的技术方案,本发明所述的一种淋膜纸的制备工艺所用A料无毒环保,兼有PE料薄膜层的阻隔性、热封性,以及纸张的强韧度和功能特性,不仅可以节省成本、降低能耗,更能使生产的产品更具市场适应性及竞争力,同时该种淋膜纸采用色料具有人性化的特点,可以根据不同人喜好配制出不同颜色的纸张,该种纸张不仅能够应用于各种商业场合,而且还可以将其应用于制作各种装饰品,具有非常大的市场发展前景。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
(1)涂布纸的制备:用涂布机在原纸上直接涂布聚烯烃乳液,所述聚烯烃乳液是在20℃并于搅拌机中搅拌均匀获得的,然后将涂布有聚烯烃乳液的原纸进行干燥,干燥后原纸表面形成聚烯烃膜,聚烯烃膜的用量为4g/m2,得到涂布纸,所述聚烯烃乳液所用的聚烯烃精制的制备工艺为:(1)使所述聚烯烃与含至少75mol%选自C3-C5链烷的汽提剂的气流对流接触;(2)使所述聚烯烃与蒸汽对流接触,蒸汽的量为每800千克聚烯烃55千克的蒸汽;
(2)A料的制备:将四种色粉混入PE料中,加入辅助材料并混合,所述辅助材料为钾的氧化物和钠的氟化物的混合物,它们的质量配比为6:12,加热熔化,融化温度为220℃,融化时间为55min加热制得A料,所述四种色粉为红色色粉、黄色色粉、蓝色色粉和紫色色粉,它们的质量配比为1:2:7:8,混合物中PE料所占的质量分数为45%。
(3)成品:将所述A料加入到淋膜机的料斗中,然后将所述涂布纸放入淋膜机中,淋膜机将所述A料喷淋在所述涂布纸的双面上,然后将喷淋后的涂布纸干燥,纸张每平方米喷淋4gA料,制得淋膜纸。
实施例2:其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于所述步骤(1)中,用涂布机在原纸上直接涂布聚烯烃乳液,所述聚烯烃乳液是在22℃并于搅拌机中搅拌均匀获得的,然后将涂布有聚烯烃乳液的原纸进行干燥,干燥后原纸表面形成聚烯烃膜,聚烯烃膜的用量为5g/m2,得到涂布纸,所述聚烯烃乳液所用的聚烯烃精制的制备工艺为:(1)使所述聚烯烃与含至少76mol%选自C3-C5链烷的汽提剂的气流对流接触;(2)使所述聚烯烃与蒸汽对流接触,蒸汽的量为每800千克聚烯烃58千克的蒸汽;所述步骤(2)中,所述四种色粉为红色色粉、黄色色粉、蓝色色粉和紫色色粉,它们的质量配比为1:3:8:9,混合物中PE料所占的质量分数为50%。
实施例3:其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于所述步骤(1)中,所述聚烯烃乳液所用的聚烯烃精制的制备工艺为:(1)使所述聚烯烃与含至少80mol%选自C3-C5链烷的汽提剂的气流对流接触;(2)使所述聚烯烃与蒸汽对流接触,蒸汽的量为每800千克聚烯烃60千克的蒸汽;所述步骤(2)中,所述辅助材料为钾的氧化物和钠的氟化物的混合物,它们的质量配比为7:13,加热熔化,融化温度为250℃,融化时间为60min。
实施例4:其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于所述步骤(2)中,所述四种色粉为红色色粉、黄色色粉、蓝色色粉和紫色色粉,它们的质量配比为2:3:8:11,混合物中PE料所占的质量分数为58%;所述步骤(3)中,所述纸张每平方米喷淋6gA料。
经过以上工艺步骤后,取出淋膜纸样品,待测:

由以上数据可知,生产出的淋膜纸的拉伸强度在40MPa以上,拉断临界力在80N以上,所以该种纸质拉伸强度很大,抗拉能力非常强,不容易轻易被拉断,燃烧临界温度在大于或等于85℃,该种纸不容易被点燃,减少了火灾事故的发生,伸缩率小于或等于1,该种淋膜纸的变形的可能性非常小,综上,本工艺生产的淋膜纸适用于市场化的大批量的生产。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括下述工艺步骤:
(1)涂布纸的制备:用涂布机在原纸上直接涂布聚烯烃乳液,然后将涂布有聚烯烃乳液的原纸进行干燥,干燥后原纸表面形成聚烯烃膜,聚烯烃膜的用量为4-10g/m2,得到涂布纸;
(2)A料的制备:将四种色粉混入PE料中,加入辅助材料并混合,加热熔化,融化温度为200-250℃,融化时间为55-60min加热制得A料,所述四种色粉为红色色粉、黄色色粉、蓝色色粉和紫色色粉,它们的质量配比为(1-3):(2-5):(7-9):(8-11)。
2.(3)成品:将所述A料加入到淋膜机的料斗中,然后将所述涂布纸放入淋膜机中,淋膜机将所述A料喷淋在所述涂布纸的双面上,然后将喷淋后的涂布纸干燥,纸张每平方米喷淋4-8gA料,制得淋膜纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中所用的聚烯烃乳液是在20-25℃并于搅拌机中搅拌均匀获得的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)和步骤(3)干燥过程中所用的的干燥设备为染料干燥机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)的聚烯烃乳液所用的聚烯烃精制的制备工艺为:(1)使所述聚烯烃与含至少75-80mol%选自C3-C5链烷的汽提剂的气流对流接触;(2)使所述聚烯烃与蒸汽对流接触,蒸汽的量为每800千克聚烯烃50-150千克的蒸汽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)所用的辅助材料为钾的氧化物和钠的氟化物的混合物,它们的质量配比为(6-10):(12-15)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)的混合物中PE料所占的质量分数为45-60%。
